Splićanin (podaci poznati redakciji, op. a.) prilikom preuzimanja paketa od Hrvatske pošte neugodno se iznenadio kada mu je poštar skenirao osobnu iskaznicu. Šokirao ga je taj potez jer, kako nam kaže, nikada to od njega nisu tražili.

- Primio sam uređaj od A1 koji su mi poslali prilikom produljenja telefonske linije. Kod produljenja ugovora uvijek mi pošalju nekakav aparat, uz nadoplatu ili bez nadoplate, preko Hrvatske pošte. Tako je bilo i ovaj put, samo je razlika u odnosu na prije što je djelatnik Hrvatske pošte tražio osobnu iskaznicu da je skenira.

Kada sam ga pitao zbog čega to traži ovaj put, rekao mi je da je takvo pravilo A1. Znači nije on meni samo uzeo broj osobne iskaznice, već je cijelu skenirao zajedno s fotografijom i osobnim podacima.

Kontaktirao sam A1 i oni su mi kazali da oni to ne zahtijevaju, a nakon toga i Hrvatsku poštu, iz koje su mi kazali da A1 to traži. Samo prebacuju lopticu, a mene zanima tko krši zakon o GDPR-u jer ja ne znam što će oni s mojim podacima s osobne iskaznice. Je li to uopće zakonito? Pa trebao bih znati u koje će se svrhe to koristiti i na koji način će me kao krajnjeg korisnika zaštititi u slučaju da dođe do krađe podataka. Bilo je u Hrvatskoj nekoliko slučaja krađe podataka od velikih firmi, odnosno hakiranja - kazao nam je Splićanin. 

Kako bismo doznali o čemu je točno riječ, obratili smo se Hrvatskoj pošti i A1. 

Iz Hrvatske pošte su nam objasnili da su sukladno dogovoru s pojedinim poslovnim korisnicima pri uručenju njihovih pošiljaka poštari dužni zapisati broj osobne iskaznice primatelja kojeg izuzimaju pomoću Blink ID aplikacijskog rješenja. 

- Drugim riječima, ne izuzima se kopija ili fotografija, nego samo broj osobne iskaznice. To je usluga koju traži sve veći broj poslovnih korisnika jer omogućava brzu, jednostavnu i sigurnu identifikaciju korisnika. Način identifikacije primatelja može se mijenjati u skladu s potrebama poslovnih korisnika Hrvatske pošte.

Napominjemo kako se broj osobne iskaznice koji je izuzet putem aplikacije automatski briše na kraju poštarove smjene. Međutim, s tvrtkom A1 još ne provodimo identifikaciju putem Blink ID rješenja. U konkretnom slučaju došlo je do nenamjerne pogreške. Poštar je zabunom izuzeo broj, a trebao je samo zatražiti osobnu iskaznicu na uvid zbog utvrđivanja identiteta. Ispričavamo se korisniku zbog nesporazuma - odgovorili su nam iz Hrvatske pošte. 

Iz A1 su nam objasnili da je poštar dužan identificirati korisnika kako bi bili sigurni da je paket došao do osobe za koju je namijenjen. 

- U svrhu izbjegavanja prijevara, prilikom uručenja pošiljke pružatelj dostavnih, odnosno poštarskih usluga dužan je identificirati korisnika te na otpremnicu od A1 i potpisnu knjigu unijeti broj osobne iskaznice koji je potvrda da je upravo to osoba koja i treba zaprimiti pošiljku.

Neki od pružatelja usluga dostave opremljeni su uređajima kojima se proces automatizira te se skeniranjem isključivo broja osobne iskaznice on bilježi u potpisnu knjigu i služi kao dokaz o uručenju. Jednaki proces je i kada korisnik dođe u poštanski ured preuzeti pošiljku, mora se identificirati osobnom iskaznicom ili uz punomoć jer u suprotnom ne može zaprimiti pošiljku - objasnili su iz A1.

