Jedan od najžešćih kritičara Fergusonove autobiografije bio je Liverpoolov menadžer Brendan Rodgers, koji je optužio Škota da je izgubio etička nogometna načela koja su ga krasila tijekom njegova aktivnog boravka u nogometnom svijetu.

Ferguson se od kritika brani izjavom da je knjiga napisana isključivo za vjerne navijače "crvenih vragova", a ne za ljude poput Rodgersa.

- Knjigu sam napisao za navijače. Njima sam želio objasniti zašto sam tijekom karijere donio određene odluke. Nije napisana za novinare i medije – rekao je Ferguson, pa nastavio:

- Knjiga bi trebala prikazati navijačima koliko je posao u Unitedu težak. Ovo je veliki klub, najveći na svijetu i očekivanja su uvijek prisutna – izjavio je bivši menadžer Uniteda.

Ferguson se na kraju prošle sezone, nakon 26 godina bivanja na klupi momčadi s Old Trafforda i 13 osvojenih naslova prvaka Premierlige, povukao u mirovinu, a njegovo je mjesto popunio drugi Škot – David Moyes.

Jedan od najžešćih kritičara Fergusonove autobiografije bio je Liverpoolov menadžer Brendan Rodgers, koji je optužio Škota da je izgubio etička nogometna načela koja su ga krasila tijekom njegova aktivnog boravka u nogometnom svijetu.

Ferguson se od kritika brani izjavom da je knjiga napisana isključivo za vjerne navijače "crvenih vragova", a ne za ljude poput Rodgersa.

- Knjigu sam napisao za navijače. Njima sam želio objasniti zašto sam tijekom karijere donio određene odluke. Nije napisana za novinare i medije – rekao je Ferguson, pa nastavio:

- Knjiga bi trebala prikazati navijačima koliko je posao u Unitedu težak. Ovo je veliki klub, najveći na svijetu i očekivanja su uvijek prisutna – izjavio je bivši menadžer Uniteda.

Ferguson se na kraju prošle sezone, nakon 26 godina bivanja na klupi momčadi s Old Trafforda i 13 osvojenih naslova prvaka Premierlige, povukao u mirovinu, a njegovo je mjesto popunio drugi Škot – David Moyes.
