Hrvatska je pobijedila Island u pretposljednjoj utakmici na Europskom prvenstvu, a nakon utakmice legendarni rukometaš Petar Metličić je u studiju RTL-a komentirao:

- Uvijek kad pobijediš je bolje, malo ti je lakše. Nastavili smo u ritmu kojeg smo imali poput Danske. Obrambeno smo bili dobri, imali smo problema s napadom. U drugom poluvremenu smo se digli u napadu, a svakako moramo naglasiti da smo do pobjede došli nošeni obranom i fantastičnim Pešićem - rekao je Metličić koji je prije utakmice završio svoj 'verbalni obračun' s izbornikom Hrvojem Horvatom.

- Mislim da je sve rečeno. Sve ostalo je nepotrebno komentirati. Greške svatko radi, a tko je što rekao je manje bitno. Nisam nikoga uvrijedio niti ću to ikada napraviti. Točka - poručio je Metličić

Najboljim igračem utakmice protiv Islanda proglašen je Tin Lučin, ali jako važnu ulogu imao je Ivan Pešić koji je prikupio 13 obrana.

- Vidjeli smo što znači golman u rukometu. Dečki su na ovoj utakmici pokazali karakter. Gubili smo, pa vodili 5 razlike, pa onda opet gubili i ipak pobijedili - rekao je Drago Vuković, a Goran Šprem je nastavio:

- Drugo poluvrijeme do 50. minute smo igrali furiozno. Tin Lučin je opet ovu utakmicu bio fenomenalan - dobili smo igrača koji je cijeli turnir bio fenomenalan, a dobili smo Pešića koji je imao 13 obrana za kojima smo vapili. Da smo u svakoj utakmici imali 13 obrana onda bi i rezultati bili drukčiji. Ovo je bilo dosta važno za cijelu momčad jer su i oni imali pritisak. Vidjelo se na kraju utakmice koliko su slavili.

Na tu priču nadovezao se Metličić.

- Puno je tu momaka koji su praktično debitirali na velikom natjecanju i svaka pobjeda im puno znači. Bila je ovo čudna utakmica, upali smo u neku rupu, a za Island je utakmica bila puno važnija. Imali smo dosta grešaka u napadu, ali Pešić je sve to spasio. Dva boda su tu i to je najvažnije. Ne bježimo od problema, ali sve je lakše kad se pobijedi. Kako smo rekli nakon Danske - sve je to lijepo, umjetnički dojam i sve to, ali bodova nema. Sada su bodovi tu, a i penjemo se malo na tablici.

Utakmicu je komentirao i Božidar Jović.

- Ljepše je kad se pobjedi. Nije bila neka maestralna predstava, ali u rukometu nema umjetničkog dojma, samo se pišu bodovi. Sad mi je još više žao one nesretne utakmice protiv Crne Gore jer bi sada imali četiri boda. Imali smo malo sreće, ali smo zasluženo pobijedili. I na kraju da kažem - svi pucaju, ali Ante Gadža gađa.

Hrvatska je pobjedom protiv Islanda došla do prvih bodova u skupini, ali šansu za plasman u polufinale smo odavno izgubili, a daleko je i treće mjesto, odnosno borba za plasman na peto mjesto na Euru. No, pobjeda je definitivno važna.

- Ova utakmica će puno utjecati na ukupan dojam. Protiv Nizozemske ulazimo kao favoriti i ako pobijedimo i tu utakmicu završit ćemo turnir s pobjedom, s pozitivnom pričom i onda je lakše analizirati. Pobjeda je dobra i u prijateljskim utakmicama, kada igraš karte ne voliš izgubiti, a kamoli ne ovako. Puno je lakše na sve probleme gledati s pobjedom u zadnjoj utakmici - smatra Šprem.

Sve je jednom rečenicom zaključio Metličić:

- Imali smo šansu, kiksali smo kad je najviše trebalo, ali što je - tu je. Idemo dalje.

