Hrvatski telekom razmatra mogućnosti preispitivanja ustavnosti zakona kojim je uveden takozvani porez od 6 posto na mobilne usluge, potvrdili su iz HT-a pisanje jednog poslovnog dnevnog lista o toj temi.

„Prema nama dostupnim podacima, mobilna industrija je platila, samo na ime poreza od 6 posto, oko 300 milijuna kuna u prošloj godini, unatoč činjenici da je zabilježen značajan pad prihoda mobilnih operatora, te smanjena potrošnja mobilnih usluga u istom razdoblju.

Drugim riječima, porez na mobilne usluge značajno je opterećenje za mobilne operatore i pored gospodarske krize jedan je od najvažnijih razloga smanjenja vrijednosti mobilnog tržišta i pada prihoda operatora”, priopćili su iz HT-a. Iz navedenih razloga, a i temeljem primjera iz Europske unije gdje su, tvrde u HT-u, neki slični porezi i naknade ukinute zbog neusklađenosti s europskom pravnom stečevinom, ta kompanija razmatra mogućnosti preispitivanja ustavnosti zakona kojim je uveden porez od šest posto na mobilne usluge.

„Diskriminatorna priroda ovog poreza proizlazi iz činjenice da se ovim porezom na mobilne usluge oporezuje bruto prihod od mobilnih usluga, s time da mobilni operatori i dalje plaćaju porez na ostvarenu dobit. Svi drugi poduzetnici u RH plaćaju samo porez na ostvarenu dobit”, navodi se u HT-ovu obrazloženju mogućnosti podizanja ustavne tužbe.

Iz Vipneta su poručili kako se nadaju da će Vlada ukinuti taj namet, ali se nisu očitovali o tome hoće li s HT-om sudjelovati u eventualnom pokretanju ustavne tužbe. Posljednje informacije iz Vlade o ovoj temi glasile su kako se u ovoj godini još neće ukidati ovaj porez, a za sada na inicijativu HT-a nisu imali službeni odgovor.

Hrvatski telekom razmatra mogućnosti preispitivanja ustavnosti zakona kojim je uveden takozvani porez od 6 posto na mobilne usluge, potvrdili su iz HT-a pisanje jednog poslovnog dnevnog lista o toj temi.

„Prema nama dostupnim podacima, mobilna industrija je platila, samo na ime poreza od 6 posto, oko 300 milijuna kuna u prošloj godini, unatoč činjenici da je zabilježen značajan pad prihoda mobilnih operatora, te smanjena potrošnja mobilnih usluga u istom razdoblju.

Drugim riječima, porez na mobilne usluge značajno je opterećenje za mobilne operatore i pored gospodarske krize jedan je od najvažnijih razloga smanjenja vrijednosti mobilnog tržišta i pada prihoda operatora”, priopćili su iz HT-a. Iz navedenih razloga, a i temeljem primjera iz Europske unije gdje su, tvrde u HT-u, neki slični porezi i naknade ukinute zbog neusklađenosti s europskom pravnom stečevinom, ta kompanija razmatra mogućnosti preispitivanja ustavnosti zakona kojim je uveden porez od šest posto na mobilne usluge.

„Diskriminatorna priroda ovog poreza proizlazi iz činjenice da se ovim porezom na mobilne usluge oporezuje bruto prihod od mobilnih usluga, s time da mobilni operatori i dalje plaćaju porez na ostvarenu dobit. Svi drugi poduzetnici u RH plaćaju samo porez na ostvarenu dobit”, navodi se u HT-ovu obrazloženju mogućnosti podizanja ustavne tužbe.

Iz Vipneta su poručili kako se nadaju da će Vlada ukinuti taj namet, ali se nisu očitovali o tome hoće li s HT-om sudjelovati u eventualnom pokretanju ustavne tužbe. Posljednje informacije iz Vlade o ovoj temi glasile su kako se u ovoj godini još neće ukidati ovaj porez, a za sada na inicijativu HT-a nisu imali službeni odgovor.
