500 tisuća državi

Prema novom rješenju Trgovačkog suda, koje je još nepravomoćno, stečajni upravitelj “Diokoma” Frano Krišto 1,5 milijuna kuna treba raspodijeliti bivšim radnicima kao stečajnim vjerovnicima drugoga višeg isplatnog reda, a tek preostalih 500 tisuća kuna uplatiti državi. Bivši radnici tvrtke “Diokom” su tek iz teksta objavljenog krajem srpnja 2012. godine u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji doznali da novac od prodaje poslovnog prostora nije trebao biti isplaćen njima, već državi – kazao nam je Zoran Kačić, diplomirani pravnik Saveza samostalnih sindikata Hrvatske za Splitsko-dalmatinsku županiju, koji je u ime bivših radnika tada podnio prigovor koji je sada urodio plodom.

Bivši radnici “Diokoma” objašnjavaju da svih dva milijuna kuna pripadaju njima jer je tako odlučeno 2006. godine na Skupštini vjerovnika “Diokoma”.

Potraživanje za otpremnine u drugom isplatnom redu

Poslovni prostor “Diokoma” u Makarskoj prodavan je 2000. godine, te su se javila dva ponuđača koja su se zatim sporila oko valjanosti ponuda. Kada je taj spor pravomoćno okončan, ponuđač koji je spor dobio, uplatio je ostatak kupoprodajne cijene. Potraživanja države od 67 milijuna kuna su bila u potpunosti namirena tijekom stečajnog postupka koji je otvoren 2000., a zaključen 2006. godine.

No, naknadno je utvrđeno potraživanje države od 2,6 milijuna kuna, od čega će joj sada biti isplaćeno 500 tisuća. U stečaju je radnicima bilo isplaćeno oko 70 milijuna kuna. Bili su namireni za dio otpremnina u visini propisanoj tada važećim odredbama Zakona o radu. Ostatak za otpremnine od 20 i nešto milijuna kuna spada u drugi isplatni red, znači iza države.

500 tisuća državi

Prema novom rješenju Trgovačkog suda, koje je još nepravomoćno, stečajni upravitelj “Diokoma” Frano Krišto 1,5 milijuna kuna treba raspodijeliti bivšim radnicima kao stečajnim vjerovnicima drugoga višeg isplatnog reda, a tek preostalih 500 tisuća kuna uplatiti državi. Bivši radnici tvrtke “Diokom” su tek iz teksta objavljenog krajem srpnja 2012. godine u Slobodnoj Dalmaciji doznali da novac od prodaje poslovnog prostora nije trebao biti isplaćen njima, već državi – kazao nam je Zoran Kačić, diplomirani pravnik Saveza samostalnih sindikata Hrvatske za Splitsko-dalmatinsku županiju, koji je u ime bivših radnika tada podnio prigovor koji je sada urodio plodom.

Bivši radnici “Diokoma” objašnjavaju da svih dva milijuna kuna pripadaju njima jer je tako odlučeno 2006. godine na Skupštini vjerovnika “Diokoma”.

Potraživanje za otpremnine u drugom isplatnom redu

Poslovni prostor “Diokoma” u Makarskoj prodavan je 2000. godine, te su se javila dva ponuđača koja su se zatim sporila oko valjanosti ponuda. Kada je taj spor pravomoćno okončan, ponuđač koji je spor dobio, uplatio je ostatak kupoprodajne cijene. Potraživanja države od 67 milijuna kuna su bila u potpunosti namirena tijekom stečajnog postupka koji je otvoren 2000., a zaključen 2006. godine.

No, naknadno je utvrđeno potraživanje države od 2,6 milijuna kuna, od čega će joj sada biti isplaćeno 500 tisuća. U stečaju je radnicima bilo isplaćeno oko 70 milijuna kuna. Bili su namireni za dio otpremnina u visini propisanoj tada važećim odredbama Zakona o radu. Ostatak za otpremnine od 20 i nešto milijuna kuna spada u drugi isplatni red, znači iza države.
