Ikone talijanske mode Domenico Dolce i Stefano Gabbana izjavili su u četvrtak da će njihova slavna modna kuća Dolce & Gabbana umrijeti s njima.

"Kada budemo mrtvi, bit ćemo mrtvi. Ne želim da neki japanski dizajner počne dizajnirati brend Dolce & Gabbana", rekao je Stefano Gabbana (55) u razgovoru za Corriere della Sera.

Modni veterani pokrenuli su svoj brend 1985. i dalje rade zajedno iako od 2004. više nisu par.

"Kada smo se razišli, dogovorili smo se da ćemo sve podijeliti. Jer ako se, na primjer, meni idući dan nešto dogodi, on (Dolce) našao bi se u situaciji da ima posla s nekim tko nije uključen u industriju, recimo mojim rođakom, koji bi mogao upropastiti tvrtku", kazao je Gabbana.

"I zato smo stvorili zakladu koju nitko od nas ne može dirnuti", dodao je.

Dolce (59) naglašava kako su odbili svaku ponudu da prodaju brend. "Možete imati sav novac svijeta, ali ako niste slobodni, što će vam to. Ne idete u grob u lijesu nabijenom novcem", kaže Dolce.

Gabbana tvrdi da ionako nema vremena potrošiti svoje bogatstvo. 

"Prezaposlen sam. Ne želim biti još bogatiji, moj cilj je biti uspješan", rekao je.

Iako više nisu u romantičnoj vezi, dvojica muškaraca i dalje su iznimno povezana.

"Čak i danas, što je moje i njegovo je, a što je njegovo i moje je... Naši novi partneri znaju da je to tako, sviđalo im se to ili ne", rekao je Dolce.

Ikone talijanske mode Domenico Dolce i Stefano Gabbana izjavili su u četvrtak da će njihova slavna modna kuća Dolce & Gabbana umrijeti s njima.

"Kada budemo mrtvi, bit ćemo mrtvi. Ne želim da neki japanski dizajner počne dizajnirati brend Dolce & Gabbana", rekao je Stefano Gabbana (55) u razgovoru za Corriere della Sera.

Modni veterani pokrenuli su svoj brend 1985. i dalje rade zajedno iako od 2004. više nisu par.

"Kada smo se razišli, dogovorili smo se da ćemo sve podijeliti. Jer ako se, na primjer, meni idući dan nešto dogodi, on (Dolce) našao bi se u situaciji da ima posla s nekim tko nije uključen u industriju, recimo mojim rođakom, koji bi mogao upropastiti tvrtku", kazao je Gabbana.

"I zato smo stvorili zakladu koju nitko od nas ne može dirnuti", dodao je.

Dolce (59) naglašava kako su odbili svaku ponudu da prodaju brend. "Možete imati sav novac svijeta, ali ako niste slobodni, što će vam to. Ne idete u grob u lijesu nabijenom novcem", kaže Dolce.

Gabbana tvrdi da ionako nema vremena potrošiti svoje bogatstvo. 

"Prezaposlen sam. Ne želim biti još bogatiji, moj cilj je biti uspješan", rekao je.

Iako više nisu u romantičnoj vezi, dvojica muškaraca i dalje su iznimno povezana.

"Čak i danas, što je moje i njegovo je, a što je njegovo i moje je... Naši novi partneri znaju da je to tako, sviđalo im se to ili ne", rekao je Dolce.
