Županijskom Domu zdravlja odobren je novi projekt iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti u iznosu od oko 3,4 milijuna eura, koji će se utrošiti za 18 specijalizacija mladih liječnika.

Njih 10 specijalizira obiteljsku medicinu, četvero ginekologiju, dvoje pedijatriju i po jedan internu medicinu i oftalmologiju.

– Svi oni su već krenuli na specijalizacije, posljednji od njih 15. siječnja ove godine, i dok s Ministarstvom zdravstva ne potpišemo ugovor, njihovu specijalizaciju financiramo mi. Kada potpišemo ugovor, što ja očekujem najdalje kroz mjesec dana, njihove će se specijalizacije plaćati iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti – kaže ravnatelj Županijskog Doma zdravlja dr. Kako je već od prije 56 mladih liječnika/ca na specijalizaciji za Dom zdravlja (40 ih se plaća iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti, a 16 plaćaju Splitsko-dalmatinska županija i Dom zdravlja), brojka s novih 18 specijalizacija se popela na 74, od kojih će valjda svi nakon završetka specijalizacije ostati raditi u Domu zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

– I ja se nadam, za sada su izgledi takvi da će svi ovdje ostati dugoročno, a ne nakon odrađene godine otići u neku bolnicu ili inozemstvo. Uvjeren sam u to zbog toga što su bolnički i naši koeficijenti za plaće izjednačeni, pa nema apsolutno nikakve razlike u osnovnoj plaći liječnika, radili u primarnoj ili sekundarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti. Naravno, bolnički liječnici imaju dodatke na dežurstva ili noćni rad – optimistično će dr. Rađa.

Sedam godina porodiljnog

Tijekom ove godine svoje bi specijalizacije trebalo završiti šestero mladih liječnika.

– I oni bi čim završe svoje specijalizacije, odnosno polože specijalistički ispit trebali početi raditi. Od ovih šestero, njih četvero specijalizira pedijatriju, a po jedan radiologiju i ginekologiju. Mi željno očekujemo da svi naši specijalizanti završe svoje specijalizacije i započnu s radom.

No, to ovisi o "moru" okolnosti, prvenstveno mislim na bolovanja ili porodiljne dopuste, kojih tijekom specijalizacija ima podosta, pa su neke liječnice na porodiljnom dopustu i više godina. Tako je jedna naša liječnica, koja specijalizira pedijatriju i sa specijalizacijom je započela još 2012. godine, već sedam godina na porodiljnom dopustu.

Zašto ističem ovaj slučaj? Ne da bih nekome nešto zamjerio ili prigovorio, već da bi ljudi uvidjeli da mi u domovima zdravlja ne možemo znati kada će netko završiti specijalizaciju i početi raditi, to ovisi o mnogočemu – ističe dr. Marko Rađa.

Županijskom Domu zdravlja odobren je novi projekt iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti u iznosu od oko 3,4 milijuna eura, koji će se utrošiti za 18 specijalizacija mladih liječnika.

Njih 10 specijalizira obiteljsku medicinu, četvero ginekologiju, dvoje pedijatriju i po jedan internu medicinu i oftalmologiju.

– Svi oni su već krenuli na specijalizacije, posljednji od njih 15. siječnja ove godine, i dok s Ministarstvom zdravstva ne potpišemo ugovor, njihovu specijalizaciju financiramo mi. Kada potpišemo ugovor, što ja očekujem najdalje kroz mjesec dana, njihove će se specijalizacije plaćati iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti – kaže ravnatelj Županijskog Doma zdravlja dr. Marko Rađa.

Kako je već od prije 56 mladih liječnika/ca na specijalizaciji za Dom zdravlja (40 ih se plaća iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka i otpornosti, a 16 plaćaju Splitsko-dalmatinska županija i Dom zdravlja), brojka s novih 18 specijalizacija se popela na 74, od kojih će valjda svi nakon završetka specijalizacije ostati raditi u Domu zdravlja Splitsko-dalmatinske županije.

– I ja se nadam, za sada su izgledi takvi da će svi ovdje ostati dugoročno, a ne nakon odrađene godine otići u neku bolnicu ili inozemstvo. Uvjeren sam u to zbog toga što su bolnički i naši koeficijenti za plaće izjednačeni, pa nema apsolutno nikakve razlike u osnovnoj plaći liječnika, radili u primarnoj ili sekundarnoj zdravstvenoj zaštiti. Naravno, bolnički liječnici imaju dodatke na dežurstva ili noćni rad – optimistično će dr. Rađa.

Sedam godina porodiljnog

Tijekom ove godine svoje bi specijalizacije trebalo završiti šestero mladih liječnika.

– I oni bi čim završe svoje specijalizacije, odnosno polože specijalistički ispit trebali početi raditi. Od ovih šestero, njih četvero specijalizira pedijatriju, a po jedan radiologiju i ginekologiju. Mi željno očekujemo da svi naši specijalizanti završe svoje specijalizacije i započnu s radom.

No, to ovisi o "moru" okolnosti, prvenstveno mislim na bolovanja ili porodiljne dopuste, kojih tijekom specijalizacija ima podosta, pa su neke liječnice na porodiljnom dopustu i više godina. Tako je jedna naša liječnica, koja specijalizira pedijatriju i sa specijalizacijom je započela još 2012. godine, već sedam godina na porodiljnom dopustu.

Zašto ističem ovaj slučaj? Ne da bih nekome nešto zamjerio ili prigovorio, već da bi ljudi uvidjeli da mi u domovima zdravlja ne možemo znati kada će netko završiti specijalizaciju i početi raditi, to ovisi o mnogočemu – ističe dr. Marko Rađa.
