Bitka sa štandovima na Istočnoj obali je bila duga i iscrpljujuća, ali je trotoar, na Dan grada, konačno osvanuo širok i prozračan. Doduše, naliveni sivi asfalt nije ukrao uzdahe prolaznika niti oduševio svojom estetikom turobnog sivila, al - da je išta!

Ipak, kao i uvijek u našem gradu, komunalni red je kratkog vijeka. Tako je već za koji dan, pokraj ulaza u pothodnik, šetnica 'ukrašena' s desetak rent-a-skutera, spremnih da njihov gazda ima rekordno profitnu sezonu.

Je li riječ o pohlepi, provokaciji ili običnoj gluposti te koliko će ova okupatorska avantura potrajat, upitali smo voditelja Odsjeka za redarstvo Gorana Dlaku.

- Radi se o vantržnoj prodaji iz članka 39. Odluke o komunalnom redu Grada Splita koja kaže da je zabranjeno na površinama javne namjene bez odobrenja ili suprotno dozvoli nadležnog tijela za javne površine obavljati prodaju izvan prodavaonica. Sporni iznajmljivač takvu dozvolu nema.

Zbog toga, počinitelju je već izrečena kazna i biti će opet, sve dok, nadamo se, ne ukloni skutere. Ipak, situacija je malo specifična pošto su u pitanju prometala, a ne statični objekti. Tu je šetnica dosta široka, puno više od dozvoljenih jedan metar, i po zakonu sigurnosti prometa na cestama komunalno redarstvo nema alate da ukloni prometalo u takvoj formaciji. - objašnjava prvi redar grada.

Dlaka je istaknuo i da iz Grada planiraju postavit stupiće sa šipkama, zapravo ogradu, na potezu od Tuđmanovog kipa do prvog stabla na Istočnoj obali, kako bi, između ostalog, onemogućili ili bar otežali ovakve radnje. Ali lukavi su hrvatski poduzetnici, uspiju se oni provuć di ni dlaka ne može.

Bitka sa štandovima na Istočnoj obali je bila duga i iscrpljujuća, ali je trotoar, na Dan grada, konačno osvanuo širok i prozračan. Doduše, naliveni sivi asfalt nije ukrao uzdahe prolaznika niti oduševio svojom estetikom turobnog sivila, al - da je išta!

Ipak, kao i uvijek u našem gradu, komunalni red je kratkog vijeka. Tako je već za koji dan, pokraj ulaza u pothodnik, šetnica 'ukrašena' s desetak rent-a-skutera, spremnih da njihov gazda ima rekordno profitnu sezonu.

Je li riječ o pohlepi, provokaciji ili običnoj gluposti te koliko će ova okupatorska avantura potrajat, upitali smo voditelja Odsjeka za redarstvo Gorana Dlaku.

- Radi se o vantržnoj prodaji iz članka 39. Odluke o komunalnom redu Grada Splita koja kaže da je zabranjeno na površinama javne namjene bez odobrenja ili suprotno dozvoli nadležnog tijela za javne površine obavljati prodaju izvan prodavaonica. Sporni iznajmljivač takvu dozvolu nema.

Zbog toga, počinitelju je već izrečena kazna i biti će opet, sve dok, nadamo se, ne ukloni skutere. Ipak, situacija je malo specifična pošto su u pitanju prometala, a ne statični objekti. Tu je šetnica dosta široka, puno više od dozvoljenih jedan metar, i po zakonu sigurnosti prometa na cestama komunalno redarstvo nema alate da ukloni prometalo u takvoj formaciji. - objašnjava prvi redar grada.

Dlaka je istaknuo i da iz Grada planiraju postavit stupiće sa šipkama, zapravo ogradu, na potezu od Tuđmanovog kipa do prvog stabla na Istočnoj obali, kako bi, između ostalog, onemogućili ili bar otežali ovakve radnje. Ali lukavi su hrvatski poduzetnici, uspiju se oni provuć di ni dlaka ne može.

Bitka sa štandovima na Istočnoj obali je bila duga i iscrpljujuća, ali je trotoar, na Dan grada, konačno osvanuo širok i prozračan. Doduše, naliveni sivi asfalt nije ukrao uzdahe prolaznika niti oduševio svojom estetikom turobnog sivila, al - da je išta!

Ipak, kao i uvijek u našem gradu, komunalni red je kratkog vijeka. Tako je već za koji dan, pokraj ulaza u pothodnik, šetnica 'ukrašena' s desetak rent-a-skutera, spremnih da njihov gazda ima rekordno profitnu sezonu.

Je li riječ o pohlepi, provokaciji ili običnoj gluposti te koliko će ova okupatorska avantura potrajat, upitali smo voditelja Odsjeka za redarstvo Gorana Dlaku.

- Radi se o vantržnoj prodaji iz članka 39. Odluke o komunalnom redu Grada Splita koja kaže da je zabranjeno na površinama javne namjene bez odobren...
