Tako to ide, sporovozno. I sad je najgore što su nadalje ostali suspendirani i Hajduk i Šibenik, a to znači da im seniorske momčadi ne smiju igrati niti prijateljske utakmice!

Najbolje da odigraju makar jednu međusobno, iza zatvorenih vrata, kao trening, s navlakama umjesto dresova, ali to bi već značilo da su bliski susjedi uspostavili iznova dobre međuljudske odnose, što dosad još uvijek, na žalost, nije slučaj.

Uglavnom, u 10.30 sati na Trgovačkom sudu u Zagrebu sastali su se s jedne strane Hajdukova momčad, odvjetnici Damir Primorac i Mato Krmek, a s druge postava Šibenika s odvjetnikom Danijelom Klobučarom, te direktorom kluba prof. Markom Karađolom. No, “utakmice” nije ni bilo. Sutkinja trgovačkog suda, gospođa Vesna Sremec Šoštar pregledala je spise, zatražila da se dokumentacija kompletira, zatražene su, naime, dodatne punomoći za odvjetnike. I zakazano novo ročište - 19. lipnja. Za sedam dana.

Nije puno, ali - vrijeme curi. Hajduk ulazi u cajtnot koliko je to dugo suspendiran i kad će moći zatražiti da mu HNS skine suspenziju e da bi mogao u drugom dijelu priprema (a smjera nakon 22. lipnja u Njemačku) odigravati neke utakmice?!
Vrzino je kolo: Hajduk traži ukinuće presude da bi skinuo suspenziju, a Šibenik se nada isplati kako bi platio dugovanja i tako sebi skinuo suspenziju.
- Radimo sve najbolje što je u našoj moći, nadamo se najboljemu 19. lipnja i da nećemo dugo čekati na objavu odluke - rekao nam je Hajdukov odvjetnik Damir Primorac.

Jer, nakon ročlišta, sutkinja smije odluku ostaviti kuvertiranu “do 15 dana”. Objavi li je tek iza 1. srpnja, ma kakva odluka bila, tek to će biti šokovito... Šteta što Trgovački sud nije reagirao još jučer, ali sutkinja Sremec Šoštar sigurno je imala dobre razloge da sve odgodi do idućeg utorka.

Ponovimo srž:
1.Ako Trgovački sud prihvati Hajdukovu tužbu i poništi odluke Arbitraže zbog proceduralne greške, Hajduk će odmah zatražiti da mu se skine suspenzija, a o činjenicama će Arbitraža raspraviti iznova i naknadno.
2.Ako se potvrdi pak odluka Arbitraže Hajduk mora brzo reagirati: preostaje “bijelima” da plate sve (3,34 milijuna kuna...) Šibeniku ili da sjednu sa susjedima i hitro se dogovore oko iznosa i dinamike isplate.

Danas i dotle, ostaje suha činjenica: odgoda ročišta za još tjedan dana znači da je Hajduk nadalje – suspendiran i prva momčad ne smije nastupati!

Novom odgodom u “slučaju Rukavina” i u redovima Šibenika raste – financijska neizvjesnost. Hajduk priznaje dug od milijun kuna, a po odluci Arbitraže HNS što je Hajduk osporava Šibenik bi trebao inkasirati čak 3,34 milijuna kuna plus kamate, što raste i do 4,5 milijuna kuna!!!

Kad će trakavica kraju, nestrpljivi su i Šibenčani, nikako da se naplate.

Najbolje da odigraju makar jednu međusobno, iza zatvorenih vrata, kao trening, s navlakama umjesto dresova, ali to bi već značilo da su bliski susjedi uspostavili iznova dobre međuljudske odnose, što dosad još uvijek, na žalost, nije slučaj.

Uglavnom, u 10.30 sati na Trgovačkom sudu u Zagrebu sastali su se s jedne strane Hajdukova momčad, odvjetnici Damir Primorac i Mato Krmek, a s druge postava Šibenika s odvjetnikom Danijelom Klobučarom, te direktorom kluba prof. Markom Karađolom. No, “utakmice” nije ni bilo. Sutkinja trgovačkog suda, gospođa Vesna Sremec Šoštar pregledala je spise, zatražila da se dokumentacija kompletira, zatražene su, naime, dodatne punomoći za odvjetnike. I zakazano novo ročište - 19. lipnja. Za sedam dana.

Nije puno, ali - vrijeme curi. Hajduk ulazi u cajtnot koliko je to dugo suspendiran i kad će moći zatražiti da mu HNS skine suspenziju e da bi mogao u drugom dijelu priprema (a smjera nakon 22. lipnja u Njemačku) odigravati neke utakmice?!
Vrzino je kolo: Hajduk traži ukinuće presude da bi skinuo suspenziju, a Šibenik se nada isplati kako bi platio dugovanja i tako sebi skinuo suspenziju.
- Radimo sve najbolje što je u našoj moći, nadamo se najboljemu 19. lipnja i da nećemo dugo čekati na objavu odluke - rekao nam je Hajdukov odvjetnik Damir Primorac.

Jer, nakon ročlišta, sutkinja smije odluku ostaviti kuvertiranu “do 15 dana”. Objavi li je tek iza 1. srpnja, ma kakva odluka bila, tek to će biti šokovito... Šteta što Trgovački sud nije reagirao još jučer, ali sutkinja Sremec Šoštar sigurno je imala dobre razloge da sve odgodi do idućeg utorka.

Ponovimo srž:
1.Ako Trgovački sud prihvati Hajdukovu tužbu i poništi odluke Arbitraže zbog proceduralne greške, Hajduk će odmah zatražiti da mu se skine suspenzija, a o činjenicama će Arbitraža raspraviti iznova i naknadno.
2.Ako se potvrdi pak odluka Arbitraže Hajduk mora brzo reagirati: preostaje “bijelima” da plate sve (3,34 milijuna kuna...) Šibeniku ili da sjednu sa susjedima i hitro se dogovore oko iznosa i dinamike isplate.

Danas i dotle, ostaje suha činjenica: odgoda ročišta za još tjedan dana znači da je Hajduk nadalje – suspendiran i prva momčad ne smije nastupati!

Novom odgodom u “slučaju Rukavina” i u redovima Šibenika raste – financijska neizvjesnost. Hajduk priznaje dug od milijun kuna, a po odluci Arbitraže HNS što je Hajduk osporava Šibenik bi trebao inkasirati čak 3,34 milijuna kuna plus kamate, što raste i do 4,5 milijuna kuna!!!

Kad će trakavica kraju, nestrpljivi su i Šibenčani, nikako da se naplate.
