Pratite li čudesa HNL-a?
- Naravno, HNL je moja liga i pridonijela je svemu što danas doživljavam u karijeri. Znam da aludirate na probleme i sukobljavanja, te mogu reći da je to sve skupa stvarno čudno kod nas, kaže Luka Modrić.
Ovo s neodigranim derbijem je stvarno nonsens, neovisno tko je više ili manje kriv?
- Nisam još doživio da se ne odigra utakmica zbog nedolaska navijača. Vidio sam primjere kad se nešto dogodi pa se odgodi. No, imao sam prilike igrati utakmice čiji je početak kasnio jer dio navijača iz nekog objektivnog razloga nije stigao na početak utakmice. Mislim da smo igrali s Chelseajem kada je početak odgođen sat vremena da bi se sačekalo publiku.
To je kod nas kao znanstvena fantastika. Iz razloga organizacije-provjere brojni navijači ne stignu ući na stadion na početak, a gdjegod kasne i 20-30 minuta?
- Nisam dovoljno upućen u motive toga, ali i primjer koji sam vam naveo iz Engleske pokazuje kako se treba učiniti sve da publika odnosno navijači budu na stadionu. To je interes nogometa. Kada sam igrao u HNL-u, do 2008. godine, bilo je puno više publike i bolje atmosfere, nije bilo baš takvih situacija koje se sada događaju. Bez atmosfere punih tribina i navijanja nogomet nije atraktivan. Nama igračima nema gušta kada je pusto, kada nema skandiranja, tada pada i kvaliteta igre, doživljaja. U Hrvatskoj očito trebaju neki novi pristupi i rješenja da se poboljša atmosfera na stadionima i u nogometu, da bude više publike i pozitive. Oni koji o tome odlučuju moraju na tom planu nešto učiniti, ovo sada ne vodi ničemu dobrom…
Očito je da se događa nešto neprirodno za nogomet kada je puno napetosti a malo gledatelja, kada se događaju prosvjedni masovni skupovi i svađe unutar HNL-a. No, problem je dodatni što se to sve lomi i na atmosferi oko reprezentacije. Može li se sve svoditi na priču o incidentnim i nasilnim Hrvatima i sramotama, pa tako pristupati toj delikatnoj tematici?
- Nije u redu generalizirati. Ispadi 100-200 onih koji dođu praviti probleme i izazivati nered ne mogu biti slika ogromne većine naših navijača i publike koji su pozitivni, koji pjevaju i gromoglasno navijaju. Mislim da je ta razlika i u Milanu bila vidljiva. One koji žele stvarati probleme treba onemogućiti da dođu na stadion. Svatko ima pravo na svoj stav, ali ne da ga izražava nasilnim postupcima i stvaranjem štete drugima. Isto tako mislim da većinu, koja je navijački ispravna i moćna su podrška, treba poštovati. U takve odnose hrvatski nogomet mora ulagati i više nego dosad jer i među njima također ima nezadovoljnih. Eto, jedan primjer toga je da im se ne nameću ogromne cijene ulaznica u ovo teško ekonomsko vrijeme, da se i drugim gradovima dovodi reprezentacija i da se radi na zajedništvu. Ako to rade u velikim klubovima i zemljama, gdje ima puno više ljudi, pa valjda ćemo i mi više paziti na naše navijače, koji su uvijek uz nas gdje god igramo…
I za kraj…?
- Misliti na početak. Svaki je početak prilika da nešto krene na bolje. Eto, s moje strane svim ljudima u Hrvatskoj želim da u 2015. godini imaju više razloga za zadovoljstvo i da im bude bolje nego dosad.

Pratite li čudesa HNL-a?
- Naravno, HNL je moja liga i pridonijela je svemu što danas doživljavam u karijeri. Znam da aludirate na probleme i sukobljavanja, te mogu reći da je to sve skupa stvarno čudno kod nas, kaže Luka Modrić.
Ovo s neodigranim derbijem je stvarno nonsens, neovisno tko je više ili manje kriv?
- Nisam još doživio da se ne odigra utakmica zbog nedolaska navijača. Vidio sam primjere kad se nešto dogodi pa se odgodi. No, imao sam prilike igrati utakmice čiji je početak kasnio jer dio navijača iz nekog objektivnog razloga nije stigao na početak utakmice. Mislim da smo igrali s Chelseajem kada je početak odgođen sat vremena da bi se sačekalo publiku.
To je kod nas kao znanstvena fantastika. Iz razloga organizacije-provjere brojni navijači ne stignu ući na stadion na početak, a gdjegod kasne i 20-30 minuta?
- Nisam dovoljno upućen u motive toga, ali i primjer koji sam vam naveo iz Engleske pokazuje kako se treba učiniti sve da publika odnosno navijači budu na stadionu. To je interes nogometa. Kada sam igrao u HNL-u, do 2008. godine, bilo je puno više publike i bolje atmosfere, nije bilo baš takvih situacija koje se sada događaju. Bez atmosfere punih tribina i navijanja nogomet nije atraktivan. Nama igračima nema gušta kada je pusto, kada nema skandiranja, tada pada i kvaliteta igre, doživljaja. U Hrvatskoj očito trebaju neki novi pristupi i rješenja da se poboljša atmosfera na stadionima i u nogometu, da bude više publike i pozitive. Oni koji o tome odlučuju moraju na tom planu nešto učiniti, ovo sada ne vodi ničemu dobrom…
Očito je da se događa nešto neprirodno za nogomet kada je puno napetosti a malo gledatelja, kada se događaju prosvjedni masovni skupovi i svađe unutar HNL-a. No, problem je dodatni što se to sve lomi i na atmosferi oko reprezentacije. Može li se sve svoditi na priču o incidentnim i nasilnim Hrvatima i sramotama, pa tako pristupati toj delikatnoj tematici?
- Nije u redu generalizirati. Ispadi 100-200 onih koji dođu praviti probleme i izazivati nered ne mogu biti slika ogromne većine naših navijača i publike koji su pozitivni, koji pjevaju i gromoglasno navijaju. Mislim da je ta razlika i u Milanu bila vidljiva. One koji žele stvarati probleme treba onemogućiti da dođu na stadion. Svatko ima pravo na svoj stav, ali ne da ga izražava nasilnim postupcima i stvaranjem štete drugima. Isto tako mislim da većinu, koja je navijački ispravna i moćna su podrška, treba poštovati. U takve odnose hrvatski nogomet mora ulagati i više nego dosad jer i među njima također ima nezadovoljnih. Eto, jedan primjer toga je da im se ne nameću ogromne cijene ulaznica u ovo teško ekonomsko vrijeme, da se i drugim gradovima dovodi reprezentacija i da se radi na zajedništvu. Ako to rade u velikim klubovima i zemljama, gdje ima puno više ljudi, pa valjda ćemo i mi više paziti na naše navijače, koji su uvijek uz nas gdje god igramo…
I za kraj…?
- Misliti na početak. Svaki je početak prilika da nešto krene na bolje. Eto, s moje strane svim ljudima u Hrvatskoj želim da u 2015. godini imaju više razloga za zadovoljstvo i da im bude bolje nego dosad.
