Na UEFA-inom Kongresu u Parizu u četvrtak bit će izglasana promjena Statuta, osim ako se ne dogodi preokret preko noći. Aleksander Čeferin tako će steći pravo na još jednu kandidaturu za predsjednika 2027. godine, za svoj četvrti mandat, pišu Sportske novosti.

Zvonimir Boban nedavno je podnio ostavku na mjestu UEFA-ina direktora nogometa koju je objasnio dubokim neslaganjem jer upravo je ograničenje vladavine jednog čovjeka na tri mandata bio jedan od ključnih projekata koje je Čeferin proklamirao.

Boban je u pismu na odlasku naglasio kako je “Čeferin 2017. godine predložio i pokrenuo paket reformi koje su trebala zaštititi UEFA-u i europski nogomet od lošeg upravljanja koje je bilo modus operandi starog, pokvarenog i već toliko puta optuženog sustava. Glavne dvije točke reformi bile su da se ni predsjednik ni članovi Izvršnog Odbora ne mogu kandidirati više od tri puta (12 godina) te je uveden starosni limit od 70 godina za sve članove Izvršnog odbora”.

No, Boban je otišao, Čeferin i dalje stoluje u Nyonu, a HNS se mora izjasniti u Parizu hoće li podržati Slovenca. Odmah nakon Bobanove demisije ljudi iz HNS-a s kojima smo razgovarali bili su sigurni da je ispravno i pametno dignuti ruku za Čeferina jer će to učiniti barem 90 posto nacionalnih federacija, kako su isticali, te HNS-u ne bi bi bilo oportuno ostati na poraženoj strani. Pogotovo što predsjednik Marijan Kustić i kolege izvrsno surađuju s UEFA-om, čiji novac treba financirati kamp u Velikoj Gorici i još niz projekata, a planiraju ići i u posjet Nyonu kako bi sve utanačili. U međuvremenu smo od ljudi iz Saveza čuli da se Kustić sastao sa Zvonimirom Bobanom.

Za utorak, 6. veljače u podne, u sjedištu u Vukovarskoj ulici u Zagrebu, sazvana je sjednica Izvršnog odbora HNS-a. Pod drugom točkom “Rasprava o aktualnoj situaciji” zauzet će se službeni stav kako glasovati na Kongresu UEFA-e. Ma koliko Kustić bio dobar s Bobanom, doznajemo da oko toga nema velikih prijepora. Kustić bi trebao dobiti podršku svojih “ministara” za potporu Čeferinu. Drugačiji ishod bio bi iznenađenje. Čeferin je predsjednik UEFA-e do 2027. godine, a otvara si šansu da bude i do 2031. HNS-u nije u interesu ići kontra njega i velike većine. Iz slovenskih krugova bliskih Čeferinu do nas je doprla informacija da očekuje veliko suglasje s možda tek pokojim glasom protiv poput Engleza ili još koga iz Velike Britanije...

Iz istih izvora odmah nakon Bobanove ostavke plasirana je informacija kako Boban želi biti predsjednik UEFA-e 2027. i očekivao je da ga Čeferin ponudi kao nasljednika. Je li doista tako jednom će reći Boban, no HNS nema namjeru postati talac nečega o čemu ga se i ne pita za ozbiljno. Osim što kao i svaka od 55 članica ima jedan glas na Kongresu. Koji može biti i suzdržan...

Što se tiče promjene Statuta, ostaje pravilo da predsjednik UEFA-e može biti samo triput izabran i obnašati funkciju tri mandata, ali se definira da se to odnosi na mandate stečene nakon 1. srpnja 2017. kad je ta promjena i donijeta. Na taj način Čeferinu se neće brojiti prvi dobiven 2016., pa ima pravo na još tri kandidature. Prvi je put to napravio 2019. godine, a potom i 2023. Tako Čeferin uspijeva instalirati ograničenje od tri mandata, ali i da on ima – četiri. Oni koji su mu skloni kazat će da bi u protivnom bio oštećen jer tri mandata znače 12 godina, a on bi imao samo 10,5 godina.

Službeni stav HNS će imati nakon sjednice IO-a, na kojoj će biti i teme poput ulaznica za Euro, kojih je premalo za sve zainteresirane, pripreme turnira A vrste u UAE, ligaška klupska natjecanja...

Isti dan, 8. veljače nakon Kongresa, bit će održan i ždrijeb novog ciklusa Lige nacija koji kreće u rujnu. Kustić, izvršni direktor HNS-a Tomislav Svetina i šef međunarodnog odjela Josip Tomaško, u Pariz idu u srijedu, a izbornik Zlatko Dalić i glasnogovornik Tomislav Pacak u četvrtak.

