Priča ide ovako: gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak je, u svojoj želji da sistematizira gradsku upravu, izazvao zaposlenike Grada da mu dokažu kako postojanje njihovog radnog mjesta - ili njih samih na njemu - ima smisla.

Ukoliko u tome ne uspiju, bit će premješteni na neku drugu poziciju (koja im se vjerojatno neće svidjeti pa će otići sami; što je opet u duhu sistematizacije).

Tim slijedom, prometnim redarima je poručeno da, ukoliko u narednih pola godine, kroz svojevrsnu probaciju, povećaju opseg rada i podignu nivo kažnjavanja građana, tako povećavaju šansu da ne budu "sistematizirani" tj. dobiju otkaz. Oni su tu poruku shvatili i bacili se na posao ispisivanja maksimalnog broja kazni. 

A ta poruka je uskoro stigla i do samih građana. Naime, na Splitu 3, u ulici Kroz Smrdečac, točnije njenom istočnom kraju, su jednog studenačkog jutra - umjesto studeni - na brisačima automobila osvanule misteriozne uplatnice, naslovljene na proračun Grada Splita. Zašto misteriozne? Pa, zato jer nikad prije, otkad je te ulice i prvog splitskog automobila, na tom potezu takvi papirići nicali nisu.

Onda, u roku od svega par dana, je čitava stvar - potpuno antiklimatski - demistificirana. Kazne su se, pogađate, tu počele materijalizirati svako par dana; a paralelno s njima i ogorčenje okolnih stanara. Uskoro, stvar je očito došla do točke apsolutnog zasićenja, što je rezultiralo obrnutim procesom od dotadašnjeg - dematerijalizacijom.

Preko noći, znak za zabranu parkiranja i zaustavljanja u ulici je - nestao.

Točnije, ispilan je aku brusilicon i položen na - nadali su se u Smrdečiji - vječno počivališe, u obližnji kontejner.

Iduće jutro su kvartom frcale iskre oduševljenja, baš kao što su noć prije pod spornim znakom frcale u urbanoj gerilskoj akciji kakvu Split već neko vrijeme nije vidio; možda od slavnih dana Dnevne doze splitskog nereda.

Split 3 je tako, nakon što su ‘heroji ulice‘ - doslovno - uzeli stvar u svoje ruke, uspio ponovo doći do svojih osporavanih 30-ak mjesta. A što o tome misle u kvartu, rekao nam je jedan od njegovih žitelja.

- Taj znak nije imao apsolutno nikakvog smisla jer je ulica potpuno prohodna. Osim toga, na nastavku ulice koji ide prema igralištu je situacija identična, a znaka nema.

Stanari jednostavno nemaju gdje parkirati jer im nije za to osiguran dodatni prostor. Mi smo, da se razumimo, za apsolutni red u kvartu. Vlada kroničan nered, fali garaža, ima puno makadamskih površina od kojih, da se ove dvi-tri di parkiramo i ruvinajemo auta urede, odma bi se lakše disalo - kazuje nam jedan stanar ove ulice.

Ističe i da Split 3 jest planski napravljen, ali i da danas više nije u stanju izdržati ovu količinu automobila. A kad su ih, zadnjih mjesec dana, redari počeli posjećivati svako dva dana i ostavljati pisane pozdrave, ekipi iz kvarta je, izgleda, prekipjelo.

Nakon pilanja znaka jučer je postavljen novi i borba će se, izgleda, nastaviti. Točnije, već se nastavlja.

Sinoć je netko sprejem išarao novopostavljeni znak do neprepoznatljivosti, vjerojatno se vodeći matematikom da je jeftinije potrošiti jedan sprej nego plaćati kazne svako dva dana.

Bilo kako bilo, za sljedeću godinu se planira izgradnja garaže u Dobrilinoj, što je, svakako, dobra vijest. Ali to neće spasiti žitelje gornjeg dijela kvarta da lakše parkiraju. Niti će spasiti problematične prometne oznake da postanu... Manje problematične.

A, ukoliko Grad nastavi sa ovakvim tipom sistematizacije bankovnih računa svojih građana, pilanje znakova bi im mogao biti najmanji problem.

