Zabavna priča, a u isto vrijeme pomalo i tužna, zatekla nas je kroz neobično pitanje našeg čitatelja.
– Uplatio sam ispit prve pomoći, dobio termin polaganja, zaspao i propustio ga – kazuje nam mladi Splićanin.
Ni prvi, ni zadnji, pomislili smo. Neodgovoran doduše, jer nije na vrijeme odgodio dogovoreni termin, ali zaspao je čovjek, barem ima miran san...

– Nazovem autoškolu da mi zakažu drugi termin, svjestan da moram ponovno uplatiti ispit, onaj prvi je “propao”, nisam izišao, kao da sam pao. Tako sam ja to zamišljao, ali ne, u školi mi kažu da sada moram uplatiti ispit još dva puta. Prvi put da me u sustavu “odblokiraju”, a drugi put da ispitu mogu pristupiti – veli nam čitatelj.
Molim? Pitamo se – zašto? U redu je da se neizlazak na ispit vodi kao neuspješan, ali u ime “kazne” uplaćivati još dva puta za nešto isto – nama nije djelovalo logično.
– Ako imate liječničku ispričnicu za izostanak, ne trebate uplatiti iznos za “odblokiranje” iz sustava – tako su nam kazali iz splitske autoškole.

Kako nam više ništa nije bilo jasno, obratili smo se Hrvatskom autoklubu, čija Služba provedbe vozačkih ispita koordinira sve.
– Kandidat za vozača koji je prijavljen za polaganje vozačkog ispita iz pojedinog nastavnog predmeta i koji je dobio obavijest od ovlaštene stručne organizacije, odnosno Hrvatskog autokluba, o točnom datumu, mjestu i vremenu provedbe vozačkog ispita, dužan je uplatiti naknadu Hrvatskom autoklubu za provedbu tog ispita.
U skladu s odredbom Pravilnika o načinu obavljanja i organiziranja vozačkih ispita, kandidat za vozača koji ne može pristupiti polaganju ispita obvezan je najkasnije u roku od 48 sati, računajući samo radne dane, prije polaganja ispita ovlaštenoj stručnoj organizaciji odjaviti pristupanje ispitu – kazao nam je Davor Strizrep, koordinator provedbe vozačkih ispita.
– U konkretnom slučaju kandidat za vozača nije pristupio organiziranom ispitu iz nastavnog predmeta Pružanje prve pomoći osobama ozlijeđenim u prometnoj nesreći, a razlog tome je što je zaspao.

Budući da kandidat za vozača nije pristupio u zakazano vrijeme organiziranom ispitu, a nije niti odjavio pristupanje tom ispitu, dužan je ovlaštenoj stručnoj organizaciji uplatiti naknadu za taj organizirani ispit.
Nadalje, prilikom ponovne prijave za polaganje vozačkog ispita iz nastavnog predmeta Pružanje prve pomoći osobama ozlijeđenim u prometnoj nesreći, te dobivanja obavijesti od Hrvatskog autokluba, o točnom datumu, mjestu i vremenu provedbe vozačkog ispita, kandidat je dužan ovlaštenoj stručnoj organizaciji uplatiti naknadu za polaganje tog vozačkog ispita – dodao je.
Dakle, ako se i vama dogodi da propustite ispit u autoškoli, dužni ste ga i platiti, kao i platiti ponovljeno polaganje, ali niste dužni plaćati izmišljeno “odblokiranje iz sustava”, toga jednostavno – nema. To je izmišljena stavka koja je, izgleda, djelovala po principu “ako prođe – prođe”. Neće proći.

– Nazovem autoškolu da mi zakažu drugi termin, svjestan da moram ponovno uplatiti ispit, onaj prvi je “propao”, nisam izišao, kao da sam pao. Tako sam ja to zamišljao, ali ne, u školi mi kažu da sada moram uplatiti ispit još dva puta. Prvi put da me u sustavu “odblokiraju”, a drugi put da ispitu mogu pristupiti – veli nam čitatelj.
Molim? Pitamo se – zašto? U redu je da se neizlazak na ispit vodi kao neuspješan, ali u ime “kazne” uplaćivati još dva puta za nešto isto – nama nije djelovalo logično.
– Ako imate liječničku ispričnicu za izostanak, ne trebate uplatiti iznos za “odblokiranje” iz sustava – tako su nam kazali iz splitske autoškole.

Kako nam više ništa nije bilo jasno, obratili smo se Hrvatskom autoklubu, čija Služba provedbe vozačkih ispita koordinira sve.
– Kandidat za vozača koji je prijavljen za polaganje vozačkog ispita iz pojedinog nastavnog predmeta i koji je dobio obavijest od ovlaštene stručne organizacije, odnosno Hrvatskog autokluba, o točnom datumu, mjestu i vremenu provedbe vozačkog ispita, dužan je uplatiti naknadu Hrvatskom autoklubu za provedbu tog ispita.
U skladu s odredbom Pravilnika o načinu obavljanja i organiziranja vozačkih ispita, kandidat za vozača koji ne može pristupiti polaganju ispita obvezan je najkasnije u roku od 48 sati, računajući samo radne dane, prije polaganja ispita ovlaštenoj stručnoj organizaciji odjaviti pristupanje ispitu – kazao nam je Davor Strizrep, koordinator provedbe vozačkih ispita.
– U konkretnom slučaju kandidat za vozača nije pristupio organiziranom ispitu iz nastavnog predmeta Pružanje prve pomoći osobama ozlijeđenim u prometnoj nesreći, a razlog tome je što je zaspao.

Budući da kandidat za vozača nije pristupio u zakazano vrijeme organiziranom ispitu, a nije niti odjavio pristupanje tom ispitu, dužan je ovlaštenoj stručnoj organizaciji uplatiti naknadu za taj organizirani ispit.
Nadalje, prilikom ponovne prijave za polaganje vozačkog ispita iz nastavnog predmeta Pružanje prve pomoći osobama ozlijeđenim u prometnoj nesreći, te dobivanja obavijesti od Hrvatskog autokluba, o točnom datumu, mjestu i vremenu provedbe vozačkog ispita, kandidat je dužan ovlaštenoj stručnoj organizaciji uplatiti naknadu za polaganje tog vozačkog ispita – dodao je.
Dakle, ako se i vama dogodi da propustite ispit u autoškoli, dužni ste ga i platiti, kao i platiti ponovljeno polaganje, ali niste dužni plaćati izmišljeno “odblokiranje iz sustava”, toga jednostavno – nema. To je izmišljena stavka koja je, izgleda, djelovala po principu “ako prođe – prođe”. Neće proći.
