Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu je cjelokupnu dokumentaciju vezano za kršenje zakona oko Staklenika i Barake dostavio Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Splitu, radi utvrđenja počinjenja kaznenih djela, odgovornih osoba te štete koja je počinjena Gradu Splitu, bez navođenja imena i kvalifikacije mogućeg kaznenog djela, doznaje Dalmatinski portal.

Maja Đerek, pročelnica za gradsku imovinu potvrdila je za ovaj portal kako je koncem prošlog tjedna povratno stigla obavijest od Općinskog državnog odvjetništva koje je cjelokupni spis proslijedilo Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta (USKOK) na postupanje.

- Iz dopisa je vidljivo kako su kao osumnjičenike označili Krstulovića Oparu i Baldasara. Naveli su kako se radi o kaznenom djelu zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti iz čl. 291. Kaznenog zakona budući da su sklopili ugovore o privremenom besplatnom korištenju objekta u kompleksu Vila Dalmacije, odnosno dali odobrenje za besplatno privremeno korištenje ulaza i istočnog dijela plaže tog kompleksa, a sve bez provođenja javnog natječaja, čime bi Gradu Splita bila prouzročena šteta - rekla je Đerek za Dalmatinski portal.

Obje udruge nisu u ostavljenom roku predali objekte Gradu, a s udrugom BATT je održan i sastanak na kojemu je upućena da se javi na natječaje koji će biti raspisani za udruge, dok će se s Ronilačko-ekološkim klubom HVIDRA Split tek održati sastanak. Đerek je naglasila kako odstupanja od zakona neće biti te da su obvezi objekte vratiti u posjed Gradu Splitu.

Istakniula je kako su spomenute udruge u statusu bespravnih korisnika jer su ugovori s njima o privremenom korištenju potpisani bez javnog natječaja i bez naknade, te su istekli. Zbog toga je dan nalog da se udrugama ispostave računi za bespravno korištenje.

Također, za Dalmatinski portal je otkrila kako je dan nalog da se pokrenu sudski postupci za ispražnjenje i predaju prostora u posjed Banovini.

Upravni odjel za gradsku imovinu je cjelokupnu dokumentaciju vezano za kršenje zakona oko Staklenika i Barake dostavio Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu u Splitu, radi utvrđenja počinjenja kaznenih djela, odgovornih osoba te štete koja je počinjena Gradu Splitu, bez navođenja imena i kvalifikacije mogućeg kaznenog djela, doznaje Dalmatinski portal.

Maja Đerek, pročelnica za gradsku imovinu potvrdila je za ovaj portal kako je koncem prošlog tjedna povratno stigla obavijest od Općinskog državnog odvjetništva koje je cjelokupni spis proslijedilo Uredu za suzbijanje korupcije i organiziranog kriminaliteta (USKOK) na postupanje.

- Iz dopisa je vidljivo kako su kao osumnjičenike označili Krstulovića Oparu i Baldasara. Naveli su kako se radi o kaznenom djelu zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti iz čl. 291. Kaznenog zakona budući da su sklopili ugovore o privremenom besplatnom korištenju objekta u kompleksu Vila Dalmacije, odnosno dali odobrenje za besplatno privremeno korištenje ulaza i istočnog dijela plaže tog kompleksa, a sve bez provođenja javnog natječaja, čime bi Gradu Splita bila prouzročena šteta - rekla je Đerek za Dalmatinski portal.

Obje udruge nisu u ostavljenom roku predali objekte Gradu, a s udrugom BATT je održan i sastanak na kojemu je upućena da se javi na natječaje koji će biti raspisani za udruge, dok će se s Ronilačko-ekološkim klubom HVIDRA Split tek održati sastanak. Đerek je naglasila kako odstupanja od zakona neće biti te da su obvezi objekte vratiti u posjed Gradu Splitu.

Istakniula je kako su spomenute udruge u statusu bespravnih korisnika jer su ugovori s njima o privremenom korištenju potpisani bez javnog natječaja i bez naknade, te su istekli. Zbog toga je dan nalog da se udrugama ispostave računi za bespravno korištenje.

Također, za Dalmatinski portal je otkrila kako je dan nalog da se pokrenu sudski postupci za ispražnjenje i predaju prostora u posjed Banovini.
