Duga lopta za Čolinu riješila je utakmicu. Lijevi bek je sjajno ušao u prostor, osjetio zaspalu obranu Farmaceuta i majstorski u padu loptu poslao u mrežu. Tko je poslao dugu loptu? Kada je Hajduk u pitanju nema nikakve dvojbe oko autora. Josip Elez!

Njegova precizna lopta prošle je godine presjekla obranu Modrih i gurnula Livaju u mat poziciju za otvaranje šampanjca u maksimirskom prosinačkom derbiju. I nije na tome stao, poslao je Elez još jedan “projektil s daljinskim navođenjem” za konačnih 2:0. Proslavio je tada i Sahitija i Livaju. Sjajan pregled igre krasi stopera Bijelih, dijeli lopte poput Bonuccija ili Roberta Kovača. Rekli bismo i preciznošću Pirla, ali usporedili smo ga sa stoperima. Odlične dubinske lopte razlog su što Elez ove sezone već ima tri asistencije. Jednu manje od vodećeg klupskog asistenta, Marka Livaje. Po mnogo čemu jedinstveni, nadasve osebujni stoper Hajduka.

Ovog ljeta je krenuo s hrabrim pitanjem prema predsjedniku Jakobušiću na pripremnoj medijskoj konferenciji u Austriji, nastavio sjedenjem na klupi u početku sezone, da bi se uskoro ponovno premetnuo u dirigenta obrambene linije ispred Lovre Kalinića vrativši svoj status standardnog prvotimca. Razgovara bez ustručavanja, ima fantastične duge lopte koje lome utakmice i uz sve to, autoritet je u svlačionici Bijelih. Drukčiji od drugih., pišu Sportske novosti.

Stasiti, korpulentni stoper s Dračevca, kvarta na “granici” brze ceste Solina i Splita, počeo je s nogometom na igralištu pored Jadra kod trenera Miloša Divjaka - Spale. Počeo je kao napadač, ali s 15 godina već je dislociran na stopera. Pokazalo se pravim potezom, jer ubrzo je preseljen u Hajduk. Četiri godine kasnije već je bio u Rimu, Lazio je za 480.000 eura otkupio Eleza.

- Bio sam peti stoper u Hajduku, a htio sam igrati - objasnio je tada Elez.

Zanimljivo je da je tog ljeta 2013. umalo otišao na posudbu u Solin, jer bilo je jasno da pored Maloče, Milovića, Nižića i Milića nije imao šanse dobiti veću minutažu. Izabrao je u konačnici Lazio, ali nije igrao za Nebeskoplave, minutažu je skupljao na posudbi kroz Aarhus, Honved i Rijeku. Klub s Rujevice otkupio je potom njegov ugovor, a godinu dana kasnije, u ljeto 2018. za 2,5 milijuna prešao je u Hannover 96. U njemačkom drugoligašu zadržao se tri godine, da bi se istekom ugovora odlučio na povratak. Ne čudi, jer s 27 godina u životnom kalendaru još nije imao nastup na Poljudu. Tek dva skromna ulaska s klupe za Bijele na gostovanjima. Doslovno po minutu u Vinkovcima i Zadru.

- Želio sam doživjeti igranje za Hajduk na splitskom stadionu.

Želja mu se ispunila, dapače, više desetaka puta. Elez je od starta preuzeo ulogu prvotimca, postavši ključnim čovjekom obrane. Imao je i pogrešaka, nije sve bilo idilično, ali kroz Hajduk su prošli Katić i Ferro na posudbi, dočekali su ga Simić, Dimitrov i Vušković, ovog ljeta su stigli Awaziem i Borevković. Konkurencija brojna, ali Elez je starter bez premca. Pritom je pokazao da može biti i kvalitetan kolega-novinar.

- Je li Vaša konstatacija da je ekipa dovoljno dobra neka “pila naopako” s obzirom da je ova momčad ispala prošle godine od Tobola - ostalo je upamćeno pitanje na press konferenciji, svojevrsnom igrokazu kojeg su Bijeli priredili sei i navijačima na pripremama u Austriji.

