Sigurno još suze oči ljubiteljima futsala u Hrvatskoj! Gotovo je nemoguće opisati sve što je naša reprezentacija propustila u dvije play-off utakmice s Češkom koje su nam trebale donijeti plasman na Svjetsko prvenstvo u Litvi. Oba ogleda su završila 2:2, na kraju su odlučivali penali, Česi odlaze na skup najboljih, Hrvatska opet ne! Niti nakon dvadeset godina naša futsal vrsta nije uspjela uhvatiti prvenstvo Globusa, posljednji put smo igrali u Gvatemali 2000. godine, pišu Sportske novosti
- Nismo imali niti mrvicu sreće.
To nam je jučer, dok se s reprezentacijom vraćao iz Brna, kazao dopredsjednik Komisije za futsal HNS-a, alfa i omega našeg futsala Boris Durlen.
Da, sreća je uvijek potrebna u sportu, ponekad je jezičac na vagi koji preteže. Međutim, ne može se uvijek vaditi na sreću, zlu sudbinu. Rezulat je jedino mjerilo, svetinja, oko njega se sve vrti. Hrvatska reprezentacija je porazom od Češke, po svemu slabije reprezentacije, doživjela neuspjeh. Za koji je odgovoran, a tko drugi, nego izbornik Mato Stanković. Uvijek su odgovorni treneri ili izbornici. Hrvatska se pod sadašnjim izbornikom nije plasirala na svjetska prvenstva 2012. u Tajlandu, 2016. u Kolumbiji, a sada je neće biti ni u Litvi 2021. godine.
Rezultati su neumoljivi pokazatelj uspješnosti izbornika. Stanković je izbornik Hrvatske već dugih deset godina. ‘Mini-vatreni’ su u tom razdoblju propustili dakle tri svjetska i dva europska (2010. i 2018.) prvenstva. Da, bili smo i na tri velika natjecanja, jednom od njih, na Euru 2012. godine, bili smo domaćini. Hrvatska se tako putem kvalifikacija u Stankovićevu izborničkom mandatu, od sedam velikih natjecanja, plasirala na njih dva. Na Europska prvenstva 2016. i 2018. godine. A to je s obzirom na kvalitetu momčadi i majstore futsala poput Marinovića, Novaka ili Jelovčića, koji igraju u jakim stranim klubovima, ipak mizeran doseg.
Hrvatska futsal reprezentacija već je godinama sam svjetski i europski vrh, danas je riječ po rankingu desetoj reprezentaciji svijeta i šestoj najboljoj europskoj selekciji. Istina, Mato Stanković ispisao je i najbolji rezultat u povijesti hrvatskog futsala, stigao u polufinale Eura koje se igralo u Hrvatskoj.
Ipak, nakon ovog neuspjeha protiv Češke mora se postaviti pitanje hoće li Stanković ostati izbornik ili je iscurio pijesak iz njegova futsal pješčanog sata?
- Teško je sad o tome pričati, ali naravno, nema opravdanja. Igrali smo Elitnu skupinu u Osijeku gdje su bili favoriti Rusi i Azerbajdžan, koji ima šest-sedam Brazilaca u momčadi. A izbacili smo te Azerbajdžance koji su bili izraziti favoriti, a s Rusima smo se nosili do zadnjih sekundi i izgubili 3:4. Europski futsal je jači od svih ostalih, tu su Španjolska, Portugal, Ukrajina, Rusija, Italija... A mnogi od njih imaju puno stranaca. Mi imamo samo naše igrače. Ma, ne opravdavam ja nikoga, ponavljam, nema opravdanja jer se nismo plasirali, no to je činjenica. Play-off s Češkom je bila velika šansa.
No dobro, hoće li se dogoditi promjena na izborničkom mjestu futsal reprezentacije, hoće li Mato Stanković postati bivši?
- Ta odluka je na Hrvatskom nogometnom savezu i na Izvršnom odboru HNS-a, oni će odlučiti. Naš Savez je prema futsalu bio iznimno korektan svih ovih godina, omogućio je jako puno našem sportu, mnogo je uložio. Reprezentacija je imala dobar status, sve što smo zahtijevali smo i dobili. Vrhunske pripreme i dobre protivnike. Mi smo dobra reprezentacija, ali.... - zaključio je Boris Durlen.
Eto, zaključite sami nakon ovog razgovora s čovjekom koji je napozvaniji govoriti o našem futsalu. Nama se nekako čini da bi Stanković mogao nakon deset godina otići s izborničke funkcije. Češka mu je vjerojatno presudila.

