Ono što je u europskom nogometu zadnji dan siječnja ili kolovoza, kada u većini liga završavaju prijelazni rokovi za prodaju i kupovinu igrača, to je u košarkaškoj NBA ligi takozvani "trade deadline", koji ove godine pada na 10. veljače do 21 sat po srednjeeuropskom vremenu. Poslije toga, do kraja sezone više nema prijelaza igrača, koji su pod ugovorima.

U pravilu se klubovi s ambicijama nastoje pojačati, dok oni sa slabijim rezultatima već misle o sljedećoj sezoni i formiranju momčadi za budućnost, uz što veće oslobađanje manevarskog prostora u "salary capu", limitu novca kojeg ima svaki klub za igrački roster. Preciznije rečeno, uglavnom se žele riješiti skupih igrača, koji nisu opravdali uloženo, te imati više iznose na raspolaganju za dovođenje novih i boljih, pišu Sportske novosti.

Glavna priča zadnjeg dana trgovine bila je oko Jamesa Hardena iz Brooklyn Netsa. On je došao u klub kada se stvarala "velika trojka" za pohod na šampionski prsten u kojoj su još bili Kyrie Irving i Kevin Durant, ali Durantova ozljeda i problemi Irvinga s necijepljenjem protiv Covida, odveli su Netse u sezonu prosječnosti. Hardenova forma je također bila daleko od idealne, a kako predvođena izvrsnim Joelom Embiidom Philadelphia igra sve bolje, upravo je tu vidio šansu za naslov, baš u Sixersima.

I dogodila se zamjena, u Sixerse idu Harden i Paul Millsap, dok će u suprotnom smjeru, prema Brooklynu krenuti Ben Simmons, Seth Curry i Andre Drummond uz još dva izbora prve runde drafta. Na ovaj način riješila je i Phila bizarnu situaciju sa Simmonsom kojeg su se odrekli nakon očajnih igara u prošlosezonskom play.offu, a nisu se morali odreći dvojice mladih asova Tyresea Maxeya i Matissea Thybullea. Netsi su dobili pravu infuziju talenta u momčad koja je izgubila devet utakmica zaredom, koja će još neko vrijeme biti bez Kevina Duranta i kojoj je Kyrie Irving dostupan samo na gostovanjima. Netsi su nakon malo više od godinu dana razbili „Veliku trojku“, koja ionako gotovo uopće nije igrala zajedno, a dobili odličan povrat za jednu od najvećih zvijezda lige. Sixersi su pak dobili igrača kojeg su željeli još kad je odlazio iz Houstona i doveli drugog superstara Joelu Embiidu, koji igra sezonu karijere.

Inače, popularnom Bradi na ljeto je isticao ugovor, pa tada Netsi ništa ne bi dobili. Slična situacija bila je 2019. u Torontu, koji je imao Kawhija Leonarda i njegov ugovor do kraja sezone. Dvojba je bila 'trade' ili ne, Toronto ga je odlučio zadržati i - pogodio. Leonard je odveo Raptorse do povijesne titule prvaka NBA lige jednog kanadskog kluba, a "highlight" te sezone je ona čuvena Leonardova trica preko ruke Joela Embiida u odlučujućoj utakmici na Istoku protiv Sixersa

Toronto ima i ove sezone vrlo dobru momčad, a zadnjeg dana transfera napustio ga je Slovenac Goran Dragić, ali neće ostati u San Antonio Spursima s kojima je obavljena razmjena. Veteran Thadeus Young i Drue Eubanks dolaze u Raptorse, kao i pick prve runde drafta 2022. godine.

Sada se za Dragića bore Dallas, Milwaukee, Chicago i Los Angelas Clippersi, a najzaniljivija opcija bilo bi spajanje Luke Dončića i Dragića u Mavericksima. Postoji mogućnost da se Dallas odrekne i Latvijca Kristapsa Porzingisa, kojeg je doveo iz New Yorka kao potencijalnog franšiznog igrača, ali nije ozljedama skloni Porzingis taj kalibar, pa neće biti iznenađenje njegov trade.

Aktualni prvak Milwaukee ušao je zadnjeg dana u opsežni manevar u kojem su sudjelovala još tri kluba, pa je tako Donte DiVincenzo otišao u Sacramento, a Semi Ojeleye i Rodney Hood u LA Clipperse. Oni su pak Sergea Ibaku ustupili Milwaukeeju. Sacramento se odrekao i najvećeg promašaja iz drafta 2018. i povijesnog propuštanja uzimanja Luke Dončića. Tada je krilni centar Marvin Bagley bio izbor Kingsa, a sada je završio u jednom od najlošijih klubova lige Detroitu u trampi za Josha Jacksona i Treya Lylesa.

Što se tiče hrvatskih košarkaša, jedino bi ozlijeđeni Dario Šarić mogao doći u obzir za razmjenu. Njegov Phoenix ima najbolji omjer u ligi, nakon poraza u prošlogodišnjem finalu, definitivo želi otići do kraja ove godine i neko pojačanje dobro bi im došlo. No, neće iznenaditi ako Sunsi ne promijene ništa iz dobitne garniture...

Ono što je u europskom nogometu zadnji dan siječnja ili kolovoza, kada u većini liga završavaju prijelazni rokovi za prodaju i kupovinu igrača, to je u košarkaškoj NBA ligi takozvani "trade deadline", koji ove godine pada na 10. veljače do 21 sat po srednjeeuropskom vremenu. Poslije toga, do kraja sezone više nema prijelaza igrača, koji su pod ugovorima.

