Splitski SDP u utorak je sazvao konferenciju za medije tijekom koje su Branko Grčić i Goran Kotur još jednom pozvali Vladu da se aktivnije zauzme za uključivanje Splita i Dalmacije u transeuropske prometne koridore.
Naime, u plan željezničke transportne mreže Europske unije ucrtani su Zagreb i Rijeka, ali za sada ni jedan grad u Dalmaciji. Ucrtane su i države koje nisu članice EU, među kojima su i nama susjedne BiH, Srbija, Makedonija, Kosovo... Stoga bi bilo logično da ovu važnu razvojnu priliku ne propusti ni Dalmacija, koja je dio jedne od EU članica.
- Mi smo u toj mreži kao jedna crna rupa, jednostavno smo izostavljeni, pogotovo Dalmacija. Ima i drugih dijelova Hrvatske u kojima bi se stanje moglo poboljšati, ali stanje u Dalmaciji je najgore – kazao je Goran Kotur, SDP-ov izvršni tajnik za EU.
Prilika je ovo da se u Dalmaciji izgradi moderna dvotračna elektrificirana pruga po kojoj bi vlakovi vozili brzinom i do 160 kilometara na sat. Njena izgradnja bila bi dobar signal za potencijalne ulagače, a istovremeno je ovo odlična prilika da se za taj skupi pothvat iskoriste sredstva EU-a.
SDP je inicijativu za uključivanje Dalmacije započeo još davne 2011. godine, a sličnu inicijativu izglasalo je i splitsko Gradsko vijeće.
- Od tada zapravo traje kontinuirana bitka da Dalmacija postane dio prometnih mapa EU-a – kazao je Branko Grčić, SDP-ov saborski zastupnik.

Za rješavanje problema prometnog isključenja Dalmacije ključni su Europski parlament i Vijeće Europske unije. Kako kažu iz SDP-a, prolaz u Parlamentu imamo zahvaljujući jednoglasnoj potpori svih naših eurozastupnika. No, zapelo je u Vijeću.
Kotur tvrdi da je odluke ovog tipa puno teže provući u Vijeću jer postoji ograničena svota novca za izgradnju prometne infrastrukture. Ipak, nije to jedini naš problem.
- Za razliku od drugih kolega koji su dolazili na sastanke Vijeća za promet, naš ministar Oleg Butković taj je zadatak delegirao državnim tajnicima. Tim je pokazao da Hrvatskoj nije stalo do toga da se Dalmacija uključi na osnovnu mrežu.
Osim naših istočnih susjeda, u osnovne prometne koridore 2011. godine uključene su i Moldavija i Ukrajina.
- Uključena je Odesa, uključen je Mariupolj koji trenutno uopće nije pod ukrajinskom kontrolom, ali nije uključen Split – dodao je.
Kako objašnjava Grčić, pregovori vezani za ovo pitanje trenutno su u završnoj fazi i vremena više nema puno. Zadnji vlak za EU polazi uskoro, a kartu za njega trebala bi kupiti i Dalmacija.

Splitski SDP u utorak je sazvao konferenciju za medije tijekom koje su Branko Grčić i Goran Kotur još jednom pozvali Vladu da se aktivnije zauzme za uključivanje Splita i Dalmacije u transeuropske prometne koridore.
Naime, u plan željezničke transportne mreže Europske unije ucrtani su Zagreb i Rijeka, ali za sada ni jedan grad u Dalmaciji. Ucrtane su i države koje nisu članice EU, među kojima su i nama susjedne BiH, Srbija, Makedonija, Kosovo... Stoga bi bilo logično da ovu važnu razvojnu priliku ne propusti ni Dalmacija, koja je dio jedne od EU članica.
- Mi smo u toj mreži kao jedna crna rupa, jednostavno smo izostavljeni, pogotovo Dalmacija. Ima i drugih dijelova Hrvatske u kojima bi se stanje moglo poboljšati, ali stanje u Dalmaciji je najgore – kazao je Goran Kotur, SDP-ov izvršni tajnik za EU.
Prilika je ovo da se u Dalmaciji izgradi moderna dvotračna elektrificirana pruga po kojoj bi vlakovi vozili brzinom i do 160 kilometara na sat. Njena izgradnja bila bi dobar signal za potencijalne ulagače, a istovremeno je ovo odlična prilika da se za taj skupi pothvat iskoriste sredstva EU-a.
SDP je inicijativu za uključivanje Dalmacije započeo još davne 2011. godine, a sličnu inicijativu izglasalo je i splitsko Gradsko vijeće.
- Od tada zapravo traje kontinuirana bitka da Dalmacija postane dio prometnih mapa EU-a – kazao je Branko Grčić, SDP-ov saborski zastupnik.

Za rješavanje problema prometnog isključenja Dalmacije ključni su Europski parlament i Vijeće Europske unije. Kako kažu iz SDP-a, prolaz u Parlamentu imamo zahvaljujući jednoglasnoj potpori svih naših eurozastupnika. No, zapelo je u Vijeću.
Kotur tvrdi da je odluke ovog tipa puno teže provući u Vijeću jer postoji ograničena svota novca za izgradnju prometne infrastrukture. Ipak, nije to jedini naš problem.
- Za razliku od drugih kolega koji su dolazili na sastanke Vijeća za promet, naš ministar Oleg Butković taj je zadatak delegirao državnim tajnicima. Tim je pokazao da Hrvatskoj nije stalo do toga da se Dalmacija uključi na osnovnu mrežu.
Osim naših istočnih susjeda, u osnovne prometne koridore 2011. godine uključene su i Moldavija i Ukrajina.
- Uključena je Odesa, uključen je Mariupolj koji trenutno uopće nije pod ukrajinskom kontrolom, ali nije uključen Split – dodao je.
Kako objašnjava Grčić, pregovori vezani za ovo pitanje trenutno su u završnoj fazi i vremena više nema puno. Zadnji vlak za EU polazi uskoro, a kartu za njega trebala bi kupiti i Dalmacija.
