Hrvatska muška odbojkaška reprezentacija pobijedila je nakon velike muke sa 3-2 (25-21, 25-22, 19-25, 21-25, 15-11) Švedsku u nizozemskom Apeldoornu na drugom kvalifikacijskom turniru skupine A za plasman na Europsko prvenstvo.

Ovom pobjedom su hrvatski reprezentativci zadržali šanse za plasman na EP, iako su neplanirano izgubili jedan bod, pa će zapravo susret u nedjelju u 16 sati protiv domaćina Nizozemske dati konačne odgovore.

Uzgred, Nizozemska je do sada nepobijeđena u skupini, nakon dvije pobjede na zadarskom turniru protekli vikend, u petak su pobijedili još jednom Šveđane, ovoga puta sa 3-1.

Hrvatski su reprezentativci u prva dva seta stalno bili i situaciji stizati suparnike; u prvom setu su tako od 8-13, 11-14, 13-16 i 14-17 uspjeli izjednačiti na 19-19, a onda u završnici, na krilima tri as servisa korektora Lea Andrića slomili otpor suparnika i dobili taj prvi set sa 25-21.

U drugom vrlo slična situacija, Šveđani imaju 15-11, no tada  momčad izbornika Emanuelea Zaninija ubacuje u višu brzinu, pojačava servis, konsolidira obranu i blok, i najprije dolazi u egal 15-15, a onda i u vodstvo 21-19 do konačnih 25-22.

Baš kada se očekivalo da su slomili otpor žilavih Šveđana, naši su suparnici odlučili pomrsiti račune hrvatskim odbojkašima.

Ulaze u set sa 4.1, imaju i 14-8 i 21-16 i dobivaju taj period igre sa 25-19. Pokušao je Zanini minutama odmora prekinuti niz Švedske, uveo i Mitrašinovića, Zeljkovića i Bakonjija, no bez većeg uspjeha. Šveđani su, osokoljeni tim trećim setom, dobili i četvrti, iskoristivši grogiranost hrvatske izabrane vrste kojoj u tom periodu igre nije puno toga polazilo za rukom.

Iako, kod 16-16 ukazao se tračak nade za sva tri boda za Hrvatsku, no veliki broj naših pogrešaka doveo je do petog seta, u kojem je naša izabrana vrste ipak našla koncentracije i snage za konačnu pobjedu od 3-2 u setovima. U tom petom setu ponovno smo gledali dominantnu hrvatsku reprezentaciju koja je taj period igre otvorila sa 3-0, otišla na promjenu strana sa 8:4 do konačnih uvjerljivih 15-11.

Nakon susreta naš reprezentativac na poziciji primača-pucača, Filip Šestan, je rekao:

"Očekivali smo tri boda, iskreno, ali ništa još nije izgubljeno, sada protiv Nizozemaca moramo jurišati na maksimalan broj bodova. Idemo na pobjedu, mislim da to možemo. Dat ćemo sve od sebe da se plasiramo na Europsko prvenstvo".

Hrvatska muška odbojkaška reprezentacija pobijedila je nakon velike muke sa 3-2 (25-21, 25-22, 19-25, 21-25, 15-11) Švedsku u nizozemskom Apeldoornu na drugom kvalifikacijskom turniru skupine A za plasman na Europsko prvenstvo.

Ovom pobjedom su hrvatski reprezentativci zadržali šanse za plasman na EP, iako su neplanirano izgubili jedan bod, pa će zapravo susret u nedjelju u 16 sati protiv domaćina Nizozemske dati konačne odgovore.

Uzgred, Nizozemska je do sada nepobijeđena u skupini, nakon dvije pobjede na zadarskom turniru protekli vikend, u petak su pobijedili još jednom Šveđane, ovoga puta sa 3-1.

Hrvatski su reprezentativci u prva dva seta stalno bili i situaciji stizati suparnike; u prvom setu su tako od 8-13, 11-14, 13-16 i 14-17 uspjeli izjednačiti na 19-19, a onda u završnici, na krilima tri as servisa korektora Lea Andrića slomili otpor suparnika i dobili taj prvi set sa 25-21.

U drugom vrlo slična situacija, Šveđani imaju 15-11, no tada  momčad izbornika Emanuelea Zaninija ubacuje u višu brzinu, pojačava servis, konsolidira obranu i blok, i najprije dolazi u egal 15-15, a onda i u vodstvo 21-19 do konačnih 25-22.

Baš kada se očekivalo da su slomili otpor žilavih Šveđana, naši su suparnici odlučili pomrsiti račune hrvatskim odbojkašima.

Ulaze u set sa 4.1, imaju i 14-8 i 21-16 i dobivaju taj period igre sa 25-19. Pokušao je Zanini minutama odmora prekinuti niz Švedske, uveo i Mitrašinovića, Zeljkovića i Bakonjija, no bez većeg uspjeha. Šveđani su, osokoljeni tim trećim setom, dobili i četvrti, iskoristivši grogiranost hrvatske izabrane vrste kojoj u tom periodu igre nije puno toga polazilo za rukom.

Iako, kod 16-16 ukazao se tračak nade za sva tri boda za Hrvatsku, no veliki broj naših pogrešaka doveo je do petog seta, u kojem je naša izabrana vrste ipak našla koncentracije i snage za konačnu pobjedu od 3-2 u setovima. U tom petom setu ponovno smo gledali dominantnu hrvatsku reprezentaciju koja je taj period igre otvorila sa 3-0, otišla na promjenu strana sa 8:4 do konačnih uvjerljivih 15-11.

Nakon susreta naš reprezentativac na poziciji primača-pucača, Filip Šestan, je rekao:

"Očekivali smo tri boda, iskreno, ali ništa još nije izgubljeno, sada protiv Nizozemaca moramo jurišati na maksimalan broj bodova. Idemo na pobjedu, mislim da to možemo. Dat ćemo sve od sebe da se plasiramo na Europsko prvenstvo".

Hrvatska pobijedila Švedsku u pet setova i zadržala šanse za plasman na Europsko prvenstvo

Hrvatska muška odbojkaška reprezentacija pobijedila je nakon velike muke sa 3-2 (25-21, 25-22, 19-25, 21-25, 15-11) Švedsku u nizozemskom Apeldoornu na drugom kvalifikacijskom turniru skupine A za plasman na Europsko prvenstvo.

Ovom pobjedom su hrvatski reprezentativci zadržali šanse za plasman na EP, iako su neplanirano izgubili jedan bod, pa će zapravo susret u nedjelju u 16 sati protiv domaćina Nizozemske dati konačne odgovore.

Uzgred, Nizozemska je do sada nepobijeđena u skupini, nakon dvije pobjede na zadarskom turniru protekli vikend, u petak su pobijedili još jednom Šveđane, ovoga puta sa 3-1.

Hrvatski su reprezentativci u prva dva seta stalno bili i situaciji stizati suparnike; u prvom setu su tako od 8-13, 11-14, 13-16 i 14-17 uspjeli izjednačiti na 19-19, a onda u zavr...
