Jurica Pevec , većinski vlasnik “Splitske plovidbe”, i njegova zagrebačka tvrtka “Molior Peroj” na depozitni račun Trgovačkog suda nisu uplatili 3,07 milijuna kuna za kupnju brodova “Sveti Duje” i “Marul”, čiji je formalni vlasnik “Corex Shipping”, koju je domaća kompanija osnovala u karipskoj državici Sveti Vincent i Grenadini.
Zbog toga će se sudska prodaja brodova ponoviti 17. studenoga s istim početnim cijenama, koje iznose 1,32 milijuna i 1,14 milijuna kuna. Na dražbama u kolovozu Pevec je bio jedini zainteresirani kupac brodova, za koje je ponudio 2,46 milijuna kuna.
Od tog novca bi se namirilo 45 pomoraca “Splitske” koji su i pokrenuli ovrhe, jer im je poslodavac dugovao 1,6 milijuna kuna za zaostale plaće.
No, sud je u rješenju naložio kupcima da na kupoprodajni iznos moraju platiti 600.000 kuna PDV-a, ali novac nije uplaćen jer je naknadno stiglo tumačenje Ministarstva financija da se PDV ne plaća pri predaji brodova koji plove pod stranom zastavom, a nalaze se u hrvatskom teritorijalnome moru.
Sud je potom ustvrdio da Ministarstvo nije dalo cjelovito pojašnjenje situacije, jer se u slučaju “Svetog Duje” i “Marula” ne radi o predaji, već su oni zaustavljeni i prodani kupcima koji su porezni obveznici u - Hrvatskoj. Zbog toga će se uoči ponovljenih dražbi konzultirati nekoliko poreznih stručnjaka i temeljem toga će se ponovno odlučivati jesu li kupci obvezni podmiriti PDV.
Brodovlasnik Pevec vjerojatno će izgubiti veći dio od pola milijuna kuna jamčevina koje je uplatio da bi u kolovozu mogao pristupiti dražbama, jer će sud od tog novca namiriti eventualne razlike u postignutim cijenama, platiti vezarinu za brodove kojima su početkom godine istekle plovidbene isprave.
Međutim, brod “Jadro”, koji je od “Splitske plovidbe” otkupila tvrtka “Makar Navis”, s devet pomoraca isplovio je prema crnogorskom Baru, odakle je nastavio prema Koromačnu u Istri. Kako nam je kazao lučki kapetan
Davor Vidan, stručnjaci Hrvatskog registra brodova obavili su pregled i brod je dobio važeće svjedodžbe.

Jurica Pevec , većinski vlasnik “Splitske plovidbe”, i njegova zagrebačka tvrtka “Molior Peroj” na depozitni račun Trgovačkog suda nisu uplatili 3,07 milijuna kuna za kupnju brodova “Sveti Duje” i “Marul”, čiji je formalni vlasnik “Corex Shipping”, koju je domaća kompanija osnovala u karipskoj državici Sveti Vincent i Grenadini.
Zbog toga će se sudska prodaja brodova ponoviti 17. studenoga s istim početnim cijenama, koje iznose 1,32 milijuna i 1,14 milijuna kuna. Na dražbama u kolovozu Pevec je bio jedini zainteresirani kupac brodova, za koje je ponudio 2,46 milijuna kuna.
Od tog novca bi se namirilo 45 pomoraca “Splitske” koji su i pokrenuli ovrhe, jer im je poslodavac dugovao 1,6 milijuna kuna za zaostale plaće.
No, sud je u rješenju naložio kupcima da na kupoprodajni iznos moraju platiti 600.000 kuna PDV-a, ali novac nije uplaćen jer je naknadno stiglo tumačenje Ministarstva financija da se PDV ne plaća pri predaji brodova koji plove pod stranom zastavom, a nalaze se u hrvatskom teritorijalnome moru.
Sud je potom ustvrdio da Ministarstvo nije dalo cjelovito pojašnjenje situacije, jer se u slučaju “Svetog Duje” i “Marula” ne radi o predaji, već su oni zaustavljeni i prodani kupcima koji su porezni obveznici u - Hrvatskoj. Zbog toga će se uoči ponovljenih dražbi konzultirati nekoliko poreznih stručnjaka i temeljem toga će se ponovno odlučivati jesu li kupci obvezni podmiriti PDV.
Brodovlasnik Pevec vjerojatno će izgubiti veći dio od pola milijuna kuna jamčevina koje je uplatio da bi u kolovozu mogao pristupiti dražbama, jer će sud od tog novca namiriti eventualne razlike u postignutim cijenama, platiti vezarinu za brodove kojima su početkom godine istekle plovidbene isprave.
Međutim, brod “Jadro”, koji je od “Splitske plovidbe” otkupila tvrtka “Makar Navis”, s devet pomoraca isplovio je prema crnogorskom Baru, odakle je nastavio prema Koromačnu u Istri. Kako nam je kazao lučki kapetan
Davor Vidan, stručnjaci Hrvatskog registra brodova obavili su pregled i brod je dobio važeće svjedodžbe.
- Brod je bio privezan ispred tvornice cementa u Kaštel Sućurcu i koliko mi je poznato, “Jadro” treba na remont nakon Nove godine - istaknuo je Vidan.
