U nedjeljni ogled protiv Hermes Analitice na Gripama (18 sati) u sklopu 3. kola domaće HT Premijer lige košarkaši Splita ulaze bez ozlijeđenog Matea Kedže.
- Ima problema s listom, neko vrijeme će biti izvan stroja. Trenutno ne može normalno ni šetati. Radi se o parcijalnoj rupturi. Prema prvim prognozama izbivat će s parketa nekoliko tjedana, ali teško je to decidirano reći. Vidjet ćemo kako će oporavak ići – rekao je dan prije susreta trener Splita Ivica Skelin.
- Ozljeda Kedže nam je veliki hendikep, on je naš najbolji igrač. Pogotovo kada se igra stalno u ritmu srijeda-nedjelja. Kada igrač izostane zbog ozljede, preskače nekoliko utakmica tjedno. Morat ćemo se stoga malo drugačije organizirati, neki igrači će morati igrati druge pozicije. Moramo nadoknaditi dvadesetak minuta na poziciji "četvorke" – kazao je hrvatski izbornik, ali i naglasio.
- Tijela naših igrača moraju se naviknuti na igranje dvaput tjedno, ritam u kojem nema vremena za odmor. Ako hoćemo biti profesionalan klub ovo je normalan iskorak za nas, igranje istovremeno na dva kolosijeka. Vrlo vjerojatno ćemo ove prve sezonu plaćati danak tome što dosad nismo igrali dvije utakmice tjedno, već dugo nismo igrali u dužem periodu u dva natjecanja paralelno – naglasio je Skelin.
Protiv Hermes Analitice Split je ipak veliki favorit?
- Tako je, kao što je Cibona bila favorit protiv nas, tako smo i mi sada. Momčad je to koja je zadržala prošlosezonske konture. Nisu bezazlena momčad, što su i pokazali u prva dva kola. U Škrljevu su do kraja susreta bili u egalu, a protiv Jazina su slavili – istaknuo je Skelin.
- Imaju dosta iskustva. Opasni su ukoliko ih se ne shvati ozbiljno. Nama je uvijek cilj pobjeda, uz jaki tempo i dobru obranu. Težit ćemo što većem broju kontranapada i laganih poena. U ovoj fazi sezone tek još gradimo svoju igru u toj fazi. Dvije zadnje utakmice (nap.a. porazi od Cibone u HT Premijer ligi i kod Rogaške u 2. ABA ligi) pokazale su puno segmenata u kojima moramo napredovati. U napadu prije svega moramo težiti bržem protoku lopte, kreiranju više otvorenih šuteva. U Sloveniji je bilo baš obrnuto, pobijedili smo sami sebe.
Pritom je Skelin analizirao taj posljednji poraz.
- Utakmica u Sloveniji je bila čudna. Oni su u prvom poluvremenu držali kontrolu rezultata na osnovu ofenzivnog skoka, a u drugom smo im mi davali loptu u ruke što je uglavnom završavalo kontranapadom. Cibona je priča za sebe, odlična ekipa, skupa sa Zadrom i Cedevitom je nivo iznad svih ostalih u Premijer ligi. Znali smo da će se teško pobjeđivati na gostovanjima u 2. ABA ligi, kao i da je Rogaška iskusna, motorična momčad. Iz takvih utakmica mladi mogu izvući samo korist, pokazalo se da je 2. ABA liga nivo kojem pripadamo.

U nedjeljni ogled protiv Hermes Analitice na Gripama (18 sati) u sklopu 3. kola domaće HT Premijer lige košarkaši Splita ulaze bez ozlijeđenog Matea Kedže.
- Ima problema s listom, neko vrijeme će biti izvan stroja. Trenutno ne može normalno ni šetati. Radi se o parcijalnoj rupturi. Prema prvim prognozama izbivat će s parketa nekoliko tjedana, ali teško je to decidirano reći. Vidjet ćemo kako će oporavak ići – rekao je dan prije susreta trener Splita Ivica Skelin.
- Ozljeda Kedže nam je veliki hendikep, on je naš najbolji igrač. Pogotovo kada se igra stalno u ritmu srijeda-nedjelja. Kada igrač izostane zbog ozljede, preskače nekoliko utakmica tjedno. Morat ćemo se stoga malo drugačije organizirati, neki igrači će morati igrati druge pozicije. Moramo nadoknaditi dvadesetak minuta na poziciji "četvorke" – kazao je hrvatski izbornik, ali i naglasio.
- Tijela naših igrača moraju se naviknuti na igranje dvaput tjedno, ritam u kojem nema vremena za odmor. Ako hoćemo biti profesionalan klub ovo je normalan iskorak za nas, igranje istovremeno na dva kolosijeka. Vrlo vjerojatno ćemo ove prve sezonu plaćati danak tome što dosad nismo igrali dvije utakmice tjedno, već dugo nismo igrali u dužem periodu u dva natjecanja paralelno – naglasio je Skelin.
Protiv Hermes Analitice Split je ipak veliki favorit?
- Tako je, kao što je Cibona bila favorit protiv nas, tako smo i mi sada. Momčad je to koja je zadržala prošlosezonske konture. Nisu bezazlena momčad, što su i pokazali u prva dva kola. U Škrljevu su do kraja susreta bili u egalu, a protiv Jazina su slavili – istaknuo je Skelin.
- Imaju dosta iskustva. Opasni su ukoliko ih se ne shvati ozbiljno. Nama je uvijek cilj pobjeda, uz jaki tempo i dobru obranu. Težit ćemo što većem broju kontranapada i laganih poena. U ovoj fazi sezone tek još gradimo svoju igru u toj fazi. Dvije zadnje utakmice (nap.a. porazi od Cibone u HT Premijer ligi i kod Rogaške u 2. ABA ligi) pokazale su puno segmenata u kojima moramo napredovati. U napadu prije svega moramo težiti bržem protoku lopte, kreiranju više otvorenih šuteva. U Sloveniji je bilo baš obrnuto, pobijedili smo sami sebe.
Pritom je Skelin analizirao taj posljednji poraz.
- Utakmica u Sloveniji je bila čudna. Oni su u prvom poluvremenu držali kontrolu rezultata na osnovu ofenzivnog skoka, a u drugom smo im mi davali loptu u ruke što je uglavnom završavalo kontranapadom. Cibona je priča za sebe, odlična ekipa, skupa sa Zadrom i Cedevitom je nivo iznad svih ostalih u Premijer ligi. Znali smo da će se teško pobjeđivati na gostovanjima u 2. ABA ligi, kao i da je Rogaška iskusna, motorična momčad. Iz takvih utakmica mladi mogu izvući samo korist, pokazalo se da je 2. ABA liga nivo kojem pripadamo.
