Trgovački sud u Splitu donio je odluku o tome na koji će način prodavati hotel "Bellevue" na Prokurativama, za koji su tijekom godina interes iskazivali brojni poduzetnici.

Da podsjetimo, do 2007. godine interes je iskazivao Svjetlan Stanić, dok ga USKOK u aferi "Mali maestro" nije optužio da je upravo zbog hotela "Bellevue", te "Dalmacijavina", dao mito, u obliku peke, Ivanu Gotovcu, tadašnjem potpredsjedniku Fonda za privatizaciju, da bi nakon 13 godina obojica bila pravomoćno oslobođena optužbi.

Za biser na Prokurativama 2007. godine interes je iskazao i Željko Kerum. Njegova tvrtka "Neva Kerum" tada je Trgovačkom sudu ponudila 49 milijuna kuna kako bi neposrednom nagodbom otkupila prava koja je "Laurus" u stečaju imao na taj hotel. Na kraju nije došlo do prodaje, a prošle godine ta su prava pretvorena u vlasništvo nad većinskim dijelom hotela jer je "Laurus" u stečaju pravomoćno i konačno dobio spor protiv Grada Splita.

U igri je bila i poznata obitelj Crnčević, čija je tvrtka "Spectator Solis" otkupila više od 6,6 milijuna kuna potraživanja od dijela bivših radnika "Laurusa" i postala najveći vjerovnik, koji može donositi odluke o tijeku stečajnog postupka.

"Spectator Solis" je 2011. godine završio u stečaju, a potraživanja prema "Laurusu" očito su prebačena na tvrtku "Althea Management Limited" s Cipra, koja ih je prošle godine prodala braći Josipu i Matku Mijiću, suvlasnicima "Građe Solin", koji su zatim bez uspjeha pokušali preuzeti hotel "Bellevue" neposrednom nagodbom i prijebojem potraživanja.

Iako je stečajni upravitelj Maroje Stjepović nedavno predložio da skuplja ponude za kupnju "Bellevuea", te je bilo govora o tome da hotel može prodavati i Fina na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi bez obzira na to što ta nekretnina nije opterećena hipotekom, na kraju će pismene ponude za kupnju hotela zaprimati Trgovački sud u Splitu.

Procijenjena vrijednost hotela i opreme iznosi 72 milijuna kuna, odnosno 9,56 milijuna eura. Početna je cijena u prvom krugu 54 milijuna kuna, odnosno 7,17 milijuna eura, a ako ne stigne niti jedna ponuda, hotel će se ponovno nuditi po početnoj cijeni od 36 milijuna kuna, odnosno 4,78 milijuna eura.

Ponudu mogu dati domaće i strane tvrtke koje na žiroračun Trgovačkog suda uplate dva milijuna eura jamčevine.

Trgovački sud u Splitu donio je odluku o tome na koji će način prodavati hotel "Bellevue" na Prokurativama, za koji su tijekom godina interes iskazivali brojni poduzetnici.

Da podsjetimo, do 2007. godine interes je iskazivao Svjetlan Stanić, dok ga USKOK u aferi "Mali maestro" nije optužio da je upravo zbog hotela "Bellevue", te "Dalmacijavina", dao mito, u obliku peke, Ivanu Gotovcu, tadašnjem potpredsjedniku Fonda za privatizaciju, da bi nakon 13 godina obojica bila pravomoćno oslobođena optužbi.

Za biser na Prokurativama 2007. godine interes je iskazao i Željko Kerum. Njegova tvrtka "Neva Kerum" tada je Trgovačkom sudu ponudila 49 milijuna kuna kako bi neposrednom nagodbom otkupila prava koja je "Laurus" u stečaju imao na taj hotel. Na kraju nije došlo do prodaje, a prošle godine ta su prava pretvorena u vlasništvo nad većinskim dijelom hotela jer je "Laurus" u stečaju pravomoćno i konačno dobio spor protiv Grada Splita.

U igri je bila i poznata obitelj Crnčević, čija je tvrtka "Spectator Solis" otkupila više od 6,6 milijuna kuna potraživanja od dijela bivših radnika "Laurusa" i postala najveći vjerovnik, koji može donositi odluke o tijeku stečajnog postupka.

"Spectator Solis" je 2011. godine završio u stečaju, a potraživanja prema "Laurusu" očito su prebačena na tvrtku "Althea Management Limited" s Cipra, koja ih je prošle godine prodala braći Josipu i Matku Mijiću, suvlasnicima "Građe Solin", koji su zatim bez uspjeha pokušali preuzeti hotel "Bellevue" neposrednom nagodbom i prijebojem potraživanja.

Iako je stečajni upravitelj Maroje Stjepović nedavno predložio da skuplja ponude za kupnju "Bellevuea", te je bilo govora o tome da hotel može prodavati i Fina na elektroničkoj javnoj dražbi bez obzira na to što ta nekretnina nije opterećena hipotekom, na kraju će pismene ponude za kupnju hotela zaprimati Trgovački sud u Splitu.

Procijenjena vrijednost hotela i opreme iznosi 72 milijuna kuna, odnosno 9,56 milijuna eura. Početna je cijena u prvom krugu 54 milijuna kuna, odnosno 7,17 milijuna eura, a ako ne stigne niti jedna ponuda, hotel će se ponovno nuditi po početnoj cijeni od 36 milijuna kuna, odnosno 4,78 milijuna eura.

Ponudu mogu dati domaće i strane tvrtke koje na žiroračun Trgovačkog suda uplate dva milijuna eura jamčevine.
