Dovoljno je u tražilicu ukucati "anonimne alkoholičare" i ime našega grada i u sekundi dobijete sve. I savjet. I kontakt. I mjesto. I vrijeme.
Primili su nas, sjeli smo zajedno oko stola, na mjesto gdje su zajedno i sveučilišni profesori i keramičari, i liječnice i domaćice, i gospoda u zrelim godinama i djevojke tek "zagazile" u drugo desetljeće života. Oko stola gdje se nalaze oni koji priznaju kako imaju problem s alkoholom - nemaju veze ni spol, ni godine života, ni obrazovanje. Svi su isti. Svi nose isti teret. Isti problem.
- Alkoholizam je bolest. Progresivna bolest. Alkoholizam je karcinom duha, objasnit će nam članovi splitskog društva AA.
Program koji se kod njih provodi primjenjiv je kod svih ovisnosti, teče kroz 12 koraka. Prvi je najteži.
- Priznali smo da smo bespomoćni pred alkoholom, da ne možemo upravljati našim životima, kazuju nam oni koji su veći dio koraka već prošli, pa dodaju:
- Tko će priznati potpuni poraz? Prva stepenica na putu oslobođenja je priznanje bespomoćnosti. To je uspostavljanje veze između poniznosti i trijeznosti, reći će pokušavajući nam objasniti i kombinaciju mentalne opsesije i fizičke alergije, kao i zašto se mora "dotaknuti dno".
Nužna potpora
U našem se društvu alkohol tolerira, prihvaćen je, negdje i poželjan. Pa doznajemo priču o dječaku koji je uz svojeg djeda iza ručka uredno pio vino, došavši u vrtić odbio je piti bijelu kavu i tražio svoju - bevandu. Kao 19-godišnjak je prvi put zatražio pomoć.
- Alkohol ne bira, koga uzme - uzme, obuzme te i nemaš granica. Onaj koji to prepozna na dobrom je putu k ozdravljenju, vele nam.
Potporu oboljeli trebaju, nužna im je, zato se splitski sastanci održavaju svakodnevno, ne poznaju vikende, ne poznaju praznike ni blagdane. I na Uskrs i na Božić - anonimni se alkoholičari sastaju. Sigurno već znate iz filmova - svatko tko im se za pomoć obrati dobiva svog mentora, taj je čovjek ili žena oboljelome uvijek na raspolaganju.
- Što se čuje među ovim zidovima - ostaje među ovim zidovima, napominju nam.
Pandemija je povećala broj ovisnika, alkohol je moćan i jak, brzo obuzme čovjeka, a tada ga obgrli i ne pušta. Zato anonimni alkoholičari ovu bolest nazivaju neizlječivom.
- U pandemiji je porastao broj, zašto? Zato što je alkohol najjeftiniji antidepresiv! Lako je dostupan, čak se i reklamira!, zgroženi su redom.
Deveti i deseti korak
Pa potom razgovaramo o ženama koje "ratuju" s čašicom, one su posebno stigmatizirane u društvu, zato su nerijetko "solo-drinkeri", piju skrivene, u osami. I jako dobro lažu, skrivaju, glume:
- Alkoholičari su najbolji manipulatori! Kakve scenarije oni smisle ne bi ni hollywoodski scenaristi, smiju se naši sugovornici, pa doznajemo gdje su sve skrivali boce. U košaru s prljavim rubljem, u bocama deterdženta, čak i u cijevi za vodu.
- Žene se srame kupiti bocu alkohola u dućanu, pogotovo svakog dana, jer im toliko "treba", pa onda nerijetko stvaraju zalihe. Kupuju brašno, manistru, ulje, pa među svim tim boca alkohola kod blagajnice prođe neopaženo, otkrivaju nam tajne.
Na svojem putu k izlječenju najteže im je, priznaju, kad se dođe do devetog i desetog koraka. Tada, naime, moraju priznati pogreške koje su napravili spram drugih ljudi. Trebaju ih ispraviti, osim ako bi to povrijedilo njih ili neke druge ljude. Nije lako sastaviti svoj osobni inventar, pa u slučaju krivice istu smjesta priznati. Priznaj, prihvati i strpljivo ispravljaj svoje mane, reći će nam oni koji su sada jači od onih bez grijeha. Tek kad smo raskrstili s prošlošću, možemo se posvetiti izazovima sadašnjosti, tako vele i toga se drže.

Anonimni alkoholičari su zajednica muškaraca i žena koji međusobno razmjenjuju iskustva, dijele nadu i podržavaju jedni druge. Nema uvjeta za članstvo, kao ni članarine. Nemaju veze ni s jednom vjerskom zajednicom, sektom, skupinom, politikom. Cilj je ostati trijezan i pomoći drugima da se odreknu alkohola.

U cijeloj ovoj priči nećete naći niti jedno jedino ime. Oni su anonimni. Tako su sigurniji. Lakše im je. Velik broj njih svoje je ime prestao nositi kao zastavu. Neki ga se i srame.