Splićanin (podaci poznati redakciji, op. a.) prilikom preuzimanja paketa od Hrvatske pošte neugodno se iznenadio kada mu je poštar skenirao osobnu iskaznicu. Šokirao ga je taj potez jer, kako nam kaže, nikada to od njega nisu tražili.

- Primio sam uređaj od A1 koji su mi poslali prilikom produljenja telefonske linije. Kod produljenja ugovora uvijek mi pošalju nekakav aparat, uz nadoplatu ili bez nadoplate, preko Hrvatske pošte. Tako je bilo i ovaj put, samo je razlika u odnosu na prije što je djelatnik Hrvatske pošte tražio osobnu iskaznicu da je skenira.

Kada sam ga pitao zbog čega to traži ovaj put, rekao mi je da je takvo pravilo A1. Znači nije on meni samo uzeo broj osobne iskaznice, već je cijelu skenirao zajedno s fotografijom i osobnim podacima.

Kontaktirao sam A1 i oni su mi kazali da oni to ne zahtijevaju, a nakon toga i Hrvatsku poštu, iz koje su mi kazali da A1 to traži. Samo prebacuju lopticu, a mene zanima tko krši zakon o GDPR-u jer ja ne znam što će oni s mojim podacima s osobne iskaznice. Je li to uopće zakonito? Pa trebao bih znati u koje će se svrhe to koristiti i na koji način će me kao krajnjeg korisnika zaštititi u slučaju da dođe do krađe podataka. Bilo je u Hrvatskoj nekoliko slučaja krađe podataka od velikih firmi, odnosno hakiranja - kazao nam je Splićanin. 

Kako bismo doznali o čemu je točno riječ, obratili smo se Hrvatskoj pošti i A1. 

Iz Hrvatske pošte su nam objasnili da su sukladno dogovoru s pojedinim poslovnim korisnicima pri uručenju njihovih pošiljaka poštari dužni zapisati broj osobne iskaznice primatelja kojeg izuzimaju pomoću Blink ID aplikacijskog rješenja. 

- Drugim riječima, ne izuzima se kopija ili fotografija, nego samo broj osobne iskaznice. To je usluga koju traži sve veći broj poslovnih korisnika jer omogućava brzu, jednostavnu i sigurnu identifikaciju korisnika. Način identifikacije primatelja može se mijenjati u skladu s potrebama poslovnih korisnika Hrvatske pošte.

Napominjemo kako se broj osobne iskaznice koji je izuzet putem aplikacije automatski briše na kraju poštarove smjene. Međutim, s tvrtkom A1 još ne provodimo identifikaciju putem Blink ID rješenja. U konkretnom slučaju došlo je do nenamjerne pogreške. Poštar je zabunom izuzeo broj, a trebao je samo zatražiti osobnu iskaznicu na uvid zbog utvrđivanja identiteta. Ispričavamo se korisniku zbog nesporazuma - odgovorili su nam iz Hrvatske pošte. 

Iz A1 su nam objasnili da je poštar dužan identificirati korisnika kako bi bili sigurni da je paket došao do osobe za koju je namijenjen. 

- U svrhu izbjegavanja prijevara, prilikom uručenja pošiljke pružatelj dostavnih, odnosno poštarskih usluga dužan je identificirati korisnika te na otpremnicu od A1 i potpisnu knjigu unijeti broj osobne iskaznice koji je potvrda da je upravo to osoba koja i treba zaprimiti pošiljku.

Neki od pružatelja usluga dostave opremljeni su uređajima kojima se proces automatizira te se skeniranjem isključivo broja osobne iskaznice on bilježi u potpisnu knjigu i služi kao dokaz o uručenju. Jednaki proces je i kada korisnik dođe u poštanski ured preuzeti pošiljku, mora se identificirati osobnom iskaznicom ili uz punomoć jer u suprotnom ne može zaprimiti pošiljku - objasnili su iz A1.
