Tko kaže da srednjoškolci samo ljenčare, spavaju do podne i gube vid na mobitelima?!

Sudeći prema broju ugovora koje su učenici srednjih škola sklopili s poslodavcima tijekom aktualnih praznika, mladi su itekako vrijedni i sve samostalniji.

- Ove godine izdali smo oko 720 ugovora, a riječ je o oko 600 učenika koji su se uključili u svijet rada. Na vrata našeg Učeničkog servisa redovito zakucaju novi srednjoškolci koji bi htjeli preko praznika zaraditi za džeparac. I mene znaju iznenaditi koliko ih se javlja. Dobre su to generacije - kaže nam prof. Nedjeljko Bilonić, voditelj Učeničkog servisa Pomorske škole, koja obavlja posredovanje o povremenom radu učenika tijekom praznika.

Imaju potpisane ugovore s brojnim srednjim školama diljem Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, a javiti im se mogu njihovi polaznici s navršenih 15 godina, uz "blagoslov" zakonskog zastupnika/skrbnika, a ako su mlađi od spomenute dobi potrebna je i pisana suglasnost inspektora rada.

- Ove godine imamo 30 posto više ugovora nego lani, a dobni prosjek učenika je 17 godina, znači treći razred srednje. Dio njih dođe sam kod nas, a dio dovedu roditelji. Traže se uglavnom poslovi oko pranja brodova, što se radi uglavnom subotom, kada je smjena gostiju.

Naviše rade u ugostiteljstvu

Trećina poslova odnosi se na ugostiteljstvo, pa mladi rade kao konobari i pomoćni kuhari, dio njih radi u trgovinama, dio u skladištima gdje slažu ambalažu na police, neki prodaju sladoled... Učenici su zadovoljni, barem prema našim iskustvima, a brojni poslodavci ciljano traže učenike ako su mladi ljudi prethodno ostavili dobar dojam. Evo, jedan nam je učenik nakon završene srednje škole dobio i posao u automobilskoj tvrtki jer je bio odličan za vrijeme učeničkog rada - otkriva prof. Bilonić.

Redovni učenici rade isključivo za vrijeme zimskih, proljetnih i ljetnih praznika. Tijekom nastavnih razdoblja nema rada, a po zakonu maloljetnici ne smiju raditi više od sedam sati dnevno, odnosno 35 sati tjedno, te moraju imati dva dana odmora.

Cijena rada kreće se od 23 do 26 kuna po satu, ali i ima i izdašnih poslodavaca koji znaju dobro platiti mlade snage.

- Za razliku od studentskih ugovora, učenički nemaju određenu minimalnu satnicu, za što se uporno zalažemo. Otprilike satnice idu od 23 kuna naviše, a imali smo i 50 kuna po satu. Ovo ljeto dosta ih radi u Jedinici prometne mladeži, u praonicama rublja, u putničkim agencijama, u poznatim trgovačkim lancima gdje slažu robu, u Hrvatskom narodnom kazalištu, u hotelima...

Dosta toga se nudi, a poslodavci jako paze na poštivanje učeničkih ugovora, odnosno zakonskih obveza što se tiče njihova rada, tako da nemamo problema. Ove godine imamo čak 1700 potpisanih ugovora, što je odlično. Lani je krenulo dobro, a onda je pandemija sve zaustavila. Ipak, svi učenici su na koncu bili isplaćeni - kažu nam u Učeničkom servisu Turističko-ugostiteljske škole, koja je također posrednik između učenika i poslodavaca temeljem rješenja Ministarstva rada.

Član Učeničkog servisa može biti svaki redoviti učenik Turističko-ugostiteljske škole ili neke druge obrazovne ustanove sa sjedištem u našoj županiji s kojom ova škola ima sklopljen pisani sporazum o mogućnosti korištenja usluga učeničkog servisa, a tu su škole iz Splita, Sinja, Trogira, Supetra, Hvala, Bola, Visa, Omiša i Vrgorca. Kao posrednik djeluje i Privatna srednja škola "Wallner".

