Ukratko: prvi putnici na novom terminalu splitskog porta do ljeta 2025. godine...
Dugo se govori o tomu, a još dulje planira - barem 25 godina, odnosno četvrt stoljeća - gradnja novog međunarodnog putničkog terminala Gradske luke kojoj je odavno tijesno u vlastitoj koži, s obzirom na porast pomorskog prometa, osobito vozila.
I evo, koncem ljeta i užežin sezone jesenskih rujnih plodova potpisani su prvi ugovori: projekt je ukupno vrijedan 17 milijuna eura, od kojih je sedam europskih, u okviru tzv. Nacionalnog plana za oporavak i otpornost, a deset će dati Banski dvori. Zato je na sjednici Vlade i promoviran ugovor o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava...
Uglavnom, radovi bi mogli početi početkom iduće godine, rok realizacije je 17 mjeseci, a svečano otvaranje, rekosmo već, početkom ljeta 2025. godine.
Što znači da će se najžešće aktivnosti i građevinski radovi odvijati kroz izazovnu iduću godinu, koju mnogi nazivaju superizbornom, budući da nas 2024. očekuju tri izbora - parlamentarni, europski i predsjednički! A pred kraj budućih radova na terminalu, u kasno proljeće 2025. odradit ćemo i lokalne izbore, birat ćemo Gradsko vijeće i gradonačelnika.
Nema veze, naš budući terminal već sada ima gotovo sve spremno: projekt, koji je usklađen s GUP-om, građevinsku dozvolu, evo i potpisanih sedam milijuna bespovratnih europskih eura, uskoro stiže i ostalih deset. Još valja odabrati izvođača radova, a i to je već u proceduri - javna nabava je provedena, ali zakonski propisi kažu da najprije valja riješiti čitav financijski plan, odnosno pričekati da stigne novac, pa tek onda potpisati ugovor s građevinarima.

- Radilo se paralelno: rješavanje financiranja i propisano traženje izvođača natječajem, da se dobije na vremenu, s obzirom da svaki dio traži i neko svoje vrijeme, objašnjava nam Vice Mihanović, ravnatelj splitske Lučke uprave.
Terminal će biti izveden na lukobranu, preciznije, na mjestu nekadašnjeg "Jadran ribolova", od starih ribarskih skladišta do prolaza koji vodi na vanjske vezove, one s južne strane đige, uz koje se obično vezuju kruzeri, strani ratni brodovi, po potrebi i domaći trajekti i feriboti.
Projekt obuhvaća 12.000 četvornih metara prostora, s tim da će sama terminalska zgrada imati 2800 kvadrata. Od toga 2000 u prizemlju, a 800 na katu. Jasno, bit će potpuno opremljena za schengenski granični režim. Moći će prihvatiti sve lučke operativne službe za prihvat i otpremu brodova, policiju i carinu, a bit će mjesta i za dio osoblja Lučke uprave.
- Novi terminal olakšat će život svima: međunarodni promet seli se na lukobran i vanjske vezove, čime oslobađamo 13.000 četvornih metara Gata sv. Duje, s pet vezova, i postojeću terminalsku zgradu - gdje se dosad miješao domaći i inozemni promet - za domaće potrebe. I podižemo kvalitetu putovanja naših otočana, što nam je od osobite važnosti, ističe ravnatelj Mihanović.
Treba reći da novi terminal može biti i multifunkcionalan, odnosno da će ga, ovisno o potrebama, moći koristiti i domaći i strani putnici.

Svatko u Splitu, još i više svi oni koji kroz našu luku prođu, otočani i gosti, strani i domaći, zna da je porat prostorno ograničen, prije svega ljeti, što se odražava i na cestovni promet gradom, ali evo dobre ilustracije: godišnje 5,7 milijuna putnika (ove godine rast od dva posto u odnosu na rekordnu 2019.) i čak 980.000 vozila, odnosno 17 posto više nego pred pandemiju koronavirusa.
- Mi dogodine očekujemo milijun vozila u luci! - veli Mihanović.
Split je, to se već zna, naša najveća putnička luka, ali je i jedna od vodećih na Mediteranu. Projekcije kažu da će brojevi još rasti pa je nužno tražiti rješenja za veću protočnost ljudi i vozila kroz luku i vitalne, ključne dijelove grada, kako bi se izbjeglo prijeteće kolabiranje.
- Zahvalni smo Vladi i resornom Ministarstvu mora koji su prepoznali potrebu ulaganja u splitski porat i ovo je samo nastavak velikog investicijskog ciklusa na lučkom području u gradu i na drugim lokacijama s područja pod nadzorom Lučke uprave: vanjski vezovi 30 milijuna eura, ribarska luka u Brižinama sedam milijuna, Istočna obala u Splitu još sedam...

Mihanović navodi i projekte koji su u pripremi: rekonstrukcija i proširenje Gata sv. Petra s 5000 kvadrata i dva dodatna veza. Zahvat se projektira, građevinska dozvola očekuje se u prvoj polovici iduće godine, investicija je teška 14 milijuna eura.
Za RO-RO luku na Stinicama, tešku 50 milijuna eura, sve studije su gotove, stigla je lokacijska i čeka se građevinska dozvola. Druga faza terminala u Resniku, za transfer putnika koji u Split stižu avionima, a odredište su im otoci vrijedi četiri milijuna eura, dok se za buduću ribarsku luku u Komiži, ulaganje od 10 milijuna eura, uskoro očekuje natječaj za izvođača radova i dozvola za građenje već postoji.
- Izvori financiranja su europski fondovi, Vlada, ministarstva mora i poljoprivrede, ali i naša Lučka uprava. Nadamo se da na tome neće stati, nema razvoja bez ulaganja, istaknuo je ravnatelj Mihanović.

