U petak je dan na Drosini izgledao gotovo kao i svaki dan uvoda u prvenstveni vikend. Gonzalo Garcia je ponovio 23. put zaredom da Istru očekuje jako težak protivnik, a jedina novost je zapravo je bila nova glasnogovornica...

Priča o zainteresiranosti nove strane ekipe za vlasničke udjele u Istri 1961, a koju su objavili u SN, nije izazvala nikakvu službenu reakciju, pišu Sportske novosti.

Aktualni pulski prvoligaš ima dva suvlasnika. Jedan je Baskonia-Alaves, čiji trust mozgova živi i radi u Vitoriji i njihove su reakcije općenito takve da imate osjećaj da komunikacijski pripadaju vremenu prije Krista. Dok vijest stigne preko kurira, pa se ona procesuira i ponekad slijedi reakcija, do tada predmet interesa postane neinteresantan.

Manji suvlasnik kluba je Grad Pula, koji je još manje ažuran po pitanju sporta uopće, a kamoli profesionalnog nogometa. Ovdje se dogodi da se započne gradnja stadiona, dovrše tri od četiri tribine, a onda 16 godina pričeka za dovršetak objekta. Po nacrtu koji je u međuvremenu također ostao u kriterijima nogometa "prije nove ere"...

Dragan Šolak je milijarder. I vjerojatno ne zna što sve ima, kao što sasvim sigurno zna za Pulu, odnosno biznise njegovog poslovnog imperija. Vjerojatno je i da zna za Istru 1961. To su pretpostavke logične za čovjeka koji ima bezbroj poslovnih kombinacija u svijetu te ne može biti kontinuirano i u svemu informiran o onome što njegovi suradnici rade u pripremnim fazama nekog projekta.

Mogućnost da kroz složenu mrežu kompanija kroz koje djeluje preuzme i većinsko vlasništvo pulskog prvoligaša je realnost. Isto tako je realno da od toga naposljetku ne bude ništa. Možda Baskonia-Alaves ne bi prodala klub, možda ne bi bili zadovoljni ponudom, možda Šolak ne bude mogao kupiti Istru jer je vrlo realna opcija da kupi HNL. To jest TV-prava.

Da se podsjetimo, HNS je nakon natječaja objavio samo da će novi vlasnik TV-prava HNL-a za iduće desetljeće biti tvrtka Endorphine Magine Ltd iz Londona. Za to su ponudili nešto više od 100 milijuna eura i s uvjerljivo najvećom brojkom dobili su povjerenje HNS-a. Uoči 15. veljače, kada ističe posljednji termin da uplate prvu ratu, a nakon što je postalo jasno da ne mogu priložiti bankovne garancije ugovora, i u HNS-ovim odajama vlada uvjerenje da će se taj poslovni odnos ugasiti prije nego je saživio.

Šolakova tvrtka bila je jedan od natjecatelja natječaja za TV-prava. Iako vlada misterij koje su relacije drugih aktera natječaja bile u điru, izvori pri HNS-u kažu da je upravo Šolakova ponuda bila najizdašnija. Kako je za očekivati da će nakon 15. veljače HNS morati raspisati, pod hitno, novi natječaj, vjeruje se da će United Grupa (Sport klub, N1, Nova TV...) srpskog biznismena biti u okvirima te druge po veličini ponude.

Ona se u odnosu na ponudu Endorphine Maginea od 10 milijuna eura, kretala na 50-60 %! Kako je sada HNS u taktički lošijoj poziciji, možda će natjecatelji za novi natječaj biti spremni za manje brojke. No, dojam je uvjerljiv, da će Šolakova grupacija ostati na razinama 5-6 milijuna eura...

Ukoliko bi se doista dogodilo da oni pobijede na natječaju za TV prava domaćeg nogometnog natjecanja, tada bi eventualno investiranje u neki klub bilo problematično. Iako, kod nas kad se poklapaju interesi, puno problematičnog postane dobrodošlo, ili u najmanju ruku rješivo.

