Nizozemski proizvođač piva Heineken završio je svoj izlazak iz Rusije prodajom tamošnjih operacija ruskoj Arnest grupi za simboličan jedan euro, objavila je kompanija u petak.
Drugi po veličini svjetski proizvođač piva priopćio je da je za taj sporazum dobio sve potrebne dozvole i da će vjerojatno ostati iznimno visoki gubici od 300 milijuna eura.
Heineken je objavio svoju namjeru izlaska iz Rusije nakon ruske invazije na Ukrajinu u ožujku 2022. godine, a sada priznaje da je cijeli proces trajao dulje od očekivanoga.
"Nedavni razvoj događaja pokazuje značajne izazove s kojima se sučeljavaju velike proizvodne tvrtke pri napuštanju Rusije", naveo je u priopćenju izvršni direktor Dolf van den Brink.
Mnoge multinacionalne kompanije pohrlile su napustiti Rusiju nakon što je Zapad uveo oštre sankcije Moskvi, ali je Kremlj uzvratio zapljenom imovine niza zapadnih kompanija.
Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin potpisao je u srpnju dekret o preuzimanju kontrole nad ruskom podružnicom francuskog proizvođača jogurta Danone, zajedno s udjelom pivske tvrtke Carlsberg u lokalnoj pivovari.
Anheuser-Busch InBev također je objavio da planira napustiti zajedničko ulaganje koje je s turskim Efesom imao u Rusiji.
Heineken je u Rusiji imao sedam pivovara i 1.800 zaposlenika, koji su dobili jamstvo zaposlenja za sljedeće tri godine.
Nizozemska pivovara prošle je godine uklonila iz Rusije svoj brend Heineken, a proizvodnja Amstela trebala bi biti ukinuta u roku od šest mjeseci.
Heineken je objavio da je ugovor, bez mogućnosti otkupa poslovanja, uključivao trogodišnju licencu za neke manje regionalne brendove, kojima Heineken neće pružiti potporu niti ostvariti nikakav prihod.
Grupa Arnest posjeduje veliku tvrtku za pakiranje limenki i najveći je ruski proizvođač aerosola, kao i prodaje kozmetike i kućanskih potrepština.
Heineken je priopćio da će ta transakcija tek zanemarivo utjecati na cjelogodišnje procjene.

Nizozemski proizvođač piva Heineken završio je svoj izlazak iz Rusije prodajom tamošnjih operacija ruskoj Arnest grupi za simboličan jedan euro, objavila je kompanija u petak.
Drugi po veličini svjetski proizvođač piva priopćio je da je za taj sporazum dobio sve potrebne dozvole i da će vjerojatno ostati iznimno visoki gubici od 300 milijuna eura.
Heineken je objavio svoju namjeru izlaska iz Rusije nakon ruske invazije na Ukrajinu u ožujku 2022. godine, a sada priznaje da je cijeli proces trajao dulje od očekivanoga.
"Nedavni razvoj događaja pokazuje značajne izazove s kojima se sučeljavaju velike proizvodne tvrtke pri napuštanju Rusije", naveo je u priopćenju izvršni direktor Dolf van den Brink.
Mnoge multinacionalne kompanije pohrlile su napustiti Rusiju nakon što je Zapad uveo oštre sankcije Moskvi, ali je Kremlj uzvratio zapljenom imovine niza zapadnih kompanija.
Ruski predsjednik Vladimir Putin potpisao je u srpnju dekret o preuzimanju kontrole nad ruskom podružnicom francuskog proizvođača jogurta Danone, zajedno s udjelom pivske tvrtke Carlsberg u lokalnoj pivovari.
Anheuser-Busch InBev također je objavio da planira napustiti zajedničko ulaganje koje je s turskim Efesom imao u Rusiji.
Heineken je u Rusiji imao sedam pivovara i 1.800 zaposlenika, koji su dobili jamstvo zaposlenja za sljedeće tri godine.
Nizozemska pivovara prošle je godine uklonila iz Rusije svoj brend Heineken, a proizvodnja Amstela trebala bi biti ukinuta u roku od šest mjeseci.
Heineken je objavio da je ugovor, bez mogućnosti otkupa poslovanja, uključivao trogodišnju licencu za neke manje regionalne brendove, kojima Heineken neće pružiti potporu niti ostvariti nikakav prihod.
