Roditelji malih sportaša koji su se jučer vlakom uputili put Zagreba na pripreme reprezentacije doživjeli su šok - djeca su im trebala platiti punu cijenu karte za vlak jer na splitskom željezničkom kolodvoru ne radi automat za izradu pametnih kartica. Podsjetimo, učenici i djeca do 18 godina starosti još od 2021. godine imaju mogućnost besplatnog prijevoza HŽ-ovim vlakovima diljem Hrvatske.
Kako nam je ispričala majka jednog trinaestogodišnjaka koji je ostao zakinut za besplatni prijevoz, neljubazna blagajnica na splitskom željezničkom kolodvoru im je rekla da im pametnu karticu ne može dati jer automat za njihovu izradu - ne radi. Zahtjev su, kaže, predali još prošli tjedan, a kako im je otkrila blagajnica, isti problem ima još dvjestotinjak djece čiji su zahtjevi na čekanju.
- Ima zaista ljubaznih ljudi koji rade na šalterima, ali mi jutros nismo bili te sreće. Razumjela bih sve da nam je blagajnica pokazala barem malo empatije, ali ona nije pokazala ni dva posto interesa za naš problem - ispričala nam je majka nezadovoljna pristupom na splitskom kolodvoru.

Nije ovo dijete jedino koje je platilo "laštru". Radi se o više djece koja su se u Zagreb uputila na pripreme sportsko penjačke reprezentacije. Njima je ova opcija bila jako primamljiva jer im reprezentacija ne pokriva troškove prijevoza.
Inače, pravo na besplatan prijevoz vlakom u Hrvatskoj imaju sva djeca do 18 godina. U najpovoljnijem su položaju predškolci, koji za ostvarivanje besplatnog prijevoza trebaju samo pokazati osobnu iskaznicu. Nešto kompliciranije je to za učenike i djecu do 18 godina koja ne pohađaju školu - oni za ostvarivanje prava trebaju imati HŽ-ovu pametnu karticu, koju mogu dobiti na zahtjev. Baš na tom koraku danas je sve zapelo.
Kako bismo vidjeli što se zapravo događa, kontaktirali smo Hrvatske željeznice. Iznimno ljubazna gospođa koja se javila na telefon kazala je da tih automata ima na gotovo svakoj blagajni pa su ih samo trebali uputiti na drugu lokaciju, a pitala nas je i za više informacija o problemu kako bi pomogla roditeljima koji su nabasali na ovaj.

No, postavlja se pitanje zašto djeca pravo na besplatnu kartu ne mogu ostvariti samo predočenjem osobne iskaznice, pogotovo ako se radi o osnovnoškolcima koji po zakonu moraju pohađati školu?
Zapravo je svejedno jer na besplatan prijevoz pravo imaju svi, bez obzira na to radi li se o djeci koja pohađaju školu ili ne. Čini se da je pametna kartica samo još jedan primjer beskorisno komplicirane birokracije u Hrvata, koja je danas mlade penjače koštala 16 eura po glavi.
- Mislim da će mi se dijete iz Zagreba vratiti autobusom, pošto nema neke velike razlike u cijeni. Tko bi se drndao osam sati vlakom za 16 eura ako bolju uslugu može ostvariti za samo koji euro više u autobusu - zaključila je naša sugovornica.

Roditelji malih sportaša koji su se jučer vlakom uputili put Zagreba na pripreme reprezentacije doživjeli su šok - djeca su im trebala platiti punu cijenu karte za vlak jer na splitskom željezničkom kolodvoru ne radi automat za izradu pametnih kartica. Podsjetimo, učenici i djeca do 18 godina starosti još od 2021. godine imaju mogućnost besplatnog prijevoza HŽ-ovim vlakovima diljem Hrvatske.
Kako nam je ispričala majka jednog trinaestogodišnjaka koji je ostao zakinut za besplatni prijevoz, neljubazna blagajnica na splitskom željezničkom kolodvoru im je rekla da im pametnu karticu ne može dati jer automat za njihovu izradu - ne radi. Zahtjev su, kaže, predali još prošli tjedan, a kako im je otkrila blagajnica, isti problem ima još dvjestotinjak djece čiji su zahtjevi na čekanju.
- Ima zaista ljubaznih ljudi koji rade na šalterima, ali mi jutros nismo bili te sreće. Razumjela bih sve da nam je blagajnica pokazala barem malo empatije, ali ona nije pokazala ni dva posto interesa za naš problem - ispričala nam je majka nezadovoljna pristupom na splitskom kolodvoru.

Nije ovo dijete jedino koje je platilo "laštru". Radi se o više djece koja su se u Zagreb uputila na pripreme sportsko penjačke reprezentacije. Njima je ova opcija bila jako primamljiva jer im reprezentacija ne pokriva troškove prijevoza.
Inače, pravo na besplatan prijevoz vlakom u Hrvatskoj imaju sva djeca do 18 godina. U najpovoljnijem su položaju predškolci, koji za ostvarivanje besplatnog prijevoza trebaju samo pokazati osobnu iskaznicu. Nešto kompliciranije je to za učenike i djecu do 18 godina koja ne pohađaju školu - oni za ostvarivanje prava trebaju imati HŽ-ovu pametnu karticu, koju mogu dobiti na zahtjev. Baš na tom koraku danas je sve zapelo.
Kako bismo vidjeli što se zapravo događa, kontaktirali smo Hrvatske željeznice. Iznimno ljubazna gospođa koja se javila na telefon kazala je da tih automata ima na gotovo svakoj blagajni pa su ih samo trebali uputiti na drugu lokaciju, a pitala nas je i za više informacija o problemu kako bi pomogla roditeljima koji su nabasali na ovaj.

No, postavlja se pitanje zašto djeca pravo na besplatnu kartu ne mogu ostvariti samo predočenjem osobne iskaznice, pogotovo ako se radi o osnovnoškolcima koji po zakonu moraju pohađati školu?
Zapravo je svejedno jer na besplatan prijevoz pravo imaju svi, bez obzira na to radi li se o djeci koja pohađaju školu ili ne. Čini se da je pametna kartica samo još jedan primjer beskorisno komplicirane birokracije u Hrvata, koja je danas mlade penjače koštala 16 eura po glavi.
- Mislim da će mi se dijete iz Zagreba vratiti autobusom, pošto nema neke velike razlike u cijeni. Tko bi se drndao osam sati vlakom za 16 eura ako bolju uslugu može ostvariti za samo koji euro više u autobusu - zaključila je naša sugovornica.