Globalni biznis je danas toliko isprepleten da je praktično nemoguće zaustaviti nečiju želju da kupi neki klub ili projekt zbog nekog paragrafa. Biznismeni imaju mnoštvo tvrtki i pouzdanih partnera preko kojih se ostvaruju krajnji cilj, koji služi nekom drugom cilju...

Na špekulacije kako bi kapital Dragana Šolaka mogao ući u Istru, onu nogometnu nakon što je ušao u onu poslovnu, najviše su se zagrijali navijački redovi. Pula je u gotovo četiri godine s Baskima spoznala da je klub postao poslovno uredan, vrlo dobro posložen po pitanju omladinske škole, ali da je i dalje sterilan po pitanju ambicija u prvoj momčadi. Tako se opće stanje oko Istre 1961 pretvorilo u stanja slična sedaciji.

Sve je smireno i umireno, uzeta je koncesija za devetu poziciju umjesto one za kamp, pa ponestaje strasti. Maštanja kako bi Šolakov, ili nečiji drugi kapital, mogao razbucati ovu nirvanu, izazvati jačanje petog nogometnog pola HNL-a te natjecateljske povijesne iskorake, ne košta ništa.

Moramo napomenuti kako se u interesu za pulski nogomet aktivirao još jedan ozbiljan financijski igrač, možda i u sinergiji sa spomenutim Šolakom.

Kako nas uče iskustva u prevrtljivom nogometnom svijetu, u kojem je Pula po tradiciji simbol amaterskog pristupa i političkih aktera apsolutno nezainteresiranih za sportski život dalje od populističkih parola, dojam je da zasad treba biti sretno okruženje na jugu Istre što Baskonia-Alaves osigurava tri milijuna eura godišnje, pišu Sportske novosti. 

Do daljnjeg to ostaje jedina "živa lova" koja u kontinuitetu kaplje u sportskoj materijalnoj pustinji Pule...

U petak je dan na Drosini izgledao gotovo kao i svaki dan uvoda u prvenstveni vikend. Gonzalo Garcia je ponovio 23. put zaredom da Istru očekuje jako težak protivnik, a jedina novost je zapravo je bila nova glasnogovornica...

Priča o zainteresiranosti nove strane ekipe za vlasničke udjele u Istri 1961, a koju su objavili u SN, nije izazvala nikakvu službenu reakciju, pišu Sportske novosti.

Aktualni pulski prvoligaš ima dva suvlasnika. Jedan je Baskonia-Alaves, čiji trust mozgova živi i radi u Vitoriji i njihove su reakcije općenito takve da imate osjećaj da komunikacijski pripadaju vremenu prije Krista. Dok vijest stigne preko kurira, pa se ona procesuira i ponekad slijedi reakcija, do tada predmet interesa postane neinteresantan.

Manji suvlasnik kluba je Grad Pula, koji je još manje ažuran po pitanju sporta uopće, a kamoli profesionalnog nogometa. Ovdje se dogodi da se započne gradnja stadiona, dovrše tri od četiri tribine, a onda 16 godina pričeka za dovršetak objekta. Po nacrtu koji je u međuvremenu također ostao u kriterijima nogometa "prije nove ere"...

Dragan Šolak je milijarder. I vjerojatno ne zna što sve ima, kao što sasvim sigurno zna za Pulu, odnosno biznise njegovog poslovnog imperija. Vjerojatno je i da zna za Istru 1961. To su pretpostavke logične za čovjeka koji ima bezbroj poslovnih kombinacija u svijetu te ne može biti kontinuirano i u svemu informiran o onome što njegovi suradnici rade u pripremnim fazama nekog projekta.

Mogućnost da kroz složenu mrežu kompanija kroz koje djeluje preuzme i većinsko vlasništvo pulskog prvoligaša je realnost. Isto tako je realno da od toga naposljetku ne bude ništa. Možda Baskonia-Alaves ne bi prodala klub, možda ne bi bili zadovoljni ponudom, možda Šolak ne bude mogao kupiti Istru jer je vrlo realna opcija da kupi HNL. To jest TV-prava.

