Hrvatski nogometaš Luka Modrić, koji bi iduće sezone trebao dijeliti kapetansku vrpcu Real Madrida s braničem Nachom Fernandezom, oprostio se od dosadašnjeg kapetana Karima Benzeme koji prelazi u saudijski Al-Ittihad.

"Tužan sam, ali jako ponosan što sam imao čast igrati 11 godina s jednim od najvećih nogometnih talenata", napisao je 37-godišnji Modrić na Instagramu.

Ondje se obratio 35-godišnjem francuskom napadaču koji je, prema medijskim izvještajima, potpisao ugovor s Al-Ittihadom.

"Kada sam došao ovdje znao sam da si veliki igrač, no nakon prvog treninga sam se uvjerio koliko si zapravo poseban. Osim što si nevjerojatan nogometaš, tijekom godina u kojima smo ispisali povijest ovog fantastičnog kluba, shvatio sam da si i sjajna osoba. Već mi nedostaješ, brate. Hvala na svemu, želim ti puno sreće u tvojoj novoj etapi", dodao je Modrić uz objavu zajedničke fotografije.

Modrić i Benzema, koji je igrao na Santiago Bernabeu od 2009., među petoricom su igrača Real Madrida kojima istječe ugovor 30. lipnja. Modrić bi međutim ovih dana trebao potpisati novi jednogodišnji ugovor, do 30. lipnja 2024., rekli su Hini u Real Madridu. U klubu bi trebao ostati i 33-godišnji španjolski stoper Nacho Fernandez.

S obzirom da je Nacho igrač s najdužim stažem u prvoj momčadi, gdje igra od 2011., on bi iduće sezone trebao biti prvi kapetan. No on je rezervni igrač pa je za očekivati da Modrić, ostane li u udarnoj postavi kao ove sezone, na travnjaku nosi kapetansku vrpcu. Modrić od ljeta 2012. nosi bijeli dres "kraljevskog kluba", s kojim je osvojio 23 trofeja. Ove sezone je nastupio u 52 utakmice, a tijekom pet prvenstvenih susreta bio je kapetan kada na travnjaku nije bilo Benzeme i Nacha.

Modrić je od 2016. kapetan reprezentacije Hrvatske s kojom će od 14. do 18. lipnja pokušati osvojiti Ligu nacija u Nizozemskoj. S Real Madridom je ove sezone došao do pehara europskog Superkupa, Svjetskog klupskog prvenstva i španjolskog Kupa kralja.

Real Madrid su zasad napustila trojica napadača. Osim Benzeme klub je službeno potvrdio i odlazak Marca Asensija dok se Mariano Diaz oprostio pismom preko društvenih mreža. Mediji izvještavaju da odlazi i belgijski ofenzivac Eden Hazard pa će uprava krenuti u kupnju napadača uoči nadolazeće sezone.

Hrvatski nogometaš Luka Modrić, koji bi iduće sezone trebao dijeliti kapetansku vrpcu Real Madrida s braničem Nachom Fernandezom, oprostio se od dosadašnjeg kapetana Karima Benzeme koji prelazi u saudijski Al-Ittihad.

"Tužan sam, ali jako ponosan što sam imao čast igrati 11 godina s jednim od najvećih nogometnih talenata", napisao je 37-godišnji Modrić na Instagramu.

Ondje se obratio 35-godišnjem francuskom napadaču koji je, prema medijskim izvještajima, potpisao ugovor s Al-Ittihadom.

"Kada sam došao ovdje znao sam da si veliki igrač, no nakon prvog treninga sam se uvjerio koliko si zapravo poseban. Osim što si nevjerojatan nogometaš, tijekom godina u kojima smo ispisali povijest ovog fantastičnog kluba, shvatio sam da si i sjajna osoba. Već mi nedostaješ, brate. Hvala na svemu, želim ti puno sreće u tvojoj novoj etapi", dodao je Modrić uz objavu zajedničke fotografije.