U pravilu se klubovi s ambicijama nastoje pojačati, dok oni sa slabijim rezultatima već misle o sljedećoj sezoni i formiranju momčadi za budućnost, uz što veće oslobađanje manevarskog prostora u "salary capu", limitu novca kojeg ima svaki klub za igrački roster. Preciznije rečeno, uglavnom se žele riješiti skupih igrača, koji nisu opravdali uloženo, te imati više iznose na raspolaganju za dovođenje novih i boljih, pišu Sportske novosti.

Glavna priča zadnjeg dana trgovine bila je oko Jamesa Hardena iz Brooklyn Netsa. On je došao u klub kada se stvarala "velika trojka" za pohod na šampionski prsten u kojoj su još bili Kyrie Irving i Kevin Durant, ali Durantova ozljeda i problemi Irvinga s necijepljenjem protiv Covida, odveli su Netse u sezonu prosječnosti. Hardenova forma je također bila daleko od idealne, a kako predvođena izvrsnim Joelom Embiidom Philadelphia igra sve bolje, upravo je tu vidio šansu za naslov, baš u Sixersima.

I dogodila se zamjena, u Sixerse idu Harden i Paul Millsap, dok će u suprotnom smjeru, prema Brooklynu krenuti Ben Simmons, Seth Curry i Andre Drummond uz još dva izbora prve runde drafta. Na ovaj način riješila je i Phila bizarnu situaciju sa Simmonsom kojeg su se odrekli nakon očajnih igara u prošlosezonskom play.offu, a nisu se morali odreći dvojice mladih asova Tyresea Maxeya i Matissea Thybullea. Netsi su dobili pravu infuziju talenta u momčad koja je izgubila devet utakmica zaredom, koja će još neko vrijeme biti bez Kevina Duranta i kojoj je Kyrie Irving dostupan samo na gostovanjima. Netsi su nakon malo više od godinu dana razbili „Veliku trojku“, koja ionako gotovo uopće nije igrala zajedno, a dobili odličan povrat za jednu od najvećih zvijezda lige. Sixersi su pak dobili igrača kojeg su željeli još kad je odlazio iz Houstona i doveli drugog superstara Joelu Embiidu, koji igra sezonu karijere.

Inače, popularnom Bradi na ljeto je isticao ugovor, pa tada Netsi ništa ne bi dobili. Slična situacija bila je 2019. u Torontu, koji je imao Kawhija Leonarda i njegov ugovor do kraja sezone. Dvojba je bila 'trade' ili ne, Toronto ga je odlučio zadržati i - pogodio. Leonard je odveo Raptorse do povijesne titule prvaka NBA lige jednog kanadskog kluba, a "highlight" te sezone je ona čuvena Leonardova trica preko ruke Joela Embiida u odlučujućoj utakmici na Istoku protiv Sixersa

Toronto ima i ove sezone vrlo dobru momčad, a zadnjeg dana transfera napustio ga je Slovenac Goran Dragić, ali neće ostati u San Antonio Spursima s kojima je obavljena razmjena. Veteran Thadeus Young i Drue Eubanks dolaze u Raptorse, kao i pick prve runde drafta 2022. godine.

Sada se za Dragića bore Dallas, Milwaukee, Chicago i Los Angelas Clippersi, a najzaniljivija opcija bilo bi spajanje Luke Dončića i Dragića u Mavericksima. Postoji mogućnost da se Dallas odrekne i Latvijca Kristapsa Porzingisa, kojeg je doveo iz New Yorka kao potencijalnog franšiznog igrača, ali nije ozljedama skloni Porzingis taj kalibar, pa neće biti iznenađenje njegov trade.

Aktualni prvak Milwaukee ušao je zadnjeg dana u opsežni manevar u kojem su sudjelovala još tri kluba, pa je tako Donte DiVincenzo otišao u Sacramento, a Semi Ojeleye i Rodney Hood u LA Clipperse. Oni su pak Sergea Ibaku ustupili Milwaukeeju. Sacramento se odrekao i najvećeg promašaja iz drafta 2018. i povijesnog propuštanja uzimanja Luke Dončića. Tada je krilni centar Marvin Bagley bio izbor Kingsa, a sada je završio u jednom od najlošijih klubova lige Detroitu u trampi za Josha Jacksona i Treya Lylesa.

Što se tiče hrvatskih košarkaša, jedino bi ozlijeđeni Dario Šarić mogao doći u obzir za razmjenu. Njegov Phoenix ima najbolji omjer u ligi, nakon poraza u prošlogodišnjem finalu, definitivo želi otići do kraja ove godine i neko pojačanje dobro bi im došlo. No, neće iznenaditi ako Sunsi ne promijene ništa iz dobitne garniture...

Zadnji je dan prijelaznog roka: velika zvijezda prešla je u Philadelphiju i ide po naslov, četiri kluba su u borbi za fantastičnog Slovenca

Ono što je u europskom nogometu zadnji dan siječnja ili kolovoza, kada u većini liga završavaju prijelazni rokovi za prodaju i kupovinu igrača, to je u košarkaškoj NBA ligi takozvani "trade deadline", koji ove godine pada na 10. veljače do 21 sat po srednjeeuropskom vremenu. Poslije toga, do kraja sezone više nema prijelaza igrača, koji su pod ugovorima.

U pravilu se klubovi s ambicijama nastoje pojačati, dok oni sa slabijim rezultatima već misle o sljedećoj sezoni i formiranju momčadi za budućnost, uz što veće oslobađanje manevarskog prostora u "salary capu", limitu novca kojeg ima svaki klub za igrački roster. Preciznije rečeno, uglavnom se žele riješiti skupih igrača, koji nisu opravdali uloženo, te imati više iznose na raspolaganju za dovođenje novih i boljih, pišu ...
