Mladi Shareef O'Neal, sin košarkaške legende i člana Hall of Fame Shaquillea O'Neala preskočit će svoju prvu sezonu NCAA lige zbog operacije srca. Mlađi O'Neal trebao je svoju prvu sezonu igrati za UCLA, ali su mu na liječničkom pregledu otkrili srčanu anomaliju i zbog toga ga izostavili iz momčadi za ovu sezonu.

- Shareef O'Neal će preskočiti svoju prvu sezonu zbog srčanih problema. UCLA potpuno podržava mladog sportaša i njegovu obitelj, te ćemo pratiti cijeli razvoj nakon operacije kako bi se što prije mogao uključiti u naš sportski program stoji u priopćenju Sveučilišta.

TMZ Sports piše kako je Shareef O'Neal trebao samo proći rutinski liječnički pregled pred početak sezone kada su otkriveni srčani problemi. Operacija će se obaviti u najskorije vrijeme čime se obave svi specijalistički pregledi. Mladi O'Neal je napomenuo da mu se u planu na parkete vratiti u jesen 2019. godine i da će propustiti prvu sezonu, ali da će to vrijeme provesti studirajući i prateći redovno nastavu.

Shareef O'Neal jedan je od pet najboljih sportaša koje je UCLA uspjela ove godine pridobiti u svoj sportski program. Ovaj 206 centimetara visoki krilni igrač odigrao je vrhunsku srednjoškolsku košarku, s prosjekom od 27 poena predvodio je svoju Windward School iz Los Angeles prema državnom prvenstvu. Za njega su košarkaški stručnjaci istakli da ima NBA potencijal, nije snažan poput oca Shaquillea, ali je puno bolji šuter i ima raznovrsnija rješenja.

Mladi Shareef O'Neal, sin košarkaške legende i člana Hall of Fame Shaquillea O'Neala preskočit će svoju prvu sezonu NCAA lige zbog operacije srca. Mlađi O'Neal trebao je svoju prvu sezonu igrati za UCLA, ali su mu na liječničkom pregledu otkrili srčanu anomaliju i zbog toga ga izostavili iz momčadi za ovu sezonu.

- Shareef O'Neal će preskočiti svoju prvu sezonu zbog srčanih problema. UCLA potpuno podržava mladog sportaša i njegovu obitelj, te ćemo pratiti cijeli razvoj nakon operacije kako bi se što prije mogao uključiti u naš sportski program stoji u priopćenju Sveučilišta.

TMZ Sports piše kako je Shareef O'Neal trebao samo proći rutinski liječnički pregled pred početak sezone kada su otkriveni srčani problemi. Operacija će se obaviti u najskorije vrijeme čime se obave svi specijalistički pregledi. Mladi O'Neal je napomenuo da mu se u planu na parkete vratiti u jesen 2019. godine i da će propustiti prvu sezonu, ali da će to vrijeme provesti studirajući i prateći redovno nastavu.

Shareef O'Neal jedan je od pet najboljih sportaša koje je UCLA uspjela ove godine pridobiti u svoj sportski program. Ovaj 206 centimetara visoki krilni igrač odigrao je vrhunsku srednjoškolsku košarku, s prosjekom od 27 poena predvodio je svoju Windward School iz Los Angeles prema državnom prvenstvu. Za njega su košarkaški stručnjaci istakli da ima NBA potencijal, nije snažan poput oca Shaquillea, ali je puno bolji šuter i ima raznovrsnija rješenja.
