Da bi Grad Split i NK Hajduk mogli razmišljati o realizaciji planova na Starom placu morali bi prethodno osigurati novi smještaj Ragbi klubu "Nada" i Baseball klubu "Nada", smatraju u ovim klubovima.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak je rekao da će se pri realizaciji projekta Stari Hajdukov plac "voditi računa o ragbi i baseball klubu". No, nije objasnio što to znači.

Grad Split postao je vlasnik Starog placa zahvaljujući Ragbi klubu "Nada" i Baseball klubu "Nada". Oni su tužili Grad Split i NK Hajduk za utvrđivanje ništavosti Odluke Gradskog vijeća od 18. ožujka 1997., kojom je NK Hajduku priznato pravo vlasništva nad "Starim placom" temeljem dosjelosti i građenja.

- Naša dva mala kluba herojski su se borila 14 godina s moćnim "Hajdukom" da Gradu vratimo Stari plac. Umjesto da budemo srdačno dočekani nakon što su 22.000 četvornih metara atraktivnog prostora pripale konačno Gradu, nitko nam se od nadležnih ne obraća. Dapače, planove za budućnost Starog placa htjeli bi raditi bez nas, iako znaju da to ne ide! - govorili su 2011. godine za našu novinu predstavnici Baseball kluba "Nada" i Ragbi kluba "Nada".

- Prema Zakonu o sportu, nijedan klub ne može se ukloniti s nekog terena prije nego što mu se nađe adekvatan smještaj na drugoj lokaciji. Očekujemo da nas Grad primi i čestita nam za zasluge, a zatim da se dogovorimo oko nove lokacije, jer bismo se i mi htjeli izmjestiti sa Starog placa koji nam je postao neuvjetan – izjavio je tom prilikom Siniša Tartaglia, član uprave Ragbi kluba "Nada".

Klubovi su imali projekte za preseljenje koje su pokazivali gradonačelnicima. Po jednoj varijanti predlagali su da se presele kod baraka nekadašnjeg PIS-a, a po ondašnjim cjenama otkup zemljišta, izgradnja terena i pratećih sadržaja za dva kluba procijanjena je na 10 milijuna eura.

Kao drugu mogućnost predlagali su prosotor iza City Centera One, tamo su kao gradski projekt predviđeni sportski sadržaji, a iz klubova su napominjeli kako postoji lokacija od stotinjak tisuća kvadrata na koju ih se može smjestiti. No, ništa se u idućih deset godina nije dogodilo. Upitali smo Tartagliu da komentira nova događanja oko Starog placa.

- Vijest koju sam pročitao da će se Grad pobrinuti da Ragbi klub "Nada" i Baseball klub "Nada" ne završe na ulici kompletno podržavamo. Mi smo taoci ovog prostora, nama je dodijeljen poslije MIS-a kad se igralište koje je bilo u našem vlasništvu na Gripama srušilo radi dvorane.

Grad nam je dao 1979. ovo igralište kao privremeno rješenje koje s današnjim danom traje već 43 godine. A Hajduk je tamo bio 64 godine, dakle ne zaostajemo puno. Kad se projekt zove Stari Hajdukov plac, to je dosta nepošteno, projekt bi se morao zvati samo Stari plac. Jer zašto u nazivu projekta prejudiciramo vlasnika?

- Vjerujem da će investicija projekta početi tako da će se za ragbi i baseball izgraditi nova igrališta, gdje Grad odredi. Mi upravljamo sa Starim placom u dogovoru s Gradom, u Ugovoru piše da ćemo odatle iseliti u roku od dva tjedna kad nam se dodjeli novo igralište s odgovarajućim statusom.

To znači da ima garderobe, svlačione, kafić, objekt od kojeg možemo živjeti. Jer mi sada jedan segment iznad Pazara iznajmljujemo i na taj način održavamo igralište. Tako da podržavamo zahtjev Hajduka, jer ćemo tako riješit svoj problem. A taj je da bi morali imati jedno igralište kao ovo i još jedno malo kao dodatno za treninge. - zaključuje Tartaglia.

