Nije tajna da je u posljednje vrijeme tržište nekretnina u Splitu eksplodiralo. Čini da cijena kvadrata neprekidno raste. Mapa grada se stalno širi jer valjda  ‘Lipšeg Splita od Splita ne more ni bit, od svih mista na svitu najlipši je Split!‘.

Split trenutno broji 27 gradskih kotara, a za opis vizure poslužit ću se citatom sugovornika koji je želio ostat anoniman ‘A šta ja znan meni Split je u jednon dijelu Barcelona u drugom favela.‘ Šalu na stranu, teško je opisati grad čiju dušu i mentalitet treba osjetit, kako nekome objasnit južinu, šušur, ljude, a tek Hajduka... 

Iako cijene nekretnina ovise o brojnim čimbenicima, jedna konstanta koja će je uvijek diktirat, skriva se u slavnom geslu trgovaca, a to je ‘Lokacija, lokacija, lokacija‘. Oduvijek su postojali poželjniji dijelovi grada, najlakše ih je prepoznati po iznosu koji vas dijeli od doma iz snova. Vođeni logikom zaključili smo da onda sigurno postoje kvartovi u kojima ljudi ne bi htjeli živjeti. Nije nam preostalo ništa drugo, uputili smo se u centar grada kako bismo saznali što o tom pitanju misle Splićani.

Naš prvi sugovornik gospodin Miroslav bio je jasan.

- Ne bi tia živit u Varošu, zato šta tamo ima puno kuća, rekao nam je.

S njime se složio idući gospodin, ali uz detaljnije objašnjenje.

- To bi bia Varoš, zamislite samo da morate preuređivat... Imaš sto problema, ne moš proć ni s čim, sve moraš ručno prenosit, a to definitivno nije za nas malo starije, zaključio je.

Zatim smo srele dvije djevojke koje kao ni prethodni sugovornik nisu željele pred kamere.

- Mislin da bi to bia Sućidar, nekako je odvojen od svega. Njezina suputnica vodila se iskustvom svojih kolegica, izdvojila je Kilu,  i dodala kako nije lako ljudima koji tamo žive.

Podno Prokurativa susrele smo Lanu i Gabrijelu, koje su nam otkrile sljedeće.

- Vjerojatno Mejaši i Brda, nekako su mi izvan grada i prenapučeni su, složno su tvrdile kako su Mejaši daleko od grada.

Željela sam provjerit vride li ista pravila za trgovački hram, odnosno Mall of Split koji se nalazi na spomenutim Mejašima. Ali izgleda da u ovom slučaju vridi ona stara ‘Tko hoće nađe načina‘.

- Pa dobro to, uvik se može nać neki način za otić, priznale su nam.

Naša posljednja sugovornica Jelena, napomenula je kako je riječ o teškom pitanju.

- Cijeli Split je lijep, ali možda bi najmanje tila živit na potezu Kamen-Šine. Kad navikneš i kad odrastaš u centru, teško je, valjda su to navike i obrasci iz djetinjstva koji se teško razbijaju, navela je kao razlog.

Sve u svemu, reći ćemo samo ‘I moš govorit kontra mene, i kontra cilog svita, ma neću da čujen ništa, ništa kontra Splita.‘

Nije tajna da je u posljednje vrijeme tržište nekretnina u Splitu eksplodiralo. Čini da cijena kvadrata neprekidno raste. Mapa grada se stalno širi jer valjda  ‘Lipšeg Splita od Splita ne more ni bit, od svih mista na svitu najlipši je Split!‘.

Split trenutno broji 27 gradskih kotara, a za opis vizure poslužit ću se citatom sugovornika koji je želio ostat anoniman ‘A šta ja znan meni Split je u jednon dijelu Barcelona u drugom favela.‘ Šalu na stranu, teško je opisati grad čiju dušu i mentalitet treba osjetit, kako nekome objasnit južinu, šušur, ljude, a tek Hajduka... 

Iako cijene nekretnina ovise o brojnim čimbenicima, jedna konstanta koja će je uvijek diktirat, skriva se u slavnom geslu trgovaca, a to je ‘Lokacija, lokacija, lokacija‘. Oduvijek su postojali poželjniji dijelovi grada, najlakše ih je prepoznati po iznosu koji vas dijeli od doma iz snova. Vođeni logikom zaključili smo da onda sigurno postoje kvartovi u kojima ljudi ne bi htjeli živjeti. Nije nam preostalo ništa drugo, uputili smo se u centar grada kako bismo saznali što o tom pitanju misle Splićani.