Ukratko: prvi putnici na novom terminalu splitskog porta do ljeta 2025. godine...
Dugo se govori o tomu, a još dulje planira - barem 25 godina, odnosno četvrt stoljeća - gradnja novog međunarodnog putničkog terminala Gradske luke kojoj je odavno tijesno u vlastitoj koži, s obzirom na porast pomorskog prometa, osobito vozila.
I evo, koncem ljeta i užežin sezone jesenskih rujnih plodova potpisani su prvi ugovori: projekt je ukupno vrijedan 17 milijuna eura, od kojih je sedam europskih, u okviru tzv. Nacionalnog plana za oporavak i otpornost, a deset će dati Banski dvori. Zato je na sjednici Vlade i promoviran ugovor o dodjeli bespovratnih sredstava...
Uglavnom, radovi bi mogli početi početkom iduće godine, rok realizacije je 17 mjeseci, a svečano otvaranje, rekosmo već, početkom ljeta 2025. godine.
Što znači da će se najžešće aktivnosti i građevinski radovi odvijati kroz izazovnu iduću godinu, koju mnogi nazivaju superizbornom, budući da nas 2024. očekuju tri izbora - parlamentarni, europski i predsjednički! A pred kraj budućih radova na terminalu, u kasno proljeće 2025. odradit ćemo i lokalne izbore, birat ćemo Gradsko vijeće i gradonačelnika.
Nema veze, naš budući terminal već sada ima gotovo sve spremno: projekt, koji je usklađen s GUP-om, građevinsku dozvolu, evo i potpisanih sedam milijuna bespovratnih europskih eura, uskoro stiže i ostalih deset. Još valja odabrati izvođača radova, a i to je već u proceduri - javna nabava je provedena, ali zakonski propisi kažu da najprije valja riješiti čitav financijski plan, odnosno pričekati da stigne novac, pa tek onda potpisati ugovor s građevinarima.

- Radilo se paralelno: rješavanje financiranja i propisano traženje izvođača natječajem, da se dobije na vremenu, s obzirom da svaki dio traži i neko svoje vrijeme, objašnjava nam Vice Mihanović, ravnatelj splitske Lučke uprave.
Terminal će biti izveden na lukobranu, preciznije, na mjestu nekadašnjeg "Jadran ribolova", od starih ribarskih skladišta do prolaza koji vodi na vanjske vezove, one s južne strane đige, uz koje se obično vezuju kruzeri, strani ratni brodovi, po potrebi i domaći trajekti i feriboti.
Projekt obuhvaća 12.000 četvornih metara prostora, s tim da će sama terminalska zgrada imati 2800 kvadrata. Od toga 2000 u prizemlju, a 800 na katu. Jasno, bit će potpuno opremljena za schengenski granični režim. Moći će prihvatiti sve lučke operativne službe za prihvat i otpremu brodova, policiju i carinu, a bit će mjesta i za dio osoblja Lučke uprave.
- Novi terminal olakšat će život svima: međunarodni promet seli se na lukobran i vanjske vezove, čime oslobađamo 13.000 četvornih metara Gata sv. Duje, s pet vezova, i postojeću terminalsku zgradu - gdje se dosad miješao domaći i inozemni promet - za domaće potrebe. I podižemo kvalitetu putovanja naših otočana, što nam je od osobite važnosti, ističe ravnatelj Mihanović.

Svatko u Splitu, još i više svi oni koji kroz našu luku prođu, otočani i gosti, strani i domaći, zna da je porat prostorno ograničen, prije svega ljeti, što se odražava i na cestovni promet gradom, ali evo dobre ilustracije: godišnje 5,7 milijuna putnika (ove godine rast od dva posto u odnosu na rekordnu 2019.) i čak 980.000 vozila, odnosno 17 posto više nego pred pandemiju koronavirusa.
- Mi dogodine očekujemo milijun vozila u luci! - veli Mihanović.
Split je, to se već zna, naša najveća putnička luka, ali je i jedna od vodećih na Mediteranu. Projekcije kažu da će brojevi još rasti pa je nužno tražiti rješenja za veću protočnost ljudi i vozila kroz luku i vitalne, ključne dijelove grada, kako bi se izbjeglo prijeteće kolabiranje.
- Zahvalni smo Vladi i resornom Ministarstvu mora koji su prepoznali potrebu ulaganja u splitski porat i ovo je samo nastavak velikog investicijskog ciklusa na lučkom području u gradu i na drugim lokacijama s područja pod nadzorom Lučke uprave: vanjski vezovi 30 milijuna eura, ribarska luka u Brižinama sedam milijuna, Istočna obala u Splitu još sedam...

Mihanović navodi i projekte koji su u pripremi: rekonstrukcija i proširenje Gata sv. Petra s 5000 kvadrata i dva dodatna veza. Zahvat se projektira, građevinska dozvola očekuje se u prvoj polovici iduće godine, investicija je teška 14 milijuna eura.
Za RO-RO luku na Stinicama, tešku 50 milijuna eura, sve studije su gotove, stigla je lokacijska i čeka se građevinska dozvola. Druga faza terminala u Resniku, za transfer putnika koji u Split stižu avionima, a odredište su im otoci vrijedi četiri milijuna eura, dok se za buduću ribarsku luku u Komiži, ulaganje od 10 milijuna eura, uskoro očekuje natječaj za izvođača radova i dozvola za građenje već postoji.
- Izvori financiranja su europski fondovi, Vlada, ministarstva mora i poljoprivrede, ali i naša Lučka uprava. Nadamo se da na tome neće stati, nema razvoja bez ulaganja, istaknuo je ravnatelj Mihanović.
