Bivša kućna pomoćnica optužila je brazilsku nogometnu zvijezdu Neymara na Sudu za radne sporove u Parizu, za rad na crno, nedostojne radne uvjete, neplaćanje prekovremenog rada, te izostanak plaćenog dopusta.

Prema Le Parisienu, koji je otkrio informaciju, ova brazilska majka traži 368.000 eura odštete.

Bilježeći svoje radne sate u bilježnicu, Brazilka bez boravišne dozvole je radila 60 sati tjedno, odnosno 20 sati više od uobičajenog radnog vremena kućne pomoćnice.

Neymara tuži i za nedostojne radne uvjete, neplaćanje prekovremenog rada, te izostanak plaćenog dopusta. Osim toga, optužuje zvijezdu "Selecaoa" da ju je prisilio da dođe na posao 15 dana prije preranog rođenja njezinog četvrtog djeteta.

"Od siječnja 2021. do listopada 2022. Neymar je iskorištavao nesigurnost naše klijentice kako bi joj nametnuo nedostojne radne uvjete, kršeći osnovna pravila zakona o radu," kazali su odvjetnici Mes Caroline Toby i Vincent Champetier u izjavi poslanoj AFP-u.

"Žalimo što je takva osoba pokazala toliko nečovječnosti, čak ići toliko daleko da je našu klijenticu izbacio iz njezina doma nekoliko dana prije prijevremenog poroda," dodaju odvjetnici.

Istaknuli su kako su još u lipnju Neymaru poslali preporučeno pismo kako bi se ova situacija riješila mirnim putem, no brazilski nogometaš nije odgovorio.

Bivša kućna pomoćnica optužila je brazilsku nogometnu zvijezdu Neymara na Sudu za radne sporove u Parizu, za rad na crno, nedostojne radne uvjete, neplaćanje prekovremenog rada, te izostanak plaćenog dopusta.

Prema Le Parisienu, koji je otkrio informaciju, ova brazilska majka traži 368.000 eura odštete.

Bilježeći svoje radne sate u bilježnicu, Brazilka bez boravišne dozvole je radila 60 sati tjedno, odnosno 20 sati više od uobičajenog radnog vremena kućne pomoćnice.

Neymara tuži i za nedostojne radne uvjete, neplaćanje prekovremenog rada, te izostanak plaćenog dopusta. Osim toga, optužuje zvijezdu "Selecaoa" da ju je prisilio da dođe na posao 15 dana prije preranog rođenja njezinog četvrtog djeteta.

"Od siječnja 2021. do listopada 2022. Neymar je iskorištavao nesigurnost naše klijentice kako bi joj nametnuo nedostojne radne uvjete, kršeći osnovna pravila zakona o radu," kazali su odvjetnici Mes Caroline Toby i Vincent Champetier u izjavi poslanoj AFP-u.

"Žalimo što je takva osoba pokazala toliko nečovječnosti, čak ići toliko daleko da je našu klijenticu izbacio iz njezina doma nekoliko dana prije prijevremenog poroda," dodaju odvjetnici.

Istaknuli su kako su još u lipnju Neymaru poslali preporučeno pismo kako bi se ova situacija riješila mirnim putem, no brazilski nogometaš nije odgovorio.

Sud u Parizu: kućna pomoćnica sve bilježila i tužila Neymara za ogromnu svotu

Bivša kućna pomoćnica optužila je brazilsku nogometnu zvijezdu Neymara na Sudu za radne sporove u Parizu, za rad na crno, nedostojne radne uvjete, neplaćanje prekovremenog rada, te izostanak plaćenog dopusta.

Prema Le Parisienu, koji je otkrio informaciju, ova brazilska majka traži 368.000 eura odštete.

Bilježeći svoje radne sate u bilježnicu, Brazilka bez boravišne dozvole je radila 60 sati tjedno, odnosno 20 sati više od uobičajenog radnog vremena kućne pomoćnice.

Neymara tuži i za nedostojne radne uvjete, neplaćanje prekovremenog rada, te izostanak plaćenog dopusta. Osim toga, optužuje zvijezdu "Selecaoa" da ju je prisilio da dođe na posao 15 dana prije preranog rođenja njezinog četvrtog djeteta.

"Od siječnja 2021. do listopada 2022. Neymar je iskorištavao nesigurnost naše klijentice kako bi joj nametnuo nedostojne radne uvjete, kršeći osnovna pravila zakona o radu," kazali su odvjetnici Mes Caroline Toby i Vincent Champetier u izjavi poslanoj AFP-u.

"Žalimo što je takva osoba pokazala toliko nečovječnosti, čak ići toliko daleko da je našu klijenticu izbacio iz njezina doma nekoliko dana prije prijevremenog poroda," dodaju odvjetnici.

Istaknuli su kako su još u lipnju Neymaru poslali preporučeno pismo kako bi se ova situacija riješila mirnim putem, no brazilski nogometaš nije odgovorio.
