Ostalim pomorcima, zabrinutima za vlastito zdravlje, jednostavno je dojadila agonija na brodu bez vode i struje, te su odlučili otići kućama.
Od sada već bivše posade, trojica su iz Splita pa su se, ako zatreba, stavili na dispoziciju kolegi mornaru, koji sada sam “čami” na nesretnom brodu.

S obzirom na nastalo stanje, Lučka kapetanija uputila je dopis Trgovačkom sudu s prijedlogom da se donesu mjere u cilju zaštite sigurnosti broda jer su prekršeni sigurnosni propisi činjenicom da je na “Ani” ostao samo jedan član posade, a trebalo ih je biti minimalno sedmero.

U Sindikatu pomoraca kažu da su pomorcima istekli ugovori o radu 15. travnja i naglašavaju da zbog toga i zbog napuštanja broda neće ugroziti svoja prava.

Neven Melvan, voditelj splitskog ureda Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske (SPH), najavio je sindikalnu akciju za sudsku prodaju “Ane”.

- Ovako dalje više ne može! Ako se banka, pod čijom se hipotekom brod nalazi, ne očituje o sudbini broda tijekom sljedećeg tjedna, sindikat će iskoristiti svoje pravo i zatražiti sudsku prodaju broda. Na ime neisplaćenih plaća, Nikša Giovanelli, vlasnik teretnjaka “Ane”, pomorcima duguje oko 300 tisuća dolara.

Na brodu je teret vrijedan oko 2,5 milijuna dolara, pa me čudi da se vlasnici tog tereta uopće ne javljaju, niti interesiraju za svoje vlasništvo. To je potpuno neobjašnjiva situacija - kaže Melvan, voditelj ureda Sindikata pomoraca.

U brodskim skladištima nalazi se građevinsko željezo za Alžir, a u vlasništvu je međunarodne tvrtke “Stanocore“.
Prema stručnim procjenama, brod izgrađen 1986. godine mogao bi se prodati kao staro željezo za iznos od milijun do 1,3 milijuna dolara, iz čega bi se pomorci mogli namiriti, kao i neki drugi vjerovnici.

Brod je, podsjetimo, krajem siječnja zaustavljen zbog spora između brodogradilišta “Viktor Lenac” i tvrtke “Fractal shipping company“, koja je nominalni vlasnik “Ane“ čijim se mukama ne nazire kraj.

Od sada već bivše posade, trojica su iz Splita pa su se, ako zatreba, stavili na dispoziciju kolegi mornaru, koji sada sam “čami” na nesretnom brodu.

S obzirom na nastalo stanje, Lučka kapetanija uputila je dopis Trgovačkom sudu s prijedlogom da se donesu mjere u cilju zaštite sigurnosti broda jer su prekršeni sigurnosni propisi činjenicom da je na “Ani” ostao samo jedan član posade, a trebalo ih je biti minimalno sedmero.

U Sindikatu pomoraca kažu da su pomorcima istekli ugovori o radu 15. travnja i naglašavaju da zbog toga i zbog napuštanja broda neće ugroziti svoja prava.

Neven Melvan, voditelj splitskog ureda Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske (SPH), najavio je sindikalnu akciju za sudsku prodaju “Ane”.

- Ovako dalje više ne može! Ako se banka, pod čijom se hipotekom brod nalazi, ne očituje o sudbini broda tijekom sljedećeg tjedna, sindikat će iskoristiti svoje pravo i zatražiti sudsku prodaju broda. Na ime neisplaćenih plaća, Nikša Giovanelli, vlasnik teretnjaka “Ane”, pomorcima duguje oko 300 tisuća dolara.

Na brodu je teret vrijedan oko 2,5 milijuna dolara, pa me čudi da se vlasnici tog tereta uopće ne javljaju, niti interesiraju za svoje vlasništvo. To je potpuno neobjašnjiva situacija - kaže Melvan, voditelj ureda Sindikata pomoraca.

U brodskim skladištima nalazi se građevinsko željezo za Alžir, a u vlasništvu je međunarodne tvrtke “Stanocore“.
Prema stručnim procjenama, brod izgrađen 1986. godine mogao bi se prodati kao staro željezo za iznos od milijun do 1,3 milijuna dolara, iz čega bi se pomorci mogli namiriti, kao i neki drugi vjerovnici.

Brod je, podsjetimo, krajem siječnja zaustavljen zbog spora između brodogradilišta “Viktor Lenac” i tvrtke “Fractal shipping company“, koja je nominalni vlasnik “Ane“ čijim se mukama ne nazire kraj.
