On je kandidat za POS-ov stan na Kili, na listi prvenstva je na 126. mjestu, a njegova tročlana obitelj ima pravo na stan površine 67 kvadrata uz odstupanje od dva posto.

E, baš se ispostavilo da su ta dva posto problem, jer kad se to ukalkulira u površinu, ispada da mu stan može imati maksimalnu kvadraturu od 68,34 metra četvorna. Međutim, kada je s predstavnicima Agencije za promet nekretnina (APN), kao i svi kandidati, došao u priliku na Gripama birati stan, svi koje je htio za nekoliko centimetara prelaze spomenutu kvadraturu (69,64, 68,90 metara četvornih), a jedan od njih veći je čak za jedan centimetar četvorni! No, predstavnik iz APN-a bio je neumoljiv – ne može ga uzeti.

– Ispada da ne mogu kupiti ni jedan stan na Kili 3 koja se trenutno gradi, jer su svi ostali koji površinom odgovaraju već rezervirani, i to prema redu prvenstva na listi, što je u redu. Jedini stan koji mi preostaje jest u objektu Kila 4, koja se upravo počela graditi, i to u prizemlju, koji sam zapravo bio prisiljen rezervirati jer ne mogu riskirati novu rundu biranja u proljeće, s obzirom da do kraja ove godine moramo potpisati ugovore. Tada će se svih 2000 kandidata izredati, s tim da postoji mogućnost da oni koji su u prvom krugu rezervirali, odustanu. No, kako sam rekao, to je prevelik rizik jer bih na kraju mogao ostati bez ičega – veli naš sugovornik.

Nastavlja kako je zbog ovog problema pokušao stupiti u kontakt s direktorom APN-a (Slavkom Čuljkom, op.a.), no do njega preko telefona nije mogao doći.

Nakon dugogodišnjeg podstanarstva, Šerić sanja o svoja četiri zida i sada kada je napokon došao pred ostvarenje svoje želje, život mu zagorčava jedan centimetr.

– Čim pomislim na to, odmah se iznerviram! Kupnja stana je životno pitanje, a ne ka da kupujem postole, pa da ih mogu bacit ako ne valjaju. Kad su mi rekli da ne mogu uzeti stan koji je kvadraturom par centimetara veći od onoga koji mogu uzeti, mislio sam da me zezaju! – kazuje nam.

A neki će ih odmah prodati...

Na pitanje zašto je problem u nekoliko centimetara, predstavnik APN-a mu je, kaže, odgovorio da mu ne mogu izići u susret jer ako naprave ustupak njemu, onda će morati i drugima.

– Ali, recite mi, tko to na decimalu miri stanove? Pa nisu još ni izgrađeni, biramo ih prema tlocrtu! S druge strane, ima ljudi s liste kojima stan uopće ne treba, ali imaju uvjete i moći će ih odmah prodati ili iznajmiti – zaključuje Šerić.

On je kandidat za POS-ov stan na Kili, na listi prvenstva je na 126. mjestu, a njegova tročlana obitelj ima pravo na stan površine 67 kvadrata uz odstupanje od dva posto.

E, baš se ispostavilo da su ta dva posto problem, jer kad se to ukalkulira u površinu, ispada da mu stan može imati maksimalnu kvadraturu od 68,34 metra četvorna. Međutim, kada je s predstavnicima Agencije za promet nekretnina (APN), kao i svi kandidati, došao u priliku na Gripama birati stan, svi koje je htio za nekoliko centimetara prelaze spomenutu kvadraturu (69,64, 68,90 metara četvornih), a jedan od njih veći je čak za jedan centimetar četvorni! No, predstavnik iz APN-a bio je neumoljiv – ne može ga uzeti.

– Ispada da ne mogu kupiti ni jedan stan na Kili 3 koja se trenutno gradi, jer su svi ostali koji površinom odgovaraju već rezervirani, i to prema redu prvenstva na listi, što je u redu. Jedini stan koji mi preostaje jest u objektu Kila 4, koja se upravo počela graditi, i to u prizemlju, koji sam zapravo bio prisiljen rezervirati jer ne mogu riskirati novu rundu biranja u proljeće, s obzirom da do kraja ove godine moramo potpisati ugovore. Tada će se svih 2000 kandidata izredati, s tim da postoji mogućnost da oni koji su u prvom krugu rezervirali, odustanu. No, kako sam rekao, to je prevelik rizik jer bih na kraju mogao ostati bez ičega – veli naš sugovornik.

Nastavlja kako je zbog ovog problema pokušao stupiti u kontakt s direktorom APN-a (Slavkom Čuljkom, op.a.), no do njega preko telefona nije mogao doći.

Nakon dugogodišnjeg podstanarstva, Šerić sanja o svoja četiri zida i sada kada je napokon došao pred ostvarenje svoje želje, život mu zagorčava jedan centimetr.

– Čim pomislim na to, odmah se iznerviram! Kupnja stana je životno pitanje, a ne ka da kupujem postole, pa da ih mogu bacit ako ne valjaju. Kad su mi rekli da ne mogu uzeti stan koji je kvadraturom par centimetara veći od onoga koji mogu uzeti, mislio sam da me zezaju! – kazuje nam.

A neki će ih odmah prodati...

Na pitanje zašto je problem u nekoliko centimetara, predstavnik APN-a mu je, kaže, odgovorio da mu ne mogu izići u susret jer ako naprave ustupak njemu, onda će morati i drugima.

– Ali, recite mi, tko to na decimalu miri stanove? Pa nisu još ni izgrađeni, biramo ih prema tlocrtu! S druge strane, ima ljudi s liste kojima stan uopće ne treba, ali imaju uvjete i moći će ih odmah prodati ili iznajmiti – zaključuje Šerić.
