– Interes za kupnju hotela "Bellevue" iznimno je velik, javilo se na desetke zainteresiranih kupaca, od renomiranih hotelskih lanaca do manjih tvrtki.
Kazao nam je to Maroje Stjepović, stečajni upravitelj "Laurusa".
Naime, velika bura digla se nakon što je pravomoćno presuđeno da veći dio hotela "Bellevue" ne pripada Gradu Splitu, već "Laurusu u stečaju". Jer to znači da će se turistički biser na Prokurativama uskoro, nakon što to izglasaju vjerovnici "Laurusa", prodavati na javnoj dražbi i dobiti novog vlasnika.
Zbog toga Maroje Stjepović već neko vrijeme pokušava stupiti u kontakt sa stečajnom upraviteljicom "Laurus-Bellevuea", koji bez pravne osnove 20 godina upravlja objektom na Prokurativama. Stjepović traži da mu hotel preda u posjed, a Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu se potužio da mu ona ne odgovara na pozive i e-mailove, te da ne prima preporučene pošiljke.
Stjepović ima i druga traženja od stečajne upraviteljice "Laurus-Bellevuea", a to je da ta tvrtka "Laurusu" nadoknadi 91 tisuću kuna sudskih troškova, te da nadoknadi korist od poslovanja hotela u posljednjih pet godina (jer je za ranije razdoblje nastala zastara potraživanja).

Sa svim tim zahtjevima slaže se i odvjetnik Tomislav Krka, koji zastupa oko 150 bivših radnika "Laurus-Bellevuea" i drugih tvrtki kćeri "Laurusa", koji se nadaju da će od prodaje hotela "Bellevue" naplatiti dva milijuna eura radničkih potraživanja.
Objašnjava da je "Laurus-Bellevue" hotelom imao pravo upravljati do otvaranja stečaja, nakon čega ga je morao predati "Laurusu".
Kako će stečajna upraviteljica postupiti, nije kazala ni nama ni sudu, već se opravdala zdravstvenim razlozima.
Iz njezinih izvješća o poslovanju "Laurus-Bellevuea u stečaju" ne može se iščitati koliko osoba radi u hotelu, niti se mogu iščitati financijski podaci, na što se posebno buni Županijsko državno odvjetništvo.

– Više puta smo iskazivali primjedbe na dostavljena izvješća, te očekujemo da ono sadrži sve bitno za donošenje daljnjih odluka u stečajnom postupku "Laurus-Bellevuea", osobito o stečajnom masi iz koje se moraju namiriti troškovi parničnog postupka i naknada za korištenje tuđeg hotela – napisao je ŽDO u novom dopisu Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu.
Stjepović kaže da stečajna upraviteljica "Laurus-Bellevuea", ako sama ne može, može ovlastiti drugu osobu da mu preda hotel u posjed. Odvjetnik Krka kaže da se već dulje vrijeme svi bune na ponašanje stečajne upraviteljice, ali da nitko (sud, op.a.) ništa ne poduzima.
U srijedu smo ponovno pokušali dobiti odgovore od stečajne upraviteljice, no nije se javila na mobitel.

– Interes za kupnju hotela "Bellevue" iznimno je velik, javilo se na desetke zainteresiranih kupaca, od renomiranih hotelskih lanaca do manjih tvrtki.
Kazao nam je to Maroje Stjepović, stečajni upravitelj "Laurusa".
Naime, velika bura digla se nakon što je pravomoćno presuđeno da veći dio hotela "Bellevue" ne pripada Gradu Splitu, već "Laurusu u stečaju". Jer to znači da će se turistički biser na Prokurativama uskoro, nakon što to izglasaju vjerovnici "Laurusa", prodavati na javnoj dražbi i dobiti novog vlasnika.
Zbog toga Maroje Stjepović već neko vrijeme pokušava stupiti u kontakt sa stečajnom upraviteljicom "Laurus-Bellevuea", koji bez pravne osnove 20 godina upravlja objektom na Prokurativama. Stjepović traži da mu hotel preda u posjed, a Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu se potužio da mu ona ne odgovara na pozive i e-mailove, te da ne prima preporučene pošiljke.
Stjepović ima i druga traženja od stečajne upraviteljice "Laurus-Bellevuea", a to je da ta tvrtka "Laurusu" nadoknadi 91 tisuću kuna sudskih troškova, te da nadoknadi korist od poslovanja hotela u posljednjih pet godina (jer je za ranije razdoblje nastala zastara potraživanja).

Sa svim tim zahtjevima slaže se i odvjetnik Tomislav Krka, koji zastupa oko 150 bivših radnika "Laurus-Bellevuea" i drugih tvrtki kćeri "Laurusa", koji se nadaju da će od prodaje hotela "Bellevue" naplatiti dva milijuna eura radničkih potraživanja.
Objašnjava da je "Laurus-Bellevue" hotelom imao pravo upravljati do otvaranja stečaja, nakon čega ga je morao predati "Laurusu".
Kako će stečajna upraviteljica postupiti, nije kazala ni nama ni sudu, već se opravdala zdravstvenim razlozima.
Iz njezinih izvješća o poslovanju "Laurus-Bellevuea u stečaju" ne može se iščitati koliko osoba radi u hotelu, niti se mogu iščitati financijski podaci, na što se posebno buni Županijsko državno odvjetništvo.

– Više puta smo iskazivali primjedbe na dostavljena izvješća, te očekujemo da ono sadrži sve bitno za donošenje daljnjih odluka u stečajnom postupku "Laurus-Bellevuea", osobito o stečajnom masi iz koje se moraju namiriti troškovi parničnog postupka i naknada za korištenje tuđeg hotela – napisao je ŽDO u novom dopisu Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu.
Stjepović kaže da stečajna upraviteljica "Laurus-Bellevuea", ako sama ne može, može ovlastiti drugu osobu da mu preda hotel u posjed. Odvjetnik Krka kaže da se već dulje vrijeme svi bune na ponašanje stečajne upraviteljice, ali da nitko (sud, op.a.) ništa ne poduzima.
U srijedu smo ponovno pokušali dobiti odgovore od stečajne upraviteljice, no nije se javila na mobitel.
