Premda je 41. izdanje Međunarodne novogodišnje regate za klase Laser Standard, Laser Radial i Laser 4.7 i one najmlađe u klasi Optimist, započelo odgodom zbog jakog vjetra, domaćini iz hvarskog Jedriličarskog kluba Zvir su itekako zadovoljni. Pristiglo im je na otok Hvar 96 laseraša iz deset zemalja, te 61 optimist iz sedam zemalja.

- Ovo je završna regata Laser Europa Cupa 2017. u seriji od deset regata koje su se jedrile u Sloveniji, Švicarskoj, Francuskoj, Litvi, Nizozemskoj, Rumunjskoj, Njemačkoj, Poljskoj i Mađarskoj, a sada će u našem hvarskom akvatoriju jedriti do 31. prosinca, za ukupne nagrade Europa Cupa. Stoga je naš gost i predsjednik krovne laserske organizacije EurILCA-e, Jean-Luc Michon koji će i dodijeliti ukupne nagrade – doznajemo od Nikše Ive, tajnika kluba domaćina nadmetanja kojim jedriličari ispraćaju staru godinu.

Ujedno je tijekom svečanog otvorenja u hvarskog loggi, predsjednik JK Zvira Tonko Buzolić uručio posebnu nagradu - unikatni hvarski suvenir, čipku od agave koju pletu časne Benediktinke - europskom prvaku Stefanu Yuillu koji predvodi flotu Optimista.

Regatu je otvorio gradonačelnik Hvara Rikardo Novak, no prvog dana sreće sa vjetrom nije bilo – lebića je bilo previše, pa su kormilari ostali na obali, dok se drugog dana jedrilo po buri, a po prognozi bura na regatnom polju “morske vukove” čeka i u subotu.

Podjela nagrada za klasu Optimist će biti na rasporedu 30. prosinca, a podjela nagrada za Laser Europa Cup i svečano zatvaranje 41. Međunarodne Novogodišnje Regate održat će se 31. prosinca u 20 sati na hvarskom trgu.

Premda je 41. izdanje Međunarodne novogodišnje regate za klase Laser Standard, Laser Radial i Laser 4.7 i one najmlađe u klasi Optimist, započelo odgodom zbog jakog vjetra, domaćini iz hvarskog Jedriličarskog kluba Zvir su itekako zadovoljni. Pristiglo im je na otok Hvar 96 laseraša iz deset zemalja, te 61 optimist iz sedam zemalja.

- Ovo je završna regata Laser Europa Cupa 2017. u seriji od deset regata koje su se jedrile u Sloveniji, Švicarskoj, Francuskoj, Litvi, Nizozemskoj, Rumunjskoj, Njemačkoj, Poljskoj i Mađarskoj, a sada će u našem hvarskom akvatoriju jedriti do 31. prosinca, za ukupne nagrade Europa Cupa. Stoga je naš gost i predsjednik krovne laserske organizacije EurILCA-e, Jean-Luc Michon koji će i dodijeliti ukupne nagrade – doznajemo od Nikše Ive, tajnika kluba domaćina nadmetanja kojim jedriličari ispraćaju staru godinu.

Ujedno je tijekom svečanog otvorenja u hvarskog loggi, predsjednik JK Zvira Tonko Buzolić uručio posebnu nagradu - unikatni hvarski suvenir, čipku od agave koju pletu časne Benediktinke - europskom prvaku Stefanu Yuillu koji predvodi flotu Optimista.

Regatu je otvorio gradonačelnik Hvara Rikardo Novak, no prvog dana sreće sa vjetrom nije bilo – lebića je bilo previše, pa su kormilari ostali na obali, dok se drugog dana jedrilo po buri, a po prognozi bura na regatnom polju “morske vukove” čeka i u subotu.

Podjela nagrada za klasu Optimist će biti na rasporedu 30. prosinca, a podjela nagrada za Laser Europa Cup i svečano zatvaranje 41. Međunarodne Novogodišnje Regate održat će se 31. prosinca u 20 sati na hvarskom trgu.