Dovoljno je u tražilicu ukucati "anonimne alkoholičare" i ime našega grada i u sekundi dobijete sve. I savjet. I kontakt. I mjesto. I vrijeme.
Primili su nas, sjeli smo zajedno oko stola, na mjesto gdje su zajedno i sveučilišni profesori i keramičari, i liječnice i domaćice, i gospoda u zrelim godinama i djevojke tek "zagazile" u drugo desetljeće života. Oko stola gdje se nalaze oni koji priznaju kako imaju problem s alkoholom - nemaju veze ni spol, ni godine života, ni obrazovanje. Svi su isti. Svi nose isti teret. Isti problem.
- Alkoholizam je bolest. Progresivna bolest. Alkoholizam je karcinom duha, objasnit će nam članovi splitskog društva AA.
Program koji se kod njih provodi primjenjiv je kod svih ovisnosti, teče kroz 12 koraka. Prvi je najteži.
- Priznali smo da smo bespomoćni pred alkoholom, da ne možemo upravljati našim životima, kazuju nam oni koji su veći dio koraka već prošli, pa dodaju:
- Tko će priznati potpuni poraz? Prva stepenica na putu oslobođenja je priznanje bespomoćnosti. To je uspostavljanje veze između poniznosti i trijeznosti, reći će pokušavajući nam objasniti i kombinaciju mentalne opsesije i fizičke alergije, kao i zašto se mora "dotaknuti dno".
Nužna potpora
U našem se društvu alkohol tolerira, prihvaćen je, negdje i poželjan. Pa doznajemo priču o dječaku koji je uz svojeg djeda iza ručka uredno pio vino, došavši u vrtić odbio je piti bijelu kavu i tražio svoju - bevandu. Kao 19-godišnjak je prvi put zatražio pomoć.
- Alkohol ne bira, koga uzme - uzme, obuzme te i nemaš granica. Onaj koji to prepozna na dobrom je putu k ozdravljenju, vele nam.
Potporu oboljeli trebaju, nužna im je, zato se splitski sastanci održavaju svakodnevno, ne poznaju vikende, ne poznaju praznike ni blagdane. I na Uskrs i na Božić - anonimni se alkoholičari sastaju. Sigurno već znate iz filmova - svatko tko im se za pomoć obrati dobiva svog mentora, taj je čovjek ili žena oboljelome uvijek na raspolaganju.
- Što se čuje među ovim zidovima - ostaje među ovim zidovima, napominju nam.
Pandemija je povećala broj ovisnika, alkohol je moćan i jak, brzo obuzme čovjeka, a tada ga obgrli i ne pušta. Zato anonimni alkoholičari ovu bolest nazivaju neizlječivom.
- U pandemiji je porastao broj, zašto? Zato što je alkohol najjeftiniji antidepresiv! Lako je dostupan, čak se i reklamira!, zgroženi su redom.
Deveti i deseti korak
Pa potom razgovaramo o ženama koje "ratuju" s čašicom, one su posebno stigmatizirane u društvu, zato su nerijetko "solo-drinkeri", piju skrivene, u osami. I jako dobro lažu, skrivaju, glume:
- Alkoholičari su najbolji manipulatori! Kakve scenarije oni smisle ne bi ni hollywoodski scenaristi, smiju se naši sugovornici, pa doznajemo gdje su sve skrivali boce. U košaru s prljavim rubljem, u bocama deterdženta, čak i u cijevi za vodu.
- Žene se srame kupiti bocu alkohola u dućanu, pogotovo svakog dana, jer im toliko "treba", pa onda nerijetko stvaraju zalihe. Kupuju brašno, manistru, ulje, pa među svim tim boca alkohola kod blagajnice prođe neopaženo, otkrivaju nam tajne.
Na svojem putu k izlječenju najteže im je, priznaju, kad se dođe do devetog i desetog koraka. Tada, naime, moraju priznati pogreške koje su napravili spram drugih ljudi. Trebaju ih ispraviti, osim ako bi to povrijedilo njih ili neke druge ljude. Nije lako sastaviti svoj osobni inventar, pa u slučaju krivice istu smjesta priznati. Priznaj, prihvati i strpljivo ispravljaj svoje mane, reći će nam oni koji su sada jači od onih bez grijeha. Tek kad smo raskrstili s prošlošću, možemo se posvetiti izazovima sadašnjosti, tako vele i toga se drže.

Anonimni alkoholičari su zajednica muškaraca i žena koji međusobno razmjenjuju iskustva, dijele nadu i podržavaju jedni druge. Nema uvjeta za članstvo, kao ni članarine. Nemaju veze ni s jednom vjerskom zajednicom, sektom, skupinom, politikom. Cilj je ostati trijezan i pomoći drugima da se odreknu alkohola.

U cijeloj ovoj priči nećete naći niti jedno jedino ime. Oni su anonimni. Tako su sigurniji. Lakše im je. Velik broj njih svoje je ime prestao nositi kao zastavu. Neki ga se i srame.