Hrvatska je pobijedila Island u pretposljednjoj utakmici na Europskom prvenstvu, a nakon utakmice legendarni rukometaš Petar Metličić je u studiju RTL-a komentirao:

- Uvijek kad pobijediš je bolje, malo ti je lakše. Nastavili smo u ritmu kojeg smo imali poput Danske. Obrambeno smo bili dobri, imali smo problema s napadom. U drugom poluvremenu smo se digli u napadu, a svakako moramo naglasiti da smo do pobjede došli nošeni obranom i fantastičnim Pešićem - rekao je Metličić koji je prije utakmice završio svoj 'verbalni obračun' s izbornikom Hrvojem Horvatom.

- Mislim da je sve rečeno. Sve ostalo je nepotrebno komentirati. Greške svatko radi, a tko je što rekao je manje bitno. Nisam nikoga uvrijedio niti ću to ikada napraviti. Točka - poručio je Metličić

Najboljim igračem utakmice protiv Islanda proglašen je Tin Lučin, ali jako važnu ulogu imao je Ivan Pešić koji je prikupio 13 obrana.

- Vidjeli smo što znači golman u rukometu. Dečki su na ovoj utakmici pokazali karakter. Gubili smo, pa vodili 5 razlike, pa onda opet gubili i ipak pobijedili - rekao je Drago Vuković, a Goran Šprem je nastavio:

- Drugo poluvrijeme do 50. minute smo igrali furiozno. Tin Lučin je opet ovu utakmicu bio fenomenalan - dobili smo igrača koji je cijeli turnir bio fenomenalan, a dobili smo Pešića koji je imao 13 obrana za kojima smo vapili. Da smo u svakoj utakmici imali 13 obrana onda bi i rezultati bili drukčiji. Ovo je bilo dosta važno za cijelu momčad jer su i oni imali pritisak. Vidjelo se na kraju utakmice koliko su slavili.

Na tu priču nadovezao se Metličić.

- Puno je tu momaka koji su praktično debitirali na velikom natjecanju i svaka pobjeda im puno znači. Bila je ovo čudna utakmica, upali smo u neku rupu, a za Island je utakmica bila puno važnija. Imali smo dosta grešaka u napadu, ali Pešić je sve to spasio. Dva boda su tu i to je najvažnije. Ne bježimo od problema, ali sve je lakše kad se pobijedi. Kako smo rekli nakon Danske - sve je to lijepo, umjetnički dojam i sve to, ali bodova nema. Sada su bodovi tu, a i penjemo se malo na tablici.

Utakmicu je komentirao i Božidar Jović.

- Ljepše je kad se pobjedi. Nije bila neka maestralna predstava, ali u rukometu nema umjetničkog dojma, samo se pišu bodovi. Sad mi je još više žao one nesretne utakmice protiv Crne Gore jer bi sada imali četiri boda. Imali smo malo sreće, ali smo zasluženo pobijedili. Hrvatska je pobjedom protiv Islanda došla do prvih bodova u skupini, ali šansu za plasman u polufinale smo odavno izgubili, a daleko je i treće mjesto, odnosno borba za plasman na peto mjesto na Euru. No, pobjeda je definitivno važna.

- Ova utakmica će puno utjecati na ukupan dojam. Protiv Nizozemske ulazimo kao favoriti i ako pobijedimo i tu utakmicu završit ćemo turnir s pobjedom, s pozitivnom pričom i onda je lakše analizirati. Pobjeda je dobra i u prijateljskim utakmicama, kada igraš karte ne voliš izgubiti, a kamoli ne ovako. Puno je lakše na sve probleme gledati s pobjedom u zadnjoj utakmici - smatra Šprem.

Hrvatska je pobijedila Island u pretposljednjoj utakmici na Europskom prvenstvu, a nakon utakmice legendarni rukometaš Petar Metličić je u studiju RTL-a komentirao:

- Uvijek kad pobijediš je bolje, malo ti je lakše. Nastavili smo u ritmu kojeg smo imali poput Danske. Obrambeno smo bili dobri, imali smo problema s napadom. U drugom poluvremenu smo se digli u napadu, a svakako moramo naglasiti da smo do pobjede došli nošeni obranom i fantastičnim Pešićem - rekao je Metličić koji je prije utakmice završio svoj 'verbalni obračun' s izbornikom Hrvojem Horvatom.

- Mislim da je sve rečeno. Sve ostalo je nepotrebno komentirati. Greške svatko radi, a tko je što rekao je manje bitno. Nisam nikoga uvrijedio niti ću to ikada napraviti. Točka - poručio je Metličić
