Treća sreća je ipak najveća kada je u pitanju natječaj za davanje u potkoncesiju ugostiteljskih prostora na Zapadnoj obali. 

Marijan Ciprijan, direktor gradske tvrtke "Splitska obala", nam je potvrdio da su postojeći ugostitelji prihvatili uvjete trećeg natječaja tako da ispijanje omiljenog crnog napitka neće biti upitno. 

Podsjetimo, na prva dva raspisana natječaja se nije nitko javio pa su bili i poništeni, a došlo je i do smanjenja cijena ‘kvadrata‘. 

Za prvi prostor površine 114 četvornih metara cijena po kvadratu je 21 euro. U prvom natječaju je bilo 30, a u drugom 25 eura. 

Cijena kvadrata za drugi (65 kvadrata) i treći prostor (70 kvadrata) je 35 eura. U prvom natječaju je bila 50, a u drugom 45 eura. Sve ovo je bez PDV-a.

Snižena je i cijena obvezne mjesečne potkoncesijske naknade štekata pa tako četvorni metar štekata sada stoji 15 eura.

Treća sreća je ipak najveća kada je u pitanju natječaj za davanje u potkoncesiju ugostiteljskih prostora na Zapadnoj obali. 

Marijan Ciprijan, direktor gradske tvrtke "Splitska obala", nam je potvrdio da su postojeći ugostitelji prihvatili uvjete trećeg natječaja tako da ispijanje omiljenog crnog napitka neće biti upitno. 

Podsjetimo, na prva dva raspisana natječaja se nije nitko javio pa su bili i poništeni, a došlo je i do smanjenja cijena ‘kvadrata‘. 

Za prvi prostor površine 114 četvornih metara cijena po kvadratu je 21 euro. U prvom natječaju je bilo 30, a u drugom 25 eura. 

Cijena kvadrata za drugi (65 kvadrata) i treći prostor (70 kvadrata) je 35 eura. U prvom natječaju je bila 50, a u drugom 45 eura. Sve ovo je bez PDV-a.

Snižena je i cijena obvezne mjesečne potkoncesijske naknade štekata pa tako četvorni metar štekata sada stoji 15 eura.

Splićani će i u budućnosti moći ispijati kavu na Zapadnoj obali: postojeći ugostitelji prihvatili nove cijene

Treća sreća je ipak najveća kada je u pitanju natječaj za davanje u potkoncesiju ugostiteljskih prostora na Zapadnoj obali. 

Marijan Ciprijan, direktor gradske tvrtke "Splitska obala", nam je potvrdio da su postojeći ugostitelji prihvatili uvjete trećeg natječaja tako da ispijanje omiljenog crnog napitka neće biti upitno. 

Podsjetimo, na prva dva raspisana natječaja se nije nitko javio pa su bili i poništeni, a došlo je i do smanjenja cijena ‘kvadrata‘. 

Za prvi prostor površine 114 četvornih metara cijena po kvadratu je 21 euro. U prvom natječaju je bilo 30, a u drugom 25 eura. 

Cijena kvadrata za drugi (65 kvadrata) i treći prostor (70 kvadrata) je 35 eura. U prvom natječaju je bila 50, a u drugom 45 eura. Sve ovo je bez PDV-a.

Snižena je i cijena obvezne mjesečn...
