Njemačka, Italija i Španjolska podržale su zahtjev dvanaest europskih zemalja upućen Europskoj komisiji, prema kojem bi se suspendiralo pravilo koje prisiljava krizom pogođene zrakoplovne kompanije da refundiraju punu cijenu otkazanog leta, objavio je priopćenjem u subotu francuski ministar prometa.

Većina zemalja EU-a zatražila je u srijedu od Europske komisije da suspendiraju pravilo o obveznoj refundaciji pune cijene otkazanih letova.

Založili su se za uvođenje vaučera za buduća putovanja.

"Drago mi je što velika većina država članica podržava moj zahtjev da se odobri zrakoplovnim kompanijama i pomorskim kompanijama privremeno korištenje vaučera prilikom otkazivanja putovanja, kako bi kompanije mogle zadržati novčane rezerve, a istovremeno zaštititi prava putnika na refundaciju", poručio je francuski ministar prometa Jean-Baptiste Djebbari.

Zrakoplovne kompanije širom Europe, uključujući Lufthansu i Air France-KLM zatražile su pomoć svojih vlada uslijed krize izazvane pandemijom koronavirusa, koja ih je prisilila da drastično smanje broj letova.

Do sada je Europska komisija, koja će uskoro predstaviti smjernice za postupno pokretanje transportne industrije, poručivala da zrakoplovne kompanije moraju poštivati europsku regulativu te omogućiti novčano refundiranje za otkazana putovanja.

Vaučeri, prema trenutnim pravilima, mogu biti izdani samo ako ih putnici prihvate.Države koje se zalažu za suspenziju trenutnih pravila poručile su zajedničkim priopćenjem da bi putnici imali pravo na refundaciju sredstava, ako ne iskoriste vaučer unutar zadanog perioda.

Također, potrošači bi bili zaštićeni u slučaju bankrota zrakoplovne kompanije.Dvanaest država koje su u srijedu izvorno zatražile promjenu od Europske komisije su Francuska, Nizozemska, Belgija, Bugarska, Cipar, Češka, Grčka, Irska, Latvija, Malta, Poljska i Portugal.

Njemačka, Italija i Španjolska podržale su zahtjev dvanaest europskih zemalja upućen Europskoj komisiji, prema kojem bi se suspendiralo pravilo koje prisiljava krizom pogođene zrakoplovne kompanije da refundiraju punu cijenu otkazanog leta, objavio je priopćenjem u subotu francuski ministar prometa.

Većina zemalja EU-a zatražila je u srijedu od Europske komisije da suspendiraju pravilo o obveznoj refundaciji pune cijene otkazanih letova.

Založili su se za uvođenje vaučera za buduća putovanja.

"Drago mi je što velika većina država članica podržava moj zahtjev da se odobri zrakoplovnim kompanijama i pomorskim kompanijama privremeno korištenje vaučera prilikom otkazivanja putovanja, kako bi kompanije mogle zadržati novčane rezerve, a istovremeno zaštititi prava putnika na refundaciju", poručio je francuski ministar prometa Jean-Baptiste Djebbari.

Zrakoplovne kompanije širom Europe, uključujući Lufthansu i Air France-KLM zatražile su pomoć svojih vlada uslijed krize izazvane pandemijom koronavirusa, koja ih je prisilila da drastično smanje broj letova.

Do sada je Europska komisija, koja će uskoro predstaviti smjernice za postupno pokretanje transportne industrije, poručivala da zrakoplovne kompanije moraju poštivati europsku regulativu te omogućiti novčano refundiranje za otkazana putovanja.

Vaučeri, prema trenutnim pravilima, mogu biti izdani samo ako ih putnici prihvate.Države koje se zalažu za suspenziju trenutnih pravila poručile su zajedničkim priopćenjem da bi putnici imali pravo na refundaciju sredstava, ako ne iskoriste vaučer unutar zadanog perioda.

Također, potrošači bi bili zaštićeni u slučaju bankrota zrakoplovne kompanije.Dvanaest država koje su u srijedu izvorno zatražile promjenu od Europske komisije su Francuska, Nizozemska, Belgija, Bugarska, Cipar, Češka, Grčka, Irska, Latvija, Malta, Poljska i Portugal.