Tko kaže da srednjoškolci samo ljenčare, spavaju do podne i gube vid na mobitelima?!

Sudeći prema broju ugovora koje su učenici srednjih škola sklopili s poslodavcima tijekom aktualnih praznika, mladi su itekako vrijedni i sve samostalniji.

- Ove godine izdali smo oko 720 ugovora, a riječ je o oko 600 učenika koji su se uključili u svijet rada. Na vrata našeg Učeničkog servisa redovito zakucaju novi srednjoškolci koji bi htjeli preko praznika zaraditi za džeparac. I mene znaju iznenaditi koliko ih se javlja. Dobre su to generacije - kaže nam prof. Nedjeljko Bilonić, voditelj Učeničkog servisa Pomorske škole, koja obavlja posredovanje o povremenom radu učenika tijekom praznika.

Imaju potpisane ugovore s brojnim srednjim školama diljem Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, a javiti im se mogu njihovi polaznici s navršenih 15 godina, uz "blagoslov" zakonskog zastupnika/skrbnika, a ako su mlađi od spomenute dobi potrebna je i pisana suglasnost inspektora rada.

- Ove godine imamo 30 posto više ugovora nego lani, a dobni prosjek učenika je 17 godina, znači treći razred srednje. Dio njih dođe sam kod nas, a dio dovedu roditelji. Traže se uglavnom poslovi oko pranja brodova, što se radi uglavnom subotom, kada je smjena gostiju.

Naviše rade u ugostiteljstvu

Trećina poslova odnosi se na ugostiteljstvo, pa mladi rade kao konobari i pomoćni kuhari, dio njih radi u trgovinama, dio u skladištima gdje slažu ambalažu na police, neki prodaju sladoled... Učenici su zadovoljni, barem prema našim iskustvima, a brojni poslodavci ciljano traže učenike ako su mladi ljudi prethodno ostavili dobar dojam. Evo, jedan nam je učenik nakon završene srednje škole dobio i posao u automobilskoj tvrtki jer je bio odličan za vrijeme učeničkog rada - otkriva prof. Bilonić.

Redovni učenici rade isključivo za vrijeme zimskih, proljetnih i ljetnih praznika. Tijekom nastavnih razdoblja nema rada, a po zakonu maloljetnici ne smiju raditi više od sedam sati dnevno, odnosno 35 sati tjedno, te moraju imati dva dana odmora.

Cijena rada kreće se od 23 do 26 kuna po satu, ali i ima i izdašnih poslodavaca koji znaju dobro platiti mlade snage.

- Za razliku od studentskih ugovora, učenički nemaju određenu minimalnu satnicu, za što se uporno zalažemo. Otprilike satnice idu od 23 kuna naviše, a imali smo i 50 kuna po satu. Ovo ljeto dosta ih radi u Jedinici prometne mladeži, u praonicama rublja, u putničkim agencijama, u poznatim trgovačkim lancima gdje slažu robu, u Hrvatskom narodnom kazalištu, u hotelima...

Dosta toga se nudi, a poslodavci jako paze na poštivanje učeničkih ugovora, odnosno zakonskih obveza što se tiče njihova rada, tako da nemamo problema. Ove godine imamo čak 1700 potpisanih ugovora, što je odlično. Lani je krenulo dobro, a onda je pandemija sve zaustavila. Ipak, svi učenici su na koncu bili isplaćeni - kažu nam u Učeničkom servisu Turističko-ugostiteljske škole, koja je također posrednik između učenika i poslodavaca temeljem rješenja Ministarstva rada.

Član Učeničkog servisa može biti svaki redoviti učenik Turističko-ugostiteljske škole ili neke druge obrazovne ustanove sa sjedištem u našoj županiji s kojom ova škola ima sklopljen pisani sporazum o mogućnosti korištenja usluga učeničkog servisa, a tu su škole iz Splita, Sinja, Trogira, Supetra, Hvala, Bola, Visa, Omiša i Vrgorca. Kao posrednik djeluje i Privatna srednja škola "Wallner".