Elez je glumio novinara Bilda, a Jakobušić mu je znakovito odgovorio.

- Dobra je momčad, ali možda ipak dovedemo dva stopera.

Zvučalo je kao šala, ali i kada se smije Jakobušić ozbiljne poruke šalje. Doveo je dva stopera, ali jedan je morao na klupu. Toni Borevković je na početku bio starter, međutim dolaskom Awaziema preselio je na klupu, jer Dambrauskas ipak najviše vjeruje Elezu. Iako ponekad izgleda jako ležerno, pa navijačima zna udarati u nerv, Elez ima taj pristup pun samopouzdanja. Kao da se igra nogometa, pa mu zato nije odgovarao njemački stil igre i života.

- Više volim španjolski stil. Da imam drugu priliku ne bih išao u Bundesligu, nije za mene - kazao je prilikom povratka.

Nije oduševljen ni engleskim nogometom. Još od malih nogu, dok je bio napadač u pionirima Solina uživao je gledati Raula i Morientesa. Nogomet doživljava kao posao od kojeg živi njegova obitelj, a ovog ljeta je umalo stigao do Lige prvaka preko Maccabi Haife, ali na kraju su se Izraelci okrenuli drugim opcijama.

I neće Elez zbog toga previše žaliti, i dalje s Livajom i tandemom Kalinića nastavlja držati svlačionicu Bijelih. Josip Elez, posebni stoper, Hajdukov special one.

Duga lopta za Čolinu riješila je utakmicu. Lijevi bek je sjajno ušao u prostor, osjetio zaspalu obranu Farmaceuta i majstorski u padu loptu poslao u mrežu. Tko je poslao dugu loptu? Kada je Hajduk u pitanju nema nikakve dvojbe oko autora. Josip Elez!

Njegova precizna lopta prošle je godine presjekla obranu Modrih i gurnula Livaju u mat poziciju za otvaranje šampanjca u maksimirskom prosinačkom derbiju. I nije na tome stao, poslao je Elez još jedan “projektil s daljinskim navođenjem” za konačnih 2:0. Proslavio je tada i Sahitija i Livaju. Sjajan pregled igre krasi stopera Bijelih, dijeli lopte poput Bonuccija ili Roberta Kovača. Rekli bismo i preciznošću Pirla, ali usporedili smo ga sa stoperima. Odlične dubinske lopte razlog su što Elez ove sezone već ima tri asistencije. Jednu manje od vodećeg klupskog asistenta, Marka Livaje. Po mnogo čemu jedinstveni, nadasve osebujni stoper Hajduka.

Ovog ljeta je krenuo s hrabrim pitanjem prema predsjedniku Jakobušiću na pripremnoj medijskoj konferenciji u Austriji, nastavio sjedenjem na klupi u početku sezone, da bi se uskoro ponovno premetnuo u dirigenta obrambene linije ispred Lovre Kalinića vrativši svoj status standardnog prvotimca. Razgovara bez ustručavanja, ima fantastične duge lopte koje lome utakmice i uz sve to, autoritet je u svlačionici Bijelih. Drukčiji od drugih., pišu Sportske novosti.

Stasiti, korpulentni stoper s Dračevca, kvarta na “granici” brze ceste Solina i Splita, počeo je s nogometom na igralištu pored Jadra kod trenera Miloša Divjaka - Spale. Počeo je kao napadač, ali s 15 godina već je dislociran na stopera. Pokazalo se pravim potezom, jer ubrzo je preseljen u Hajduk. Četiri godine kasnije već je bio u Rimu, Lazio je za 480.000 eura otkupio Eleza.

- Bio sam peti stoper u Hajduku, a htio sam igrati - objasnio je tada Elez.