Sigurno još suze oči ljubiteljima futsala u Hrvatskoj! Gotovo je nemoguće opisati sve što je naša reprezentacija propustila u dvije play-off utakmice s Češkom koje su nam trebale donijeti plasman na Svjetsko prvenstvo u Litvi. Oba ogleda su završila 2:2, na kraju su odlučivali penali, Česi odlaze na skup najboljih, Hrvatska opet ne! Niti nakon dvadeset godina naša futsal vrsta nije uspjela uhvatiti prvenstvo Globusa, posljednji put smo igrali u Gvatemali 2000. godine, pišu Sportske novosti
- Nismo imali niti mrvicu sreće.
To nam je jučer, dok se s reprezentacijom vraćao iz Brna, kazao dopredsjednik Komisije za futsal HNS-a, alfa i omega našeg futsala Boris Durlen.
Da, sreća je uvijek potrebna u sportu, ponekad je jezičac na vagi koji preteže. Međutim, ne može se uvijek vaditi na sreću, zlu sudbinu. Rezulat je jedino mjerilo, svetinja, oko njega se sve vrti. Hrvatska reprezentacija je porazom od Češke, po svemu slabije reprezentacije, doživjela neuspjeh. Za koji je odgovoran, a tko drugi, nego izbornik Mato Stanković. Uvijek su odgovorni treneri ili izbornici. Hrvatska se pod sadašnjim izbornikom nije plasirala na svjetska prvenstva 2012. u Tajlandu, 2016. u Kolumbiji, a sada je neće biti ni u Litvi 2021. godine.
Rezultati su neumoljivi pokazatelj uspješnosti izbornika. Stanković je izbornik Hrvatske već dugih deset godina. ‘Mini-vatreni’ su u tom razdoblju propustili dakle tri svjetska i dva europska (2010. i 2018.) prvenstva. Da, bili smo i na tri velika natjecanja, jednom od njih, na Euru 2012. godine, bili smo domaćini. Hrvatska se tako putem kvalifikacija u Stankovićevu izborničkom mandatu, od sedam velikih natjecanja, plasirala na njih dva. Na Europska prvenstva 2016. i 2018. godine. A to je s obzirom na kvalitetu momčadi i majstore futsala poput Marinovića, Novaka ili Jelovčića, koji igraju u jakim stranim klubovima, ipak mizeran doseg.
Hrvatska futsal reprezentacija već je godinama sam svjetski i europski vrh, danas je riječ po rankingu desetoj reprezentaciji svijeta i šestoj najboljoj europskoj selekciji. Istina, Mato Stanković ispisao je i najbolji rezultat u povijesti hrvatskog futsala, stigao u polufinale Eura koje se igralo u Hrvatskoj.
Ipak, nakon ovog neuspjeha protiv Češke mora se postaviti pitanje hoće li Stanković ostati izbornik ili je iscurio pijesak iz njegova futsal pješčanog sata?
- Teško je sad o tome pričati, ali naravno, nema opravdanja. Igrali smo Elitnu skupinu u Osijeku gdje su bili favoriti Rusi i Azerbajdžan, koji ima šest-sedam Brazilaca u momčadi. A izbacili smo te Azerbajdžance koji su bili izraziti favoriti, a s Rusima smo se nosili do zadnjih sekundi i izgubili 3:4. Europski futsal je jači od svih ostalih, tu su Španjolska, Portugal, Ukrajina, Rusija, Italija... A mnogi od njih imaju puno stranaca. Mi imamo samo naše igrače. Ma, ne opravdavam ja nikoga, ponavljam, nema opravdanja jer se nismo plasirali, no to je činjenica. Play-off s Češkom je bila velika šansa.
No dobro, hoće li se dogoditi promjena na izborničkom mjestu futsal reprezentacije, hoće li Mato Stanković postati bivši?
- Ta odluka je na Hrvatskom nogometnom savezu i na Izvršnom odboru HNS-a, oni će odlučiti. Naš Savez je prema futsalu bio iznimno korektan svih ovih godina, omogućio je jako puno našem sportu, mnogo je uložio. Reprezentacija je imala dobar status, sve što smo zahtijevali smo i dobili. Vrhunske pripreme i dobre protivnike. Mi smo dobra reprezentacija, ali.... - zaključio je Boris Durlen.
Eto, zaključite sami nakon ovog razgovora s čovjekom koji je napozvaniji govoriti o našem futsalu. Nama se nekako čini da bi Stanković mogao nakon deset godina otići s izborničke funkcije. Češka mu je vjerojatno presudila.
