Njemačka vlada vjerojatno će zabraniti prodaju tvornice čipova švedskoj kompaniji u sastavu kineske grupe Sai, objavio je vlasnik, proizvođač poluvodiča za automobilsku industriju sa sjedištem u Dortmundu.

Odluka će vjerojatno biti donesena na sjednici vlade u srijedu, izvijestila je njemačka kompanija.

Ministarstvo gospodarstva razmatra prodaju i do sada je signaliziralo da će je vjerojatno odobriti.

“Nakon što su primile obavijest, uključene strane detaljno će je razmotriti i naknadno odlučiti o daljnjim koracima”, objavio je Elmos u ponedjeljak kasno navečer. Razlozi za odluku nisu navedeni.

Elmos razvija, proizvodi i distribuira poluvodiče prvenstveno za automobilsku industriju.

Krajem prošle godine kompanija sa sjedištem u Dortmundu objavila je da namjerava prodati proizvodnju kristalnih pločica za proizvodnju čipova, takozvanih wafera, švedskom konkurentu Silexu za ukupno oko 85 milijuna eura. Silex je podružnica kineske grupe Sai.

Ministarstvo gospodarstva nije bilo dostupno u ponedjeljak navečer za komentar Elmosove objave.

Njemačka vlada nedavno je odobrila prodaju 24,9 posto udjela u terminalu u luci Hamburg kineskoj logističkoj tvrtki COSCO, smanjivši ga s prvotno planiranih 35 posto kako bi ograničila kineski utjecaj na poslovanje. 

Kritičari takvih transakcija strahuju od kineskog utjecaja, a zagovornici podsjećaju da je COSCO vlasnik udjela u nekoliko europskih luka, uključujući Rotterdam, Antwerp i Pirej.

Njemačka vlada vjerojatno će zabraniti prodaju tvornice čipova švedskoj kompaniji u sastavu kineske grupe Sai, objavio je vlasnik, proizvođač poluvodiča za automobilsku industriju sa sjedištem u Dortmundu.

Odluka će vjerojatno biti donesena na sjednici vlade u srijedu, izvijestila je njemačka kompanija.

Ministarstvo gospodarstva razmatra prodaju i do sada je signaliziralo da će je vjerojatno odobriti.

“Nakon što su primile obavijest, uključene strane detaljno će je razmotriti i naknadno odlučiti o daljnjim koracima”, objavio je Elmos u ponedjeljak kasno navečer. Razlozi za odluku nisu navedeni.

Elmos razvija, proizvodi i distribuira poluvodiče prvenstveno za automobilsku industriju.

Krajem prošle godine kompanija sa sjedištem u Dortmundu objavila je da namjerava prodati proizvodnju kristalnih pločica za proizvodnju čipova, takozvanih wafera, švedskom konkurentu Silexu za ukupno oko 85 milijuna eura. Silex je podružnica kineske grupe Sai.

Ministarstvo gospodarstva nije bilo dostupno u ponedjeljak navečer za komentar Elmosove objave.

Njemačka vlada nedavno je odobrila prodaju 24,9 posto udjela u terminalu u luci Hamburg kineskoj logističkoj tvrtki COSCO, smanjivši ga s prvotno planiranih 35 posto kako bi ograničila kineski utjecaj na poslovanje. 

Kritičari takvih transakcija strahuju od kineskog utjecaja, a zagovornici podsjećaju da je COSCO vlasnik udjela u nekoliko europskih luka, uključujući Rotterdam, Antwerp i Pirej.

Državnom intervencijom protiv jačanja konkurencije: Njemačka vlada priprema zabranu prodaje tvornice čipova, razlog je više nego jasan

Njemačka vlada vjerojatno će zabraniti prodaju tvornice čipova švedskoj kompaniji u sastavu kineske grupe Sai, objavio je vlasnik, proizvođač poluvodiča za automobilsku industriju sa sjedištem u Dortmundu.

Odluka će vjerojatno biti donesena na sjednici vlade u srijedu, izvijestila je njemačka kompanija.

Ministarstvo gospodarstva razmatra prodaju i do sada je signaliziralo da će je vjerojatno odobriti.

“Nakon što su primile obavijest, uključene strane detaljno će je razmotriti i naknadno odlučiti o daljnjim koracima”, objavio je Elmos u ponedjeljak kasno navečer. Razlozi za odluku nisu navedeni.

Elmos razvija, proizvodi i distribuira poluvodiče prvenstveno za automobilsku industriju.

Krajem prošle godine kompanija sa sjedištem u Dortmundu objavila je da namjerava prodati...