Da bi Grad Split i NK Hajduk mogli razmišljati o realizaciji planova na Starom placu morali bi prethodno osigurati novi smještaj Ragbi klubu "Nada" i Baseball klubu "Nada", smatraju u ovim klubovima.

Gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak je rekao da će se pri realizaciji projekta Stari Hajdukov plac "voditi računa o ragbi i baseball klubu". No, nije objasnio što to znači.

Grad Split postao je vlasnik Starog placa zahvaljujući Ragbi klubu "Nada" i Baseball klubu "Nada". Oni su tužili Grad Split i NK Hajduk za utvrđivanje ništavosti Odluke Gradskog vijeća od 18. ožujka 1997., kojom je NK Hajduku priznato pravo vlasništva nad "Starim placom" temeljem dosjelosti i građenja.

- Naša dva mala kluba herojski su se borila 14 godina s moćnim "Hajdukom" da Gradu vratimo Stari plac. Umjesto da budemo srdačno dočekani nakon što su 22.000 četvornih metara atraktivnog prostora pripale konačno Gradu, nitko nam se od nadležnih ne obraća. Dapače, planove za budućnost Starog placa htjeli bi raditi bez nas, iako znaju da to ne ide! - govorili su 2011. godine za našu novinu predstavnici Baseball kluba "Nada" i Ragbi kluba "Nada".

- Prema Zakonu o sportu, nijedan klub ne može se ukloniti s nekog terena prije nego što mu se nađe adekvatan smještaj na drugoj lokaciji. Očekujemo da nas Grad primi i čestita nam za zasluge, a zatim da se dogovorimo oko nove lokacije, jer bismo se i mi htjeli izmjestiti sa Starog placa koji nam je postao neuvjetan – izjavio je tom prilikom Siniša Tartaglia, član uprave Ragbi kluba "Nada".

Klubovi su imali projekte za preseljenje koje su pokazivali gradonačelnicima. Po jednoj varijanti predlagali su da se presele kod baraka nekadašnjeg PIS-a, a po ondašnjim cjenama otkup zemljišta, izgradnja terena i pratećih sadržaja za dva kluba procijanjena je na 10 milijuna eura.

Kao drugu mogućnost predlagali su prosotor iza City Centera One, tamo su kao gradski projekt predviđeni sportski sadržaji, a iz klubova su napominjeli kako postoji lokacija od stotinjak tisuća kvadrata na koju ih se može smjestiti. No, ništa se u idućih deset godina nije dogodilo. Upitali smo Tartagliu da komentira nova događanja oko Starog placa.

- Vijest koju sam pročitao da će se Grad pobrinuti da Ragbi klub "Nada" i Baseball klub "Nada" ne završe na ulici kompletno podržavamo. Mi smo taoci ovog prostora, nama je dodijeljen poslije MIS-a kad se igralište koje je bilo u našem vlasništvu na Gripama srušilo radi dvorane.

Grad nam je dao 1979. ovo igralište kao privremeno rješenje koje s današnjim danom traje već 43 godine. A Hajduk je tamo bio 64 godine, dakle ne zaostajemo puno. Kad se projekt zove Stari Hajdukov plac, to je dosta nepošteno, projekt bi se morao zvati samo Stari plac. Jer zašto u nazivu projekta prejudiciramo vlasnika?

- Vjerujem da će investicija projekta početi tako da će se za ragbi i baseball izgraditi nova igrališta, gdje Grad odredi. Mi upravljamo sa Starim placom u dogovoru s Gradom, u Ugovoru piše da ćemo odatle iseliti u roku od dva tjedna kad nam se dodjeli novo igralište s odgovarajućim statusom.

To znači da ima garderobe, svlačione, kafić, objekt od kojeg možemo živjeti. Jer mi sada jedan segment iznad Pazara iznajmljujemo i na taj način održavamo igralište. Tako da podržavamo zahtjev Hajduka, jer ćemo tako riješit svoj problem. A taj je da bi morali imati jedno igralište kao ovo i još jedno malo kao dodatno za treninge. - zaključuje Tartaglia.