Na UEFA-inom Kongresu u Parizu u četvrtak bit će izglasana promjena Statuta, osim ako se ne dogodi preokret preko noći. Aleksander Čeferin tako će steći pravo na još jednu kandidaturu za predsjednika 2027. godine, za svoj četvrti mandat, pišu Sportske novosti.

Zvonimir Boban nedavno je podnio ostavku na mjestu UEFA-ina direktora nogometa koju je objasnio dubokim neslaganjem jer upravo je ograničenje vladavine jednog čovjeka na tri mandata bio jedan od ključnih projekata koje je Čeferin proklamirao.

Boban je u pismu na odlasku naglasio kako je “Čeferin 2017. godine predložio i pokrenuo paket reformi koje su trebala zaštititi UEFA-u i europski nogomet od lošeg upravljanja koje je bilo modus operandi starog, pokvarenog i već toliko puta optuženog sustava. Glavne dvije točke reformi bile su da se ni predsjednik ni članovi Izvršnog Odbora ne mogu kandidirati više od tri puta (12 godina) te je uveden starosni limit od 70 godina za sve članove Izvršnog odbora”.

No, Boban je otišao, Čeferin i dalje stoluje u Nyonu, a HNS se mora izjasniti u Parizu hoće li podržati Slovenca. Odmah nakon Bobanove demisije ljudi iz HNS-a s kojima smo razgovarali bili su sigurni da je ispravno i pametno dignuti ruku za Čeferina jer će to učiniti barem 90 posto nacionalnih federacija, kako su isticali, te HNS-u ne bi bi bilo oportuno ostati na poraženoj strani. Pogotovo što predsjednik Marijan Kustić i kolege izvrsno surađuju s UEFA-om, čiji novac treba financirati kamp u Velikoj Gorici i još niz projekata, a planiraju ići i u posjet Nyonu kako bi sve utanačili. U međuvremenu smo od ljudi iz Saveza čuli da se Kustić sastao sa Zvonimirom Bobanom.

Za utorak, 6. veljače u podne, u sjedištu u Vukovarskoj ulici u Zagrebu, sazvana je sjednica Izvršnog odbora HNS-a. Pod drugom točkom “Rasprava o aktualnoj situaciji” zauzet će se službeni stav kako glasovati na Kongresu UEFA-e. Ma koliko Kustić bio dobar s Bobanom, doznajemo da oko toga nema velikih prijepora. Kustić bi trebao dobiti podršku svojih “ministara” za potporu Čeferinu. Drugačiji ishod bio bi iznenađenje. Čeferin je predsjednik UEFA-e do 2027. godine, a otvara si šansu da bude i do 2031. HNS-u nije u interesu ići kontra njega i velike većine. Iz slovenskih krugova bliskih Čeferinu do nas je doprla informacija da očekuje veliko suglasje s možda tek pokojim glasom protiv poput Engleza ili još koga iz Velike Britanije...

Iz istih izvora odmah nakon Bobanove ostavke plasirana je informacija kako Boban želi biti predsjednik UEFA-e 2027. i očekivao je da ga Čeferin ponudi kao nasljednika. Je li doista tako jednom će reći Boban, no HNS nema namjeru postati talac nečega o čemu ga se i ne pita za ozbiljno. Osim što kao i svaka od 55 članica ima jedan glas na Kongresu. Koji može biti i suzdržan...

Što se tiče promjene Statuta, ostaje pravilo da predsjednik UEFA-e može biti samo triput izabran i obnašati funkciju tri mandata, ali se definira da se to odnosi na mandate stečene nakon 1. srpnja 2017. kad je ta promjena i donijeta. Na taj način Čeferinu se neće brojiti prvi dobiven 2016., pa ima pravo na još tri kandidature. Prvi je put to napravio 2019. godine, a potom i 2023. Tako Čeferin uspijeva instalirati ograničenje od tri mandata, ali i da on ima – četiri. Oni koji su mu skloni kazat će da bi u protivnom bio oštećen jer tri mandata znače 12 godina, a on bi imao samo 10,5 godina.

Službeni stav HNS će imati nakon sjednice IO-a, na kojoj će biti i teme poput ulaznica za Euro, kojih je premalo za sve zainteresirane, pripreme turnira A vrste u UAE, ligaška klupska natjecanja...

Isti dan, 8. veljače nakon Kongresa, bit će održan i ždrijeb novog ciklusa Lige nacija koji kreće u rujnu. Kustić, izvršni direktor HNS-a Tomislav Svetina i šef međunarodnog odjela Josip Tomaško, u Pariz idu u srijedu, a izbornik Zlatko Dalić i glasnogovornik Tomislav Pacak u četvrtak.
