Splitsko-dalmatinski župan Blaženko Boban danas je svečano otkrio skulpturu "Judita", akademskog slikara Lovre Jakšića postavljenu ispred splitske IV. gimnazije Marka Marulića na inicijativu Udruge "Hrvatsko zajedništvo".

Boban je podsjetio da je Vlada, upravo zahvaljujući Marku Maruliću i 500. obljetnici tiskanja "Judite", proglasila 2021. godinu godinom čitanja.

- Bilo bi lijepo i da kroz školske programe imamo izražen segment čitanja knjige kako bi se školarci i studenti više posvetili knjizi jer uistinu kroz nju puno toga mogu naučiti. Judita, heroina, svojim je životom branila Betuliju, a naši branitelji su svojim životima branili Hrvatsku- istaknuo je.

Tomislav Đonlić, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prosvjetu, kulturu, tehničku kulturu i sport rekao je kako je ovo način na koji se obilježava vrijedan jubilej 500. obljetnice tiskanja "Judite".

- Na ovaj način šaljemo poruku novim generacijama da u Juditi tražimo uzore požrtvovnosti i pouzdanja u Boga, kako se velika mogu učiniti velika djela za svoj narod i domovinu- rekao je Đonlić.

Autor skulpture Lovre Jakšić zahvalio je i Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji jer je prepoznala važnost postavljanja skulpture. 

- Zahvalan sam ljudima koji su sve ovo pokrenuli. Smatram da sam u ovoj skulpturi poistigao jedan moderan lik. Ova skulptura ima kompoziciju i teksturu isključivo za kamen- rekao je Jakšić.

Splitsko-dalmatinski župan Blaženko Boban danas je svečano otkrio skulpturu "Judita", akademskog slikara Lovre Jakšića postavljenu ispred splitske IV. gimnazije Marka Marulića na inicijativu Udruge "Hrvatsko zajedništvo".

Boban je podsjetio da je Vlada, upravo zahvaljujući Marku Maruliću i 500. obljetnici tiskanja "Judite", proglasila 2021. godinu godinom čitanja.

- Bilo bi lijepo i da kroz školske programe imamo izražen segment čitanja knjige kako bi se školarci i studenti više posvetili knjizi jer uistinu kroz nju puno toga mogu naučiti. Judita, heroina, svojim je životom branila Betuliju, a naši branitelji su svojim životima branili Hrvatsku- istaknuo je.

Tomislav Đonlić, pročelnik Upravnog odjela za prosvjetu, kulturu, tehničku kulturu i sport rekao je kako je ovo način na koji se obilježava vrijedan jubilej 500. obljetnice tiskanja "Judite".

- Na ovaj način šaljemo poruku novim generacijama da u Juditi tražimo uzore požrtvovnosti i pouzdanja u Boga, kako se velika mogu učiniti velika djela za svoj narod i domovinu- rekao je Đonlić.

Autor skulpture Lovre Jakšić zahvalio je i Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji jer je prepoznala važnost postavljanja skulpture. 

- Zahvalan sam ljudima koji su sve ovo pokrenuli. Smatram da sam u ovoj skulpturi poistigao jedan moderan lik. Ova skulptura ima kompoziciju i teksturu isključivo za kamen- rekao je Jakšić.

Splitsko-dalmatinski župan Blaženko Boban danas je svečano otkrio skulpturu "Judita", akademskog slikara Lovre Jakšića postavljenu ispred splitske IV. gimnazije Marka Marulića na inicijativu Udruge "Hrvatsko zajedništvo".

Boban je podsjetio da je Vlada, upravo zahvaljujući Marku Maruliću i 500. obljetnici tiskanja "Judite", proglasila 2021. godinu godinom čitanja.

- Bilo bi lijepo i da kroz školske programe imamo izražen segment čitanja knjige kako bi se školarci i studenti više posvetili knjizi jer uistinu kroz nju puno toga mogu naučiti. Judita, heroina, svojim je životom branila Betuliju, a naši branitelji su svojim životima branili Hrvatsku- istaknuo je.