Naš prvi sugovornik gospodin Miroslav bio je jasan.

- Ne bi tia živit u Varošu, zato šta tamo ima puno kuća, rekao nam je.

S njime se složio idući gospodin, ali uz detaljnije objašnjenje.

- To bi bia Varoš, zamislite samo da morate preuređivat... Imaš sto problema, ne moš proć ni s čim, sve moraš ručno prenosit, a to definitivno nije za nas malo starije, zaključio je.

Zatim smo srele dvije djevojke koje kao ni prethodni sugovornik nisu željele pred kamere.

- Mislin da bi to bia Sućidar, nekako je odvojen od svega. Njezina suputnica vodila se iskustvom svojih kolegica, izdvojila je Kilu,  i dodala kako nije lako ljudima koji tamo žive.

Podno Prokurativa susrele smo Lanu i Gabrijelu, koje su nam otkrile sljedeće.

- Vjerojatno Mejaši i Brda, nekako su mi izvan grada i prenapučeni su, složno su tvrdile kako su Mejaši daleko od grada.

Željela sam provjerit vride li ista pravila za trgovački hram, odnosno Mall of Split koji se nalazi na spomenutim Mejašima. Ali izgleda da u ovom slučaju vridi ona stara ‘Tko hoće nađe načina‘.

- Pa dobro to, uvik se može nać neki način za otić, priznale su nam.

Naša posljednja sugovornica Jelena, napomenula je kako je riječ o teškom pitanju.

- Cijeli Split je lijep, ali možda bi najmanje tila živit na potezu Kamen-Šine. Kad navikneš i kad odrastaš u centru, teško je, valjda su to navike i obrasci iz djetinjstva koji se teško razbijaju, navela je kao razlog.

Sve u svemu, reći ćemo samo ‘I moš govorit kontra mene, i kontra cilog svita, ma neću da čujen ništa, ništa kontra Splita.‘

Pitali smo Splićane u kojem kvartu ne bi htjeli živjeti: ‘Zamislite samo da morate preuređivati, imaš sto problema...‘

Nije tajna da je u posljednje vrijeme tržište nekretnina u Splitu eksplodiralo. Čini da cijena kvadrata neprekidno raste. Mapa grada se stalno širi jer valjda  ‘Lipšeg Splita od Splita ne more ni bit, od svih mista na svitu najlipši je Split!‘.

Split trenutno broji 27 gradskih kotara, a za opis vizure poslužit ću se citatom sugovornika koji je želio ostat anoniman ‘A šta ja znan meni Split je u jednon dijelu Barcelona u drugom favela.‘ Šalu na stranu, teško je opisati grad čiju dušu i mentalitet treba osjetit, kako nekome objasnit južinu, šušur, ljude, a tek Hajduka... 

Iako cijene nekretnina ovise o brojnim čimbenicima, jedna konstanta koja će je uvijek diktirat, skriva se u slavnom geslu trgovaca, a to je ‘Lokacija, lokacija, lokacija‘. Oduvijek su postojali poželjniji dijelovi grada, najlakše ih je prepoznati po iznosu koji vas dijeli od doma iz snova. Vođeni logikom zaključili smo da onda sigurno postoje kvartovi u kojima ljudi ne bi htjeli živjeti. Nije nam preostalo ništa drugo, uputili smo se u centar grada kako bismo saznali što o tom pitanju misle Splićani.

Naš prvi sugovornik gospodin Miroslav bio je jasan.

- Ne bi tia živit u Varošu, zato šta tamo ima puno kuća, rekao nam je.

S njime se složio idući gospodin, ali uz detaljnije objašnjenje.

- To bi bia Varoš, zamislite samo da morate preuređivat... Imaš sto problema, ne moš proć ni s čim, sve moraš ručno prenosit, a to definitivno nije za nas malo starije, zaključio je.

Zatim smo srele dvije djevojke koje kao ni prethodni sugovornik nisu željele pred kamere.
