Tvrtka “Hrvatske ceste” (HC) koja upravlja mrežom od 6823 kilometra državnih cesta u Republici Hrvatskoj, raspisala je međunarodni natječaj za uzimanje dugoročnog kredita u visini od 75.551.000 eura, koji namjerava podići kod domaćih ili inozemnih banaka.

Sredstva su namijenjena za financiranje izgradnje i održavanje državnih cesta u 2008. godini, odnosno za sve tekuće projekte, izgradnju i održavanje prometnica koje je u planu ove godine.

U Hrvatskim cestama navode kako će taj kredit biti nenamjenski te da se uzima na rok do 15 godina, a bit će vraćan iz sredstava i prihoda Hrvatskih cesta. Nadmetanje je otvoreno sukladno Odluci Vlade RH, koja je HC-u dala suglasnost na izmjene i dopune financijskog plana za 2008. godinu te dozvolila da se deficit u iznosu od 1.440.414.000 kuna, otprilike 199.503.000 eura, namiri zaduživanjem kod tuzemnih i inozemnih banaka, a dio tog iznosa osigurat će se i ovim kreditom.

U Hrvatskim cestama još ne  znaju ništa o tome koje banke ili skupina banaka bi se mogle javiti na nadmetanje koje je otvoreno do 16. rujna. Tako do otvaranja ponuda ostaje nepoznanica kakve uvjete će im ponuđači postaviti, kao i to kolika će biti kamata, no pretpostavka je kako će zbog iznosa i trajanja pozajmice kamatna stopa biti promjenjiva.

Temeljem važeće Uredbe o razvrstavanju javnih cesta u Hrvatskoj je bilo razvrstano ukupno 27.839 km javnih prometnica, od čega je 6823 km državnih, 10.808 km županijskih te 10.279 km lokalnih cesta.

Prema posljednjim raspoloživim podacima o stanju oštećenosti, u dobrom i vrlo dobrom stanju je 28 posto kolnika, u prihvatljivom stanju 25 posto, u lošem stanju 23 posto, dok je u vrlo lošem stanju 24 posto kolnika državnih cesta.

Ukupna vrijednost cesta u Hrvatskoj procijenjena je na 32,9 milijardi USD.

Rashodi veći od prihoda

Za 2008. godinu Hrvatske ceste planiraju ukupne prihode u iznosu od 1.751.663.000 kuna te ukupne rashode u iznosu od 3.192.077 kuna, dok predviđeni deficit iznosi 1.440.414.000 kuna.

Tvrtka “Hrvatske ceste” (HC) koja upravlja mrežom od 6823 kilometra državnih cesta u Republici Hrvatskoj, raspisala je međunarodni natječaj za uzimanje dugoročnog kredita u visini od 75.551.000 eura, koji namjerava podići kod domaćih ili inozemnih banaka.

Sredstva su namijenjena za financiranje izgradnje i održavanje državnih cesta u 2008. godini, odnosno za sve tekuće projekte, izgradnju i održavanje prometnica koje je u planu ove godine.

Natječaj do 16. rujna

U Hrvatskim cestama navode kako će taj kredit biti nenamjenski te da se uzima na rok do 15 godina, a bit će vraćan iz sredstava i prihoda Hrvatskih cesta. Nadmetanje je otvoreno sukladno Odluci Vlade RH, koja je HC-u dala suglasnost na izmjene i dopune financijskog plana za 2008. godinu te dozvolila da se deficit u iznosu od 1.440.414.000 kuna, otprilike 199.503.000 eura, namiri zaduživanjem kod tuzemnih i inozemnih banaka, a dio tog iznosa osigurat će se i ovim kreditom.

U Hrvatskim cestama još ne  znaju ništa o tome koje banke ili skupina banaka bi se mogle javiti na nadmetanje koje je otvoreno do 16. rujna. Tako do otvaranja ponuda ostaje nepoznanica kakve uvjete će im ponuđači postaviti, kao i to kolika će biti kamata, no pretpostavka je kako će zbog iznosa i trajanja pozajmice kamatna stopa biti promjenjiva.

Temeljem važeće Uredbe o razvrstavanju javnih cesta u Hrvatskoj je bilo razvrstano ukupno 27.839 km javnih prometnica, od čega je 6823 km državnih, 10.808 km županijskih te 10.279 km lokalnih cesta.

Prema posljednjim raspoloživim podacima o stanju oštećenosti, u dobrom i vrlo dobrom stanju je 28 posto kolnika, u prihvatljivom stanju 25 posto, u lošem stanju 23 posto, dok je u vrlo lošem stanju 24 posto kolnika državnih cesta.

Ukupna vrijednost cesta u Hrvatskoj procijenjena je na 32,9 milijardi USD.

Rashodi veći od prihoda

Za 2008. godinu Hrvatske ceste planiraju ukupne prihode u iznosu od 1.751.663.000 kuna te ukupne rashode u iznosu od 3.192.077 kuna, dok predviđeni deficit iznosi 1.440.414.000 kuna.
