"Politika čistih ruku" znači živjeti za SDP, a ne od SDP-a makar nas to koštalo izbacivanjem iz stranke. Možda sam naivac ili idealist, ali ja u to vjerujem".

Jedan je to u moru facebook statusa koje objavljuje Tomislav Bogović, bivši ravnatelj splitskog DES-a iz mandata SDP-ovog gradonačelnika Ive Baldasara.

U veljači 2021. godine ovaj bivši SDP-ovac objavio je gore spomenuti status u kojem je valjda želio kazati kako ne valja živjeti i zapošljavati se na razno-razne funkcije, isključivo zbog posjedovanja stranačke iskaznice. Moral je očito proradio na najjače.

Upravo taj Bogovićev status zapeo nam je za oko, tim više što se je u splitskom DES-u, uoči sutrašnjeg izbora člana Upravnog vijeća iz redova zaposlenika, atmosfera opet užarena do usijanja.

Prema informacijama s kojima raspolažemo a koje smo anonimno dobili na mail adresu navodi se kako je upravo Bogović u pohodu na to upražnjeno mjesto te kako se zadnje dane unutar ustanove vrše nezapamćeni pritisci na zaposlenike i pojedine članove Radničkog vijeća, koje bi, dodaje neimenovani izvor, trebalo podržati upravo Bogovića koji je kako tvrde, 2014. godine na mjesto ravnatelja DES-a došao zahvaljujući članstvu u SDP-u koji je tada vladao Splitom.

No nije to sve, prema pouzdanim informacijama dokumentaciju DES-a češlja policija a kao razlog ulaska istražitelja u ovu Ustanovu za zapošljavanje, rad i profesionalnu rehabilitaciju osoba s invaliditetom upravo je imenovanje Tomislava Bogovića na mjesto ravnatelja od prije osam godina.

Istražitelji ispituju Bogovićevo imenovanje i to zbog činjenice da je mimo uvjeta koji su bili propisani natječajem, ipak postao čelni čovjek DES-a.

Sporno je što Tomislav Bogović nije imao 5 godina radnog iskustva na rukovodećim poslovima s visokom stručnom spremom već samo godinu i pol dana i to u Teniskom klubu Split.

No, to nije zasmetalo tadašnjim članovima Upravnog vijeća koji

su ga bez ikakvog problema predložili za ravnatelja, a tadašnji gradonačelnik Ivo Baldasar i župan Zlatko Ževrnja dali suglasnost na njegovo imenovanje.

Da je policija po nalogu Državnog odvjetništva ušla u DES potvrdila nam je aktualna v.d ravnatelja Edita Maretić Dimlić koja je u četverogodišnjem mandatu koji joj je nedavno istekao, ustanovu doslovno preporodila i iz teškog gubitaša je dovela u pozitivno poslovanje.

-Kao Poslodavac ne smijem se na bilo koji način uključivati u izbor predstavnika radnika Ustanove u Upravno vijeće, kao ni u rad Sindikata koji djeluju u Ustanovi. Mogu potvrditi kako je policija po nalogu Državnog odvjetništva bila u Ustanovi u nekoliko navrata, te da su u tijeku istražne radnje pa stoga nisam u mogućnosti davati informacije u svezi navedenog slučaja. Prema dostupnoj dokumentaciji Sektora za opće, pravne i kadrovske poslove Ustanove u trenutku podnošenja prijave na natječaj 2014.godine izabrani kandidat Tomislav Bogović nije imao potrebnih 5 godina radnog iskustva na poslovima VSS, a koji su bili propisani kao uvjet natječaja, a što je vidljivo iz priložene potvrde Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje-kazala nam je Maretić-Dimlić.

Podsjetimo, za Bogovićevo imenovanje tada su glasali predstavnici većinskog osnivača Grada Splita, SDP-ovac Miljenko Grabar, Olga Zaradić te predstavnica zaposlenika Maja Blašković, dok jedan predstavnik manjinskog osnivača-Županije Splitsko dalmatinske pokojni Ante Maroš uopće nije nazočio sjednici.

Dakle, izbor kandidata nije bio jednoglasan jer predstavnik SDŽ nije nazočio sjednici na kojoj je donesena odluka o odabiru tadašnjeg ravnatelja Bogovića.

Za zaključiti je kako se tada nije provodila "politika čistih ruku" jer je Bogovića na čelno mjesto Ustanove DES dovela upravo politika, no ni to nije bilo dovoljno pa je usto imenovan protuzakonito.

Kako bi doznali i drugu stranu priče kontaktirali smo i samog Bogovića koji nam nije odgovarao na pozive da bi potom iz trećeg pokušaja uspostavili vezu, no s druge strane bio je muk.

