Novoosnovana Udruga stanara “Nova Kila” dobila je rješenje za rad od nadležne državne uprave i još samo čekaju registraciju iz Državnog zavoda za statistiku kako bi mogli početi djelovati na dobrobit svih vlasnika POS-ovih stanova na istoku grada.
No, to ih ne sprječava da rade punom parom. Potvrđuje nam to Zoran Ergović, tajnik Udruge, iznikle iz neformalne grupe na Facebooku, a u kojoj su se okupile mahom mlade obitelji koje će uskoro stanovati kao susjedi u zgradama izgrađenima po programu poticane stanogradnje na Kili.
Od 15 do 50 posto
U “Novoj Kili” su već počeli izrađivati članske karte, koje će im pomoći da kupe opremu i namještaj za stanove u trgovinama u kojima imaju odobrene posebne popuste. Među ostalima, to su “Lesnina”, “Andabaka”, “Tehnomarket”, “Domooprema”, “Bosmont”, “Alares”..., no popis njihovih partnera uz pomoć kojih bi se olakšao krupni obiteljski projekt poput opremanja novih kvadrata iz dana u dan sve je duži.
- Ponude zainteresiranih tvrtki pristižu nam svakodnevno s popustima od 15 do 50 posto na nabavku opreme za stan, što uključuje kuhinje, namještaj, sobe, kućanske aparate, klime, bijelu tehniku, pa sve do audio i videotehnike. Popusti za mlade obitelji, koje su ionako kreditno zadužene, značajne su pa će ovisno o dobavljaču uštede biti u tisućama kuna - kaže Ergović.
Kako se prijaviti?
Udruga broji 130 članova, a novi im se priključuju svakodnevno prijavom na e-mail: udrugakila@gmail.com, a na istu tu adresu bilo koja trgovina, odnosno obrt, im može poslati ponudu.
Podsjetimo, do prosinca će započeti useljenje stanara u 206 stanova (Kila 3), a prema planu u travnju sljedeće godine i preostala 203 prostora (Kila 4) koji su sada u poodmakloj fazi izgradnje. Uskoro započinju i radovi na još 164 stana u naselju Kila 1 koje će uz postojeće dovršene zgrade (Kila 2) imati više od 700 stambenih jedinica.

Novoosnovana Udruga stanara “Nova Kila” dobila je rješenje za rad od nadležne državne uprave i još samo čekaju registraciju iz Državnog zavoda za statistiku kako bi mogli početi djelovati na dobrobit svih vlasnika POS-ovih stanova na istoku grada.
No, to ih ne sprječava da rade punom parom. Potvrđuje nam to Zoran Ergović, tajnik Udruge, iznikle iz neformalne grupe na Facebooku, a u kojoj su se okupile mahom mlade obitelji koje će uskoro stanovati kao susjedi u zgradama izgrađenima po programu poticane stanogradnje na Kili.
Od 15 do 50 posto
U “Novoj Kili” su već počeli izrađivati članske karte, koje će im pomoći da kupe opremu i namještaj za stanove u trgovinama u kojima imaju odobrene posebne popuste. Među ostalima, to su “Lesnina”, “Andabaka”, “Tehnomarket”, “Domooprema”, “Bosmont”, “Alares”..., no popis njihovih partnera uz pomoć kojih bi se olakšao krupni obiteljski projekt poput opremanja novih kvadrata iz dana u dan sve je duži.
- Ponude zainteresiranih tvrtki pristižu nam svakodnevno s popustima od 15 do 50 posto na nabavku opreme za stan, što uključuje kuhinje, namještaj, sobe, kućanske aparate, klime, bijelu tehniku, pa sve do audio i videotehnike. Popusti za mlade obitelji, koje su ionako kreditno zadužene, značajne su pa će ovisno o dobavljaču uštede biti u tisućama kuna - kaže Ergović.
Kako se prijaviti?
Udruga broji 130 članova, a novi im se priključuju svakodnevno prijavom na e-mail: udrugakila@gmail.com, a na istu tu adresu bilo koja trgovina, odnosno obrt, im može poslati ponudu.
Podsjetimo, do prosinca će započeti useljenje stanara u 206 stanova (Kila 3), a prema planu u travnju sljedeće godine i preostala 203 prostora (Kila 4) koji su sada u poodmakloj fazi izgradnje. Uskoro započinju i radovi na još 164 stana u naselju Kila 1 koje će uz postojeće dovršene zgrade (Kila 2) imati više od 700 stambenih jedinica.