Da se podsjetimo, HNS je nakon natječaja objavio samo da će novi vlasnik TV-prava HNL-a za iduće desetljeće biti tvrtka Endorphine Magine Ltd iz Londona. Za to su ponudili nešto više od 100 milijuna eura i s uvjerljivo najvećom brojkom dobili su povjerenje HNS-a. Uoči 15. veljače, kada ističe posljednji termin da uplate prvu ratu, a nakon što je postalo jasno da ne mogu priložiti bankovne garancije ugovora, i u HNS-ovim odajama vlada uvjerenje da će se taj poslovni odnos ugasiti prije nego je saživio.

Šolakova tvrtka bila je jedan od natjecatelja natječaja za TV-prava. Iako vlada misterij koje su relacije drugih aktera natječaja bile u điru, izvori pri HNS-u kažu da je upravo Šolakova ponuda bila najizdašnija. Kako je za očekivati da će nakon 15. veljače HNS morati raspisati, pod hitno, novi natječaj, vjeruje se da će United Grupa (Sport klub, N1, Nova TV...) srpskog biznismena biti u okvirima te druge po veličini ponude.

Ona se u odnosu na ponudu Endorphine Maginea od 10 milijuna eura, kretala na 50-60 %! Kako je sada HNS u taktički lošijoj poziciji, možda će natjecatelji za novi natječaj biti spremni za manje brojke. No, dojam je uvjerljiv, da će Šolakova grupacija ostati na razinama 5-6 milijuna eura...

Ukoliko bi se doista dogodilo da oni pobijede na natječaju za TV prava domaćeg nogometnog natjecanja, tada bi eventualno investiranje u neki klub bilo problematično. Iako, kod nas kad se poklapaju interesi, puno problematičnog postane dobrodošlo, ili u najmanju ruku rješivo.

Globalni biznis je danas toliko isprepleten da je praktično nemoguće zaustaviti nečiju želju da kupi neki klub ili projekt zbog nekog paragrafa. Biznismeni imaju mnoštvo tvrtki i pouzdanih partnera preko kojih se ostvaruju krajnji cilj, koji služi nekom drugom cilju...

Na špekulacije kako bi kapital Dragana Šolaka mogao ući u Istru, onu nogometnu nakon što je ušao u onu poslovnu, najviše su se zagrijali navijački redovi. Pula je u gotovo četiri godine s Baskima spoznala da je klub postao poslovno uredan, vrlo dobro posložen po pitanju omladinske škole, ali da je i dalje sterilan po pitanju ambicija u prvoj momčadi. Tako se opće stanje oko Istre 1961 pretvorilo u stanja slična sedaciji.

Sve je smireno i umireno, uzeta je koncesija za devetu poziciju umjesto one za kamp, pa ponestaje strasti. Maštanja kako bi Šolakov, ili nečiji drugi kapital, mogao razbucati ovu nirvanu, izazvati jačanje petog nogometnog pola HNL-a te natjecateljske povijesne iskorake, ne košta ništa.

Moramo napomenuti kako se u interesu za pulski nogomet aktivirao još jedan ozbiljan financijski igrač, možda i u sinergiji sa spomenutim Šolakom.

Kako nas uče iskustva u prevrtljivom nogometnom svijetu, u kojem je Pula po tradiciji simbol amaterskog pristupa i političkih aktera apsolutno nezainteresiranih za sportski život dalje od populističkih parola, dojam je da zasad treba biti sretno okruženje na jugu Istre što Baskonia-Alaves osigurava tri milijuna eura godišnje, pišu Sportske novosti. 

Do daljnjeg to ostaje jedina "živa lova" koja u kontinuitetu kaplje u sportskoj materijalnoj pustinji Pule...