"Politika čistih ruku" znači živjeti za SDP, a ne od SDP-a makar nas to koštalo izbacivanjem iz stranke. Možda sam naivac ili idealist, ali ja u to vjerujem".

Jedan je to u moru facebook statusa koje objavljuje Tomislav Bogović, bivši ravnatelj splitskog DES-a iz mandata SDP-ovog gradonačelnika Ive Baldasara.

U veljači 2021. godine ovaj bivši SDP-ovac objavio je gore spomenuti status u kojem je valjda želio kazati kako ne valja živjeti i zapošljavati se na razno-razne funkcije, isključivo zbog posjedovanja stranačke iskaznice. Moral je očito proradio na najjače.

Upravo taj Bogovićev status zapeo nam je za oko, tim više što se je u splitskom DES-u, uoči sutrašnjeg izbora člana Upravnog vijeća iz redova zaposlenika, atmosfera opet užarena do usijanja.

Prema informacijama s kojima raspolažemo a koje smo anonimno dobili na mail adresu navodi se kako je upravo Bogović u pohodu na to upražnjeno mjesto te kako se zadnje dane unutar ustanove vrše nezapamćeni pritisci na zaposlenike i pojedine članove Radničkog vijeća, koje bi, dodaje neimenovani izvor, trebalo podržati upravo Bogovića koji je kako tvrde, 2014. godine na mjesto ravnatelja DES-a došao zahvaljujući članstvu u SDP-u koji je tada vladao Splitom.

No nije to sve, prema pouzdanim informacijama dokumentaciju DES-a češlja policija a kao razlog ulaska istražitelja u ovu Ustanovu za zapošljavanje, rad i profesionalnu rehabilitaciju osoba s invaliditetom upravo je imenovanje Tomislava Bogovića na mjesto ravnatelja od prije osam godina.

Istražitelji ispituju Bogovićevo imenovanje i to zbog činjenice da je mimo uvjeta koji su bili propisani natječajem, ipak postao čelni čovjek DES-a.

Sporno je što Tomislav Bogović nije imao 5 godina radnog iskustva na rukovodećim poslovima s visokom stručnom spremom već samo godinu i pol dana i to u Teniskom klubu Split.

No, to nije zasmetalo tadašnjim članovima Upravnog vijeća koji

su ga bez ikakvog problema predložili za ravnatelja, a tadašnji gradonačelnik Ivo Baldasar i župan Zlatko Ževrnja dali suglasnost na njegovo imenovanje.

Da je policija po nalogu Državnog odvjetništva ušla u DES potvrdila nam je aktualna v.d ravnatelja Edita Maretić Dimlić koja je u četverogodišnjem mandatu koji joj je nedavno istekao, ustanovu doslovno preporodila i iz teškog gubitaša je dovela u pozitivno poslovanje.

-Kao Poslodavac ne smijem se na bilo koji način uključivati u izbor predstavnika radnika Ustanove u Upravno vijeće, kao ni u rad Sindikata koji djeluju u Ustanovi. Mogu potvrditi kako je policija po nalogu Državnog odvjetništva bila u Ustanovi u nekoliko navrata, te da su u tijeku istražne radnje pa stoga nisam u mogućnosti davati informacije u svezi navedenog slučaja. Prema dostupnoj dokumentaciji Sektora za opće, pravne i kadrovske poslove Ustanove u trenutku podnošenja prijave na natječaj 2014.godine izabrani kandidat Tomislav Bogović nije imao potrebnih 5 godina radnog iskustva na poslovima VSS, a koji su bili propisani kao uvjet natječaja, a što je vidljivo iz priložene potvrde Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje-kazala nam je Maretić-Dimlić.

Podsjetimo, za Bogovićevo imenovanje tada su glasali predstavnici većinskog osnivača Grada Splita, SDP-ovac Miljenko Grabar, Olga Zaradić te predstavnica zaposlenika Maja Blašković, dok jedan predstavnik manjinskog osnivača-Županije Splitsko dalmatinske pokojni Ante Maroš uopće nije nazočio sjednici.

Dakle, izbor kandidata nije bio jednoglasan jer predstavnik SDŽ nije nazočio sjednici na kojoj je donesena odluka o odabiru tadašnjeg ravnatelja Bogovića.

Za zaključiti je kako se tada nije provodila "politika čistih ruku" jer je Bogovića na čelno mjesto Ustanove DES dovela upravo politika, no ni to nije bilo dovoljno pa je usto imenovan protuzakonito.

Kako bi doznali i drugu stranu priče kontaktirali smo i samog Bogovića koji nam nije odgovarao na pozive da bi potom iz trećeg pokušaja uspostavili vezu, no s druge strane bio je muk.