Priča ide ovako: gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak je, u svojoj želji da sistematizira gradsku upravu, izazvao zaposlenike Grada da mu dokažu kako postojanje njihovog radnog mjesta - ili njih samih na njemu - ima smisla.

Ukoliko u tome ne uspiju, bit će premješteni na neku drugu poziciju (koja im se vjerojatno neće svidjeti pa će otići sami; što je opet u duhu sistematizacije).

Tim slijedom, prometnim redarima je poručeno da, ukoliko u narednih pola godine, kroz svojevrsnu probaciju, povećaju opseg rada i podignu nivo kažnjavanja građana, tako povećavaju šansu da ne budu "sistematizirani" tj. dobiju otkaz. Oni su tu poruku shvatili i bacili se na posao ispisivanja maksimalnog broja kazni. 

A ta poruka je uskoro stigla i do samih građana. Naime, na Splitu 3, u ulici Kroz Smrdečac, točnije njenom istočnom kraju, su jednog studenačkog jutra - umjesto studeni - na brisačima automobila osvanule misteriozne uplatnice, naslovljene na proračun Grada Splita. Zašto misteriozne? Pa, zato jer nikad prije, otkad je te ulice i prvog splitskog automobila, na tom potezu takvi papirići nicali nisu.

Onda, u roku od svega par dana, je čitava stvar - potpuno antiklimatski - demistificirana. Kazne su se, pogađate, tu počele materijalizirati svako par dana; a paralelno s njima i ogorčenje okolnih stanara. Uskoro, stvar je očito došla do točke apsolutnog zasićenja, što je rezultiralo obrnutim procesom od dotadašnjeg - dematerijalizacijom.

Preko noći, znak za zabranu parkiranja i zaustavljanja u ulici je - nestao.

Točnije, ispilan je aku brusilicon i položen na - nadali su se u Smrdečiji - vječno počivališe, u obližnji kontejner.

Iduće jutro su kvartom frcale iskre oduševljenja, baš kao što su noć prije pod spornim znakom frcale u urbanoj gerilskoj akciji kakvu Split već neko vrijeme nije vidio; možda od slavnih dana Dnevne doze splitskog nereda.

Split 3 je tako, nakon što su ‘heroji ulice‘ - doslovno - uzeli stvar u svoje ruke, uspio ponovo doći do svojih osporavanih 30-ak mjesta. A što o tome misle u kvartu, rekao nam je jedan od njegovih žitelja.

- Taj znak nije imao apsolutno nikakvog smisla jer je ulica potpuno prohodna. Osim toga, na nastavku ulice koji ide prema igralištu je situacija identična, a znaka nema.

Stanari jednostavno nemaju gdje parkirati jer im nije za to osiguran dodatni prostor. Mi smo, da se razumimo, za apsolutni red u kvartu. Vlada kroničan nered, fali garaža, ima puno makadamskih površina od kojih, da se ove dvi-tri di parkiramo i ruvinajemo auta urede, odma bi se lakše disalo - kazuje nam jedan stanar ove ulice.

Ističe i da Split 3 jest planski napravljen, ali i da danas više nije u stanju izdržati ovu količinu automobila. A kad su ih, zadnjih mjesec dana, redari počeli posjećivati svako dva dana i ostavljati pisane pozdrave, ekipi iz kvarta je, izgleda, prekipjelo.

Sinoć je netko sprejem išarao novopostavljeni znak do neprepoznatljivosti, vjerojatno se vodeći matematikom da je jeftinije potrošiti jedan sprej nego plaćati kazne svako dva dana.

Bilo kako bilo, za sljedeću godinu se planira izgradnja garaže u Dobrilinoj, što je, svakako, dobra vijest. Ali to neće spasiti žitelje gornjeg dijela kvarta da lakše parkiraju. Niti će spasiti problematične prometne oznake da postanu... Manje problematične.

A, ukoliko Grad nastavi sa ovakvim tipom sistematizacije bankovnih računa svojih građana, pilanje znakova bi im mogao biti najmanji problem.
