Ispadanje s Europskog prvenstva u prvom krugu u Francuskoj je veliko iznenađenje jer smo od naše reprezentacije navikli na pobjede.

Međutim, igrači se uglavnom fokusiraju na svjetska prvenstva i olimpijske igre, dok na europskim prvenstvima ponekad isprobavaju neke nove stvari. Uz to, otišao je prije par godina izbornik Claude Onesta te neki stariji igrači poput vratara Thierryja Omeyera i reprezentacija je sada u razdoblju tranzicije. Nije lako godinama uvijek pobjeđivati.

Glavni uzrok neuspjeha u Norveškoj je odnos igrača s izbornikom Didierom Dinartom. Igrači nisu zadovoljni i sigurno će među sobom pričati kako te stvari riješiti. Da usporedim, Onesta možda nije bio najbolji taktičar, ali je bio sjajan govornik. Znao je inspirirati igrače i osluškivao je njihovo bilo. Prilagodio im se. Dinart u tom psihološkom aspektu, u odnosu s igračima, nije toliko dobar. Nije im dao puno slobode. Probao je nešto novo, čak i mijenjati pozicije nekim igračima poput Abaloa. Želio je pokazati da ima vlastiti identitet i da on nije Onesta, ali nije išlo. Igrači nisu razumjeli što Dinart od njih traži, a to javnost ni dan-danas ne zna. Djelovali su izgubljeno na terenu.

Unatoč tomu, Dinart ima podršku Saveza i siguran sam da će ostati izbornik. Igrači su navikli godinama biti na okupu, kao obitelj su. Zajedno će raditi na pronalasku rješenja. To vam je kao kad imate probleme u obitelji. Nećete promijeniti obitelj, nego ćete probati riješiti probleme u četiri zida. Olimpijska je godina i ne bi bilo pametno mijenjati izbornika, tim više što nema ni puno kvalitetnih rješenja umjesto njega.

Situacija nije katastrofična, no Dinart će nešto morati promijeniti u odnosu prema igračima. U travnju smo domaćini kvalifikacijskog turnira za OI u Tokiju i bit će zanimljivo vidjeti možemo li se vratiti na stari nivo. Ovo nam je bila dobra lekcija.

Ispadanje s Europskog prvenstva u prvom krugu u Francuskoj je veliko iznenađenje jer smo od naše reprezentacije navikli na pobjede.

Međutim, igrači se uglavnom fokusiraju na svjetska prvenstva i olimpijske igre, dok na europskim prvenstvima ponekad isprobavaju neke nove stvari. Uz to, otišao je prije par godina izbornik Claude Onesta te neki stariji igrači poput vratara Thierryja Omeyera i reprezentacija je sada u razdoblju tranzicije. Nije lako godinama uvijek pobjeđivati.

Glavni uzrok neuspjeha u Norveškoj je odnos igrača s izbornikom Didierom Dinartom. Igrači nisu zadovoljni i sigurno će među sobom pričati kako te stvari riješiti. Da usporedim, Onesta možda nije bio najbolji taktičar, ali je bio sjajan govornik. Znao je inspirirati igrače i osluškivao je njihovo bilo. Prilagodio im se. Dinart u tom psihološkom aspektu, u odnosu s igračima, nije toliko dobar. Nije im dao puno slobode. Probao je nešto novo, čak i mijenjati pozicije nekim igračima poput Abaloa. Želio je pokazati da ima vlastiti identitet i da on nije Onesta, ali nije išlo. Igrači nisu razumjeli što Dinart od njih traži, a to javnost ni dan-danas ne zna. Djelovali su izgubljeno na terenu.

Unatoč tomu, Dinart ima podršku Saveza i siguran sam da će ostati izbornik. Igrači su navikli godinama biti na okupu, kao obitelj su. Zajedno će raditi na pronalasku rješenja. To vam je kao kad imate probleme u obitelji. Nećete promijeniti obitelj, nego ćete probati riješiti probleme u četiri zida. Olimpijska je godina i ne bi bilo pametno mijenjati izbornika, tim više što nema ni puno kvalitetnih rješenja umjesto njega.

Situacija nije katastrofična, no Dinart će nešto morati promijeniti u odnosu prema igračima. U travnju smo domaćini kvalifikacijskog turnira za OI u Tokiju i bit će zanimljivo vidjeti možemo li se vratiti na stari nivo. Ovo nam je bila dobra lekcija.

Ispadanje s Europskog prvenstva u prvom krugu u Francuskoj je veliko iznenađenje jer smo od naše reprezentacije navikli na pobjede.

Međutim, igrači se uglavnom fokusiraju na svjetska prvenstva i olimpijske igre, dok na europskim prvenstvima ponekad isprobavaju neke nove stvari. Uz to, otišao je prije par godina izbornik Claude Onesta te neki stariji igrači poput vratara Thierryja Omeyera i reprezentacija je sada u razdoblju tranzicije. Nije lako godinama uvijek pobjeđivati.

Glavni uzrok neuspjeha u Norveškoj je odnos igrača s izbornikom Didierom Dinartom. Igrači nisu zadovoljni i sigurno će među sobom pričati kako te stvari riješiti.