Modrić i Benzema, koji je igrao na Santiago Bernabeu od 2009., među petoricom su igrača Real Madrida kojima istječe ugovor 30. lipnja. Modrić bi međutim ovih dana trebao potpisati novi jednogodišnji ugovor, do 30. lipnja 2024., rekli su Hini u Real Madridu. U klubu bi trebao ostati i 33-godišnji španjolski stoper Nacho Fernandez.

S obzirom da je Nacho igrač s najdužim stažem u prvoj momčadi, gdje igra od 2011., on bi iduće sezone trebao biti prvi kapetan. No on je rezervni igrač pa je za očekivati da Modrić, ostane li u udarnoj postavi kao ove sezone, na travnjaku nosi kapetansku vrpcu. Modrić od ljeta 2012. nosi bijeli dres "kraljevskog kluba", s kojim je osvojio 23 trofeja. Ove sezone je nastupio u 52 utakmice, a tijekom pet prvenstvenih susreta bio je kapetan kada na travnjaku nije bilo Benzeme i Nacha.

Modrić je od 2016. kapetan reprezentacije Hrvatske s kojom će od 14. do 18. lipnja pokušati osvojiti Ligu nacija u Nizozemskoj. S Real Madridom je ove sezone došao do pehara europskog Superkupa, Svjetskog klupskog prvenstva i španjolskog Kupa kralja.

Real Madrid su zasad napustila trojica napadača. Osim Benzeme klub je službeno potvrdio i odlazak Marca Asensija dok se Mariano Diaz oprostio pismom preko društvenih mreža. Mediji izvještavaju da odlazi i belgijski ofenzivac Eden Hazard pa će uprava krenuti u kupnju napadača uoči nadolazeće sezone.

Hrvatski nogometaš Luka Modrić, koji bi iduće sezone trebao dijeliti kapetansku vrpcu Real Madrida s braničem Nachom Fernandezom, oprostio se od dosadašnjeg kapetana Karima Benzeme koji prelazi u saudijski Al-Ittihad.

"Tužan sam, ali jako ponosan što sam imao čast igrati 11 godina s jednim od najvećih nogometnih talenata", napisao je 37-godišnji Modrić na Instagramu.

Ondje se obratio 35-godišnjem francuskom napadaču koji je, prema medijskim izvještajima, potpisao ugovor s Al-Ittihadom.

"Kada sam došao ovdje znao sam da si veliki igrač, no nakon prvog treninga sam se uvjerio koliko si zapravo poseban. Osim što si nevjerojatan nogometaš, tijekom godina u kojima smo ispisali povijest ovog fantastičnog kluba, shvatio sam da si i sjajna osoba. Već mi nedostaješ, brate. Hvala na svemu, želim ti puno sreće u tvojoj novoj etapi", dodao je Modrić uz objavu zajedničke fotografije.

Modrić i Benzema, koji je igrao na Santiago Bernabeu od 2009., među petoricom su igrača Real Madrida kojima istječe ugovor 30. lipnja. Modrić bi međutim ovih dana trebao potpisati novi jednogodišnji ugovor, do 30. lipnja 2024., rekli su Hini u Real Madridu. U klubu bi trebao ostati i 33-godišnji španjolski stoper Nacho Fernandez.

S obzirom da je Nacho igrač s najdužim stažem u prvoj momčadi, gdje igra od 2011., on bi iduće sezone trebao biti prvi kapetan. No on je rezervni igrač pa je za očekivati da Modrić, ostane li u udarnoj postavi kao ove sezone, na travnjaku nosi kapetansku vrpcu. Modrić od ljeta 2012. nosi bijeli dres "kraljevskog kluba", s kojim je osvojio 23 trofeja. Ove sezone je nastupio u 52 utakmice, a tijekom pet prvenstvenih susreta bio je kapetan kada na travnjaku nije bilo Benzeme i Nacha.
