Znate već da je Jasmin Repeša, nakon što smo ispali od Francuza u osmini finala SP-a, plasirao čuvenu rečenicu, “ako ima netko bolji, nek’ se javi”. I javili su se. Recimo, Robert Matijević, tako ide priča. Već je u ponedjeljak donio pismo u HKS. Nakon Repešine izjave, koja je uvrijedila veliki dio košarkaške javnosti. No, nije Matijević jedini koji se javio. Javio se i najveći živući hrvatski košarkaš svih vremena, Toni Kukoč. Trostruki NBA prvak iz Chicaga je dao intervju T-portalu i kolegi Vladi Radičeviću .

 Nije tajna, Kukoč je već pričao o tome, rado bi on radio posao trenera.

 - Već neko vrijeme pratim što se događa i naravno da me zanima posao trenera u NBA-u. Ako bude prave prilike, zašto ne. Zasad konkretnih ponuda iz NBA-a nije bilo.

No, kad bi mu sletjela ponuda iz HKS-a, za poziciju izbornika, koja će se vrlo vjerojatno otvoriti, Kukoč je kazao:

 -  Možda me i zanima posao izbornika reprezentacije Hrvatske, ali samo ako su uvjeti dobri te ako je atmosfera zdrava. Ponavljam, zanima me posao trenera, ali…

Kad je Joke Vranković preuzeo reprezentaciju uoči Svjetskog prvesntva u Turskoj 2010. godine na prvom dijelu priprema je kao savjetnik Vrankovića bio i Toni Kukoč. Uglavnom, ti dani s Kukočem, postavljanje triangla u napadu i sve što je Kukoč govorio igračima, mnogima je od njih zarezano u pamćenje.

Ono što je važno za ovu priču jest da su tada u reprezenatciji bili, kao debitanti, današnji nositelji poput Bojana Bogdanovića, Ante Tomića ili Luke Žorića. U međuvremenu se štošta promijenilo, ali ako Toni Kukoč kaže da je zainteresiran, to je u najmanju ruku situacija koju HKS mora provjeiti i njoj ozbiljno pristupiti.

Znate već da je Jasmin Repeša, nakon što smo ispali od Francuza u osmini finala SP-a, plasirao čuvenu rečenicu, “ako ima netko bolji, nek’ se javi”. I javili su se. Recimo, Robert Matijević, tako ide priča. Već je u ponedjeljak donio pismo u HKS. Nakon Repešine izjave, koja je uvrijedila veliki dio košarkaške javnosti. No, nije Matijević jedini koji se javio. Javio se i najveći živući hrvatski košarkaš svih vremena, Toni Kukoč. Trostruki NBA prvak iz Chicaga je dao intervju T-portalu i kolegi Vladi Radičeviću .

 Nije tajna, Kukoč je već pričao o tome, rado bi on radio posao trenera.

 - Već neko vrijeme pratim što se događa i naravno da me zanima posao trenera u NBA-u. Ako bude prave prilike, zašto ne. Zasad konkretnih ponuda iz NBA-a nije bilo.

No, kad bi mu sletjela ponuda iz HKS-a, za poziciju izbornika, koja će se vrlo vjerojatno otvoriti, Kukoč je kazao:

 -  Možda me i zanima posao izbornika reprezentacije Hrvatske, ali samo ako su uvjeti dobri te ako je atmosfera zdrava. Ponavljam, zanima me posao trenera, ali…

Kad je Joke Vranković preuzeo reprezentaciju uoči Svjetskog prvesntva u Turskoj 2010. godine na prvom dijelu priprema je kao savjetnik Vrankovića bio i Toni Kukoč. Uglavnom, ti dani s Kukočem, postavljanje triangla u napadu i sve što je Kukoč govorio igračima, mnogima je od njih zarezano u pamćenje.

Ono što je važno za ovu priču jest da su tada u reprezenatciji bili, kao debitanti, današnji nositelji poput Bojana Bogdanovića, Ante Tomića ili Luke Žorića. U međuvremenu se štošta promijenilo, ali ako Toni Kukoč kaže da je zainteresiran, to je u najmanju ruku situacija koju HKS mora provjeiti i njoj ozbiljno pristupiti.