Zanimljivo je da je tog ljeta 2013. umalo otišao na posudbu u Solin, jer bilo je jasno da pored Maloče, Milovića, Nižića i Milića nije imao šanse dobiti veću minutažu. Izabrao je u konačnici Lazio, ali nije igrao za Nebeskoplave, minutažu je skupljao na posudbi kroz Aarhus, Honved i Rijeku. Klub s Rujevice otkupio je potom njegov ugovor, a godinu dana kasnije, u ljeto 2018. za 2,5 milijuna prešao je u Hannover 96. U njemačkom drugoligašu zadržao se tri godine, da bi se istekom ugovora odlučio na povratak. Ne čudi, jer s 27 godina u životnom kalendaru još nije imao nastup na Poljudu. Tek dva skromna ulaska s klupe za Bijele na gostovanjima. Doslovno po minutu u Vinkovcima i Zadru.

- Želio sam doživjeti igranje za Hajduk na splitskom stadionu.

Želja mu se ispunila, dapače, više desetaka puta. Elez je od starta preuzeo ulogu prvotimca, postavši ključnim čovjekom obrane. Imao je i pogrešaka, nije sve bilo idilično, ali kroz Hajduk su prošli Katić i Ferro na posudbi, dočekali su ga Simić, Dimitrov i Vušković, ovog ljeta su stigli Awaziem i Borevković. Konkurencija brojna, ali Elez je starter bez premca. Pritom je pokazao da može biti i kvalitetan kolega-novinar.

- Je li Vaša konstatacija da je ekipa dovoljno dobra neka “pila naopako” s obzirom da je ova momčad ispala prošle godine od Tobola - ostalo je upamćeno pitanje na press konferenciji, svojevrsnom igrokazu kojeg su Bijeli priredili sei i navijačima na pripremama u Austriji.

Elez je glumio novinara Bilda, a Jakobušić mu je znakovito odgovorio.

- Dobra je momčad, ali možda ipak dovedemo dva stopera.

Zvučalo je kao šala, ali i kada se smije Jakobušić ozbiljne poruke šalje. Doveo je dva stopera, ali jedan je morao na klupu. Toni Borevković je na početku bio starter, međutim dolaskom Awaziema preselio je na klupu, jer Dambrauskas ipak najviše vjeruje Elezu. Iako ponekad izgleda jako ležerno, pa navijačima zna udarati u nerv, Elez ima taj pristup pun samopouzdanja. Kao da se igra nogometa, pa mu zato nije odgovarao njemački stil igre i života.

- Više volim španjolski stil. Da imam drugu priliku ne bih išao u Bundesligu, nije za mene - kazao je prilikom povratka.

Nije oduševljen ni engleskim nogometom. Još od malih nogu, dok je bio napadač u pionirima Solina uživao je gledati Raula i Morientesa. Nogomet doživljava kao posao od kojeg živi njegova obitelj, a ovog ljeta je umalo stigao do Lige prvaka preko Maccabi Haife, ali na kraju su se Izraelci okrenuli drugim opcijama.

I neće Elez zbog toga previše žaliti, i dalje s Livajom i tandemom Kalinića nastavlja držati svlačionicu Bijelih. Josip Elez, posebni stoper, Hajdukov special one.

Hajdukov ‘special one‘: Valdas mu najviše vjeruje, uz Livaju i Kalinića glavni je u svlačionici

Duga lopta za Čolinu riješila je utakmicu. Lijevi bek je sjajno ušao u prostor, osjetio zaspalu obranu Farmaceuta i majstorski u padu loptu poslao u mrežu. Tko je poslao dugu loptu? Kada je Hajduk u pitanju nema nikakve dvojbe oko autora. Josip Elez!

Njegova precizna lopta prošle je godine presjekla obranu Modrih i gurnula Livaju u mat poziciju za otvaranje šampanjca u maksimirskom prosinačkom derbiju. I nije na tome stao, poslao je Elez još jedan “projektil s daljinskim navođenjem” za konačnih 2:0. Proslavio je tada i Sahitija i Livaju. Sjajan pregled igre krasi stopera Bijelih, dijeli lopte poput Bonuccija ili Roberta Kovača. Rekli bismo i preciznošću Pirla, ali usporedili smo ga sa stoperima. Odlične dubinske lopte razlog su što Elez ove sezone već ima tri asistencije. Jednu manje...
