Danas se taj porezni dug od 1,6 milijuna, obračunavanjem zateznih kamata, popeo na 2,7 milijuna kuna – navodi u dopisu Fini dr. Željko Matutinović, predsjednik kluba.

U planu restrukturiranja kluba predlaže se da država oprosti sve kamate i 70 posto duga, a da ostatak od 489 tisuća kuna klub vraća četiri godine uz 4,5 posto godišnje kamate, za što bi morali izdvojiti 11.158 kuna mjesečno.

Prijeboj potraživanja s Gradom

Tenis klub Gradu Splitu duguje 1,7 milijuna kuna, a dr. Matutinović kaže da taj dug datira iz 1997. godine, ali da glavni problem ipak nastaje 2001. godine kada Grad klubu višestruko povećava iznos komunalne naknade. Predsjednik kluba tvrdi da je Grad komunalnu naknadu bez valjanog razloga tada počeo obračunavati i na sportske terene, iako, tvrdi dr. Matutinović, ni jedan drugi klub u Splitu ne plaća komunalnu naknadu na - otvorene terene.

Istovremeno Tenis klub od Grada potražuje ukupno 937 tisuća kuna jer iznosi za sufinanciranje kluba iz gradskog proračuna, preko Saveza sportova, klubu nisu isplaćivani od 2010. godine. Zato bi Gradskom vijeću predložio prijeboj međusobnih potraživanja, te da od ostatka duga od 761 tisuću kuna oproste 70 posto. Tako bi klub Gradu na rate vratio 228 tisuća kuna u četiri godine i uz godišnju kamatu od 4,5 posto, što bi mjesečno iznosilo 5207 kuna – izračunali su u klubu.

Ukupan dug Tenis kluba je 4,5 milijuna te od svih vjerovnika traže oprost kamate i 70 posto glavnice.
Splitska Fina je otvorila postupak predstečajne nagodbe Tenis kluba s vjerovnicima i zakazala ročište na kojem će se vjerovnici izjasniti prihvaćaju li predloženi otpis dugova.

Nagodbeno vijeće Fine je račun kluba odblokiralo još u prosincu prošle godine kada je donijelo privremenu mjeru kojom se Fini nalaže da zastane s provedbom ovrha i osiguranjima, te da tako dopusti da klub raspolaže s novčanim sredstvima od članarina, prihodima od škole tenisa i iznajmljivanja terena.

Sedam godina radili bez računa

- Predstečajna nagodba je rutinski postupak. Naša je prednost što nemamo imovine, imamo jednu kasu i staru televiziju, pa stečaj nema smisla jer se vjerovnici ne bi imali od čega naplatiti. Naime, tri teniska terena su gradska, a ostali tereni su u sporu radi povrata imovine starim vlasnicima zemljišta. Sedam godina je klub radio bez računa i to je nevjerojatan podatak, a tu su tenis igrali i ljudi iz Grada i iz Porezne uprave, i nitko nije reagirao, a sad se svi čude.

Drugi klubovi su od Grada tražili potpuni oprost duga za komunalnu naknadu, a mi smo nastojali biti maksimalno pošteni jer mislimo da dio svojih dugova možemo vratiti. Kada sam došao na čelo kluba, zatekao sam šest trenera i deset djece u školi tenisa.

Doveo sam novog, mladog čovjeka za direktora, i do sada je klub zaposlenicima isplatio tri plaće sa svim doprinosima. To je prvi put nakon osam godina da su im uplaćeni doprinosi. Sada imamo 40 djece u školi tenisa jer temeljno poslovanje kluba je učenje djece do 12 godina. Goran Ivanišević pokreće sportsku akademiju, a prijedlog je i da postane počasni predsjednik kluba – kazao je dr. Matutinović, koji je na čelo kluba došao prije tri mjeseca.

Prijeboj potraživanja s Gradom

Tenis klub Gradu Splitu duguje 1,7 milijuna kuna, a dr. Matutinović kaže da taj dug datira iz 1997. godine, ali da glavni problem ipak nastaje 2001. godine kada Grad klubu višestruko povećava iznos komunalne naknade. Predsjednik kluba tvrdi da je Grad komunalnu naknadu bez valjanog razloga tada počeo obračunavati i na sportske terene, iako, tvrdi dr. Matutinović, ni jedan drugi klub u Splitu ne plaća komunalnu naknadu na - otvorene terene.

Istovremeno Tenis klub od Grada potražuje ukupno 937 tisuća kuna jer iznosi za sufinanciranje kluba iz gradskog proračuna, preko Saveza sportova, klubu nisu isplaćivani od 2010. godine. Zato bi Gradskom vijeću predložio prijeboj međusobnih potraživanja, te da od ostatka duga od 761 tisuću kuna oproste 70 posto. Tako bi klub Gradu na rate vratio 228 tisuća kuna u četiri godine i uz godišnju kamatu od 4,5 posto, što bi mjesečno iznosilo 5207 kuna – izračunali su u klubu.

Ukupan dug Tenis kluba je 4,5 milijuna te od svih vjerovnika traže oprost kamate i 70 posto glavnice.
Splitska Fina je otvorila postupak predstečajne nagodbe Tenis kluba s vjerovnicima i zakazala ročište na kojem će se vjerovnici izjasniti prihvaćaju li predloženi otpis dugova.

Nagodbeno vijeće Fine je račun kluba odblokiralo još u prosincu prošle godine kada je donijelo privremenu mjeru kojom se Fini nalaže da zastane s provedbom ovrha i osiguranjima, te da tako dopusti da klub raspolaže s novčanim sredstvima od članarina, prihodima od škole tenisa i iznajmljivanja terena.

Sedam godina radili bez računa

- Predstečajna nagodba je rutinski postupak. Naša je prednost što nemamo imovine, imamo jednu kasu i staru televiziju, pa stečaj nema smisla jer se vjerovnici ne bi imali od čega naplatiti. Naime, tri teniska terena su gradska, a ostali tereni su u sporu radi povrata imovine starim vlasnicima zemljišta. Sedam godina je klub radio bez računa i to je nevjerojatan podatak, a tu su tenis igrali i ljudi iz Grada i iz Porezne uprave, i nitko nije reagirao, a sad se svi čude.

Drugi klubovi su od Grada tražili potpuni oprost duga za komunalnu naknadu, a mi smo nastojali biti maksimalno pošteni jer mislimo da dio svojih dugova možemo vratiti. Kada sam došao na čelo kluba, zatekao sam šest trenera i deset djece u školi tenisa.

Doveo sam novog, mladog čovjeka za direktora, i do sada je klub zaposlenicima isplatio tri plaće sa svim doprinosima. To je prvi put nakon osam godina da su im uplaćeni doprinosi. Sada imamo 40 djece u školi tenisa jer temeljno poslovanje kluba je učenje djece do 12 godina. Goran Ivanišević pokreće sportsku akademiju, a prijedlog je i da postane počasni predsjednik kluba – kazao je dr. Matutinović, koji je na čelo kluba došao prije tri mjeseca.
