Leon Radošević igrao je pod blokadom posljednja dva dana, otišla mu je šuterska ruka, popucali nekakvi ligamenti, u ponedjeljak popodne bio je na magnetskoj rezonanci. Nakon turnira plasirao je izjavu da će vjerojatno zbog te ozljede morati otkazati A selekciju. Ako je ozlijeđen, to je logično, čovjek ne može igrati puknute ruke. Međutim, Radošević kao da je taj scenarij planirao unaprijed jer je još za vrijeme makarskog dijela turnira plasirao neki neodređen odgovor oko reprezentacije u jednim dnevnim novinama, “ne znam što će biti s A reprezentacijom, iscrpljen sam”.

Najbolje mu je mogao poslužiti primjer vršnjaka Dine Butorca, koji je slomio ruku i svim se silama trudio biti dio reprezentacije U-20. Butorac bi do Poreča došao na jednoj nozi, a ima ih još takvih. I najmanje što Radošević može napraviti jest pojaviti se u Poreču i pokazati poštovanje prema najsvetijem pozivu svoje karijere. Čak i ako ne može igrati. Uostalom, Dino Rađa je, sjećaju se stariji, na štakama stigao u Argentinu (pazite, u Argentinu) kad nije mogao zbog operacije igrati posljednji SP za Jugoslaviju. A bio je već prvak Europe. Seniorski, i klupski i reprezentativni, da ne bude zabune...

No, mnogo veći problem je izjava Marija Delaša, kojega “bole leđa”, iako je ostao dojam da to nije sve što ga boli jer “moram misliti i na klub, oni me plaćaju”. Dosta zanimljiva izjava za jednog 20-godišnjaka. Jer, recimo, Roka Ukića ili Antu Tomića ne plaća klub. Dečki igraju lutriju u Turskoj i Španjolskoj svakog tjedna i zato dobro žive, a košarku igraju rekreativno. Svašta.

Ako su obojica ovo rekli vrući i utučeni nakon što su ostali bez medalje u natjecanju koje su željeli osvojiti, shvatit ću. Ali ako se iza ovog valja nešto više, što će u konačnici rezultirati s “ne da mi se, neka igraju drugi”, onda možemo biti sigurni da je u razvoj Marija Delaša i Leona Radoševića utrošeno jako puno i da će slijedom toga oni postati - ili već jesu (barem Delaš) - bogati ljudi. Ali smo fulali. Nismo ih naučili da to znaju cijeniti. Sada i za sva vremena.

Krivnja je to ponajprije onih koji su ih odgajali po reprezentacijama u mlađim uzrastima. Taj segment morali su im usaditi jer to je ponekad mnogo važnije od toga kakav si postao igrač.

Leon Radošević igrao je pod blokadom posljednja dva dana, otišla mu je šuterska ruka, popucali nekakvi ligamenti, u ponedjeljak popodne bio je na magnetskoj rezonanci. Nakon turnira plasirao je izjavu da će vjerojatno zbog te ozljede morati otkazati A selekciju. Ako je ozlijeđen, to je logično, čovjek ne može igrati puknute ruke. Međutim, Radošević kao da je taj scenarij planirao unaprijed jer je još za vrijeme makarskog dijela turnira plasirao neki neodređen odgovor oko reprezentacije u jednim dnevnim novinama, “ne znam što će biti s A reprezentacijom, iscrpljen sam”.

Najbolje mu je mogao poslužiti primjer vršnjaka Dine Butorca, koji je slomio ruku i svim se silama trudio biti dio reprezentacije U-20. Butorac bi do Poreča došao na jednoj nozi, a ima ih još takvih. I najmanje što Radošević može napraviti jest pojaviti se u Poreču i pokazati poštovanje prema najsvetijem pozivu svoje karijere. Čak i ako ne može igrati. Uostalom, Dino Rađa je, sjećaju se stariji, na štakama stigao u Argentinu (pazite, u Argentinu) kad nije mogao zbog operacije igrati posljednji SP za Jugoslaviju. A bio je već prvak Europe. Seniorski, i klupski i reprezentativni, da ne bude zabune...

No, mnogo veći problem je izjava Marija Delaša, kojega “bole leđa”, iako je ostao dojam da to nije sve što ga boli jer “moram misliti i na klub, oni me plaćaju”. Dosta zanimljiva izjava za jednog 20-godišnjaka. Jer, recimo, Roka Ukića ili Antu Tomića ne plaća klub. Dečki igraju lutriju u Turskoj i Španjolskoj svakog tjedna i zato dobro žive, a košarku igraju rekreativno. Svašta.

Ako su obojica ovo rekli vrući i utučeni nakon što su ostali bez medalje u natjecanju koje su željeli osvojiti, shvatit ću. Ali ako se iza ovog valja nešto više, što će u konačnici rezultirati s “ne da mi se, neka igraju drugi”, onda možemo biti sigurni da je u razvoj Marija Delaša i Leona Radoševića utrošeno jako puno i da će slijedom toga oni postati - ili već jesu (barem Delaš) - bogati ljudi. Ali smo fulali. Nismo ih naučili da to znaju cijeniti. Sada i za sva vremena.

Krivnja je to ponajprije onih koji su ih odgajali po reprezentacijama u mlađim uzrastima. Taj segment morali su im usaditi jer to je ponekad mnogo važnije od toga kakav si postao igrač.
