Iako su iz Grada bili najavljeni za 1. ožujka, građevinski radovi na izgradnji potpornog zida i nogostupa u Dubrovačkoj ulici prebačeni su za idući tjedan.

Izvođač radova Cestar d.o.o. stavio je ogradu i postavio oznake za regulaciju prometa od zapadnog kraka Velebitske sve do križanja Dubrovačke s Ulicom Domovinskoga rata, ali radnika u prvom tjednu ožujka nije bilo na terenu. Zbog čega je odgođen početak radova, upitali smo nadležne u Gradu.

- Radovi na izgradnji potpornog zida i nogostupa u Dubrovačkoj ulici se za sada odvijaju po planu. Nakon ishođene prometne suglasnosti pristupilo se ograđivanju gradilišta i regulaciji prometa u skladu s prometnim rješenjem, te formiranju gradilišta.

Pripremni radovi

U tijeku su pripremni radovi koji obuhvaćaju i geodetsko snimanje postojećeg objekta iznad zida, snimku postojećih instalacija, pripreme za njihovo eventualno privremeno izmještanje, te ostale radove predviđene projektom - kazala nam je Margita Vrtlar iz Službe za izgradnju i upravljanje razvojnim projektima, koja je voditeljica ovog projekta.

Nešto više o razlozima zastoja radova smo doznali od izvođača Cestara.

- Radovi su službeno počeli 28. veljače, a prilikom ograđivanja ispitali smo postojeće instalacije, ustanovilo se da je ispod potpornih blokova veliki rasplet instalacija za internet. Tamo su instalacije T-coma, HT-a, A1, Optime... Cijeli je čvor dole. Moramo paziti da ne pogriješimo da ljudi ne bi ostali bez interneta. Instalacije se nalaze u pojasu koji je određen za temelje novog zida, ne možemo raditi dok ih ne izmjestimo izvan postojeće trase. Morali smo zvati vlasnike tih instalacija. Oni će nama iscrtati trasu za instalacije pa ćemo napraviti bypass - objašnjava inženjer "Cestara" Ante Vuletić i dodaje da je riječ o standardnoj proceduri, samo što je ovdje problem što se naišlo na puno instalacija.

Nestabilan potporni zid

Građani na Kmanu ne bi trebali ostati bez interneta, a ako bude nekih prekida zbog radova, bit će, kaže, na vrijeme obaviješteni.

Osim toga, obavljana su geodetska ispitivanja kojima se utvrđivalo je li došlo do pomaka potpornog zida koji je napukao i prijeti li da se uruši zajedno s klizištem. Također, moralo se napraviti i vještačenje kuće sagrađene iznad zida, da se ustanovi njezina stabilnost.

- Potporni zid je nestabilan i to otežava radove, zato traje toliko dugo. Moraju se izvoditi faze u kojima će se po segmentima postavljati dio po dio betonskog zida. Bit će izvedeno i stubište kraj već postojećeg okna. Na kraju će se zid obložiti kamenom, kao i ostali zidovi s južne strane. Osim toga, izvest će se novi nogostupi tamo gdje ih sada nema, stavit će se i kameni rubnjak. Kompliciran je posao, ali će se odraditi - kaže Vuletić.

Projektom je predviđeno da se izvede nogostup koji desetljećima nedostaje na tom dijelu Dubrovačke, što ugrožava pješake. Također, izvest će se stubište koje će povezati Mosećku ulicu s Dubrovačkom te pješačka staza od parkirališta u Varaždinskoj ulici do Dubrovačke ulice.

Betonski zid će se obložiti kamenim oblogama, kao i ostatak zida na tom dijelu Dubrovačke ulice. Ugovorena vrijednost radova s PDV-om je 3.686.806,50 kuna, a predviđeni rok za izvođenje je sedam mjeseci.

Iako su iz Grada bili najavljeni za 1. ožujka, građevinski radovi na izgradnji potpornog zida i nogostupa u Dubrovačkoj ulici prebačeni su za idući tjedan.

Izvođač radova Cestar d.o.o. stavio je ogradu i postavio oznake za regulaciju prometa od zapadnog kraka Velebitske sve do križanja Dubrovačke s Ulicom Domovinskoga rata, ali radnika u prvom tjednu ožujka nije bilo na terenu. Zbog čega je odgođen početak radova, upitali smo nadležne u Gradu.

- Radovi na izgradnji potpornog zida i nogostupa u Dubrovačkoj ulici se za sada odvijaju po planu. Nakon ishođene prometne suglasnosti pristupilo se ograđivanju gradilišta i regulaciji prometa u skladu s prometnim rješenjem, te formiranju gradilišta.

Pripremni radovi

U tijeku su pripremni radovi koji obuhvaćaju i geodetsko snimanje postojećeg objekta iznad zida, snimku postojećih instalacija, pripreme za njihovo eventualno privremeno izmještanje, te ostale radove predviđene projektom - kazala nam je Margita Vrtlar iz Službe za izgradnju i upravljanje razvojnim projektima, koja je voditeljica ovog projekta.

Nešto više o razlozima zastoja radova smo doznali od izvođača Cestara.

- Radovi su službeno počeli 28. veljače, a prilikom ograđivanja ispitali smo postojeće instalacije, ustanovilo se da je ispod potpornih blokova veliki rasplet instalacija za internet. Tamo su instalacije T-coma, HT-a, A1, Optime... Cijeli je čvor dole. Moramo paziti da ne pogriješimo da ljudi ne bi ostali bez interneta. Instalacije se nalaze u pojasu koji je određen za temelje novog zida, ne možemo raditi dok ih ne izmjestimo izvan postojeće trase. Morali smo zvati vlasnike tih instalacija. Oni će nama iscrtati trasu za instalacije pa ćemo napraviti bypass - objašnjava inženjer "Cestara" Ante Vuletić i dodaje da je riječ o standardnoj proceduri, samo što je ovdje problem što se naišlo na puno instalacija.

Nestabilan potporni zid

Građani na Kmanu ne bi trebali ostati bez interneta, a ako bude nekih prekida zbog radova, bit će, kaže, na vrijeme obaviješteni.

Osim toga, obavljana su geodetska ispitivanja kojima se utvrđivalo je li došlo do pomaka potpornog zida koji je napukao i prijeti li da se uruši zajedno s klizištem. Također, moralo se napraviti i vještačenje kuće sagrađene iznad zida, da se ustanovi njezina stabilnost.

- Potporni zid je nestabilan i to otežava radove, zato traje toliko dugo. Moraju se izvoditi faze u kojima će se po segmentima postavljati dio po dio betonskog zida. Bit će izvedeno i stubište kraj već postojećeg okna. Na kraju će se zid obložiti kamenom, kao i ostali zidovi s južne strane. Osim toga, izvest će se novi nogostupi tamo gdje ih sada nema, stavit će se i kameni rubnjak. Kompliciran je posao, ali će se odraditi - kaže Vuletić.

Projektom je predviđeno da se izvede nogostup koji desetljećima nedostaje na tom dijelu Dubrovačke, što ugrožava pješake. Također, izvest će se stubište koje će povezati Mosećku ulicu s Dubrovačkom te pješačka staza od parkirališta u Varaždinskoj ulici do Dubrovačke ulice.

Betonski zid će se obložiti kamenim oblogama, kao i ostatak zida na tom dijelu Dubrovačke ulice. Ugovorena vrijednost radova s PDV-om je 3.686.806,50 kuna, a predviđeni rok za izvođenje je sedam mjeseci.
