[fulltext] => Kako je i najavljeno, počeli su pripremni radovi na izgradnji šetnice od hotela “Ambasador” do Matejuške, koja predstavlja logičan završetak zapadne obale.
Kako nam je pojasnio Ante Milačić, šef gradilišta iz “Pomgrad inženjeringa”, tvrtke koja je na provedenom javnom natječaju izabrana za izvođača radova, trenutno se radi na pripremi “bauštele”.
Postavljaju se kontejneri i ograđuje se teren, a prava “akcija” trebala bi početi već početkom idućeg tjedna, kada će u gradsku luku doploviti maona, a dopremit će se i ponton na kojemu će biti bager, kako bi sve bilo spremno za početak podmorskih iskopa.
Ti će nas radovi podsjetiti na dobro nam znane radove kada se počinjala zapadna obala, tako da ćemo opet imati “ponavljanje povijesti.
Posao ‘težak’ više od
10 milijuna kuna
Kako znamo, vrijednost ugovora koji je Grad Split potpisao s ovom
građevinskom tvrtkom za izvođenje radova je 10.884.884,57 kuna bez
PDV-a, a rok završetka ovog dijela šetnice je osam i pol mjeseci. To
znači da bi novi komad Rive, ne bude li nepredviđenih situacija, mogao
biti dovršen početkom studenoga ove godine.
Prigodom izgradnje šetnice, planiran je novi obalni zid dužine 112 metara, s dubinom od tri metra. U sklopu radova, osim izgradnje obale, izvest će se i elektroinstalaterski, radovi na vodovodnoj i kanalizacijskoj mreži te na kraju i radovi krajobraznog uređenja.
Šetnica na zapadnoj obali radi se po projektu arhitekta Nenada Mikulandre, a obuhvaćat će ukupno 3000 kvadrata nove javne površine. S proširenog dijela zapadne obale osigurat će se pješački prolaz širok tri metra uz zapadni zid “Ambasadora”, kao i produžetak obalnog dijela prema jugu.
Nova obala s javnom rasvjetom bit će popločana krupno “štokovanim” kamenom debljine osam i deset centimetara.
Nova gradska vizura
Od nje će se buduća hotelska terasa odvojiti zelenim pojasom od mediteranskih biljaka, a rekonstruirat će se i postojeći zid uz Trumbićevu obalu s dva prolaza i “rampom”. Na vanjskoj strani zida prema šetnici postavit će se kamene klupe, koje će imati dekorativnu rasvjetu.
Također, nasut će se i dio mora, i to u širini od sedam do dvanaest metara od postojeće obalne linije. Kako nas je informirao
Nikša Musulin, član uprave “Pomgrad inženjeringa”, zanimljivo je da će se prigodom izvođenja podmorskih radova iskopati 5645 kubika, čega 4200 metara kubičnih u stijeni!

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Kako je i najavljeno, počeli su pripremni radovi na izgradnji šetnice od hotela “Ambasador” do Matejuške, koja predstavlja logičan završetak zapadne obale.
Kako nam je pojasnio Ante Milačić, šef gradilišta iz “Pomgrad inženjeringa”, tvrtke koja je na provedenom javnom natječaju izabrana za izvođača radova, trenutno se radi na pripremi “bauštele”.
Postavljaju se kontejneri i ograđuje se teren, a prava “akcija” trebala bi početi već početkom idućeg tjedna, kada će u gradsku luku doploviti maona, a dopremit će se i ponton na kojemu će biti bager, kako bi sve bilo spremno za početak podmorskih iskopa.
Ti će nas radovi podsjetiti na dobro nam znane radove kada se počinjala zapadna obala, tako da ćemo opet imati “ponavljanje povijesti.
Posao ‘težak’ više od
10 milijuna kuna
Kako znamo, vrijednost ugovora koji je Grad Split potpisao s ovom
građevinskom tvrtkom za izvođenje radova je 10.884.884,57 kuna bez
PDV-a, a rok završetka ovog dijela šetnice je osam i pol mjeseci. To
znači da bi novi komad Rive, ne bude li nepredviđenih situacija, mogao
biti dovršen početkom studenoga ove godine.
Prigodom izgradnje šetnice, planiran je novi obalni zid dužine 112 metara, s dubinom od tri metra. U sklopu radova, osim izgradnje obale, izvest će se i elektroinstalaterski, radovi na vodovodnoj i kanalizacijskoj mreži te na kraju i radovi krajobraznog uređenja.
Šetnica na zapadnoj obali radi se po projektu arhitekta Nenada Mikulandre, a obuhvaćat će ukupno 3000 kvadrata nove javne površine. S proširenog dijela zapadne obale osigurat će se pješački prolaz širok tri metra uz zapadni zid “Ambasadora”, kao i produžetak obalnog dijela prema jugu.
Nova obala s javnom rasvjetom bit će popločana krupno “štokovanim” kamenom debljine osam i deset centimetara.
Nova gradska vizura
Od nje će se buduća hotelska terasa odvojiti zelenim pojasom od mediteranskih biljaka, a rekonstruirat će se i postojeći zid uz Trumbićevu obalu s dva prolaza i “rampom”. Na vanjskoj strani zida prema šetnici postavit će se kamene klupe, koje će imati dekorativnu rasvjetu.
Također, nasut će se i dio mora, i to u širini od sedam do dvanaest metara od postojeće obalne linije. Kako nas je informirao
Nikša Musulin, član uprave “Pomgrad inženjeringa”, zanimljivo je da će se prigodom izvođenja podmorskih radova iskopati 5645 kubika, čega 4200 metara kubičnih u stijeni!
